The bread is still good, as are the ingredients I did get, but three stars today due to a lack of omission on multiple occasions! My only fault is not checking the sub before I leave. Service is a little slow, however, I'll take that if it comes with accurate orders and happy patient employees. Most of the prices are reasonable. The Box of Joe seems a bit pricy. It does come with cups, sugar, and creamer on the side. Plus you can pick from the original or dark roast options. Compared to other Dunkin locations I have visited, this location seems to keep the donuts well stocked. That or they aren't as busy. The donuts here are delicious and varied. They have the typical flavors as well as seasonal flavors and a Tarheel donut (Go Heels!). I stick with the donuts, coffee, and tea on most occasions. It seems like each time I choose and enjoy a different item, they don't have it on the menu when I return, for instance, the bagel twist and chicken salad croissant. Overall, this is probably my favorite Dunkin location. It is convenient, employees are great, and they always seem to have a great selection of donuts.

Let me start by saying I don't have a lot of experience with veggie burgers so for all I know it could be the best ever. I decided to try it because the reviews for their other sandwiches were pretty bad. The biggest problem with the veggie burger is it's all mush. The patty was kind of a paste that barely held its form, and then it was topped with avocado, grilled onions, roasted tomato. Everything is soft offering no texture contrast. Even raw tomato and onions could have helped. The flavors were alright but it could have used more seasoning. The mac n cheese balls were awful. No cheese flavor, they really need to use some extra sharp cheddar and American and gouda to get that strong melty cheese. The only cheese flavor I found was the parmesan dusting on top. And it was served with a cold Alfredo sauce to dip in. Wut. It was bland. And it was cold. Who dips hot fried food into cold sauce? Either way definitely ditch the sauce, wish they had marinara or something or even a chipotle sauce. Would not recommend.

We would just keep one sand which that had entirely incorrect toppings and bread. I tried to explain to their manager that we are very careful ordering because this seems to happen repeatedly. We ordered three sandwiches. One was exactly correct. One was omitted completely and the third sandwich was a mirror order exactly like the second rather than the completely different sandwich, but with incorrect toppings. When I explained to the manager that we will return the one sandwich and would like the replacement he said there was nothing he could do to help us. I said sure you can, you could trade the incorrect steak for the tuna we ordered. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Every time I am in the store people return to the store complaining about picking up orders that were incorrect. They've permanently lost business from my family. Not because of a mistake but because of an unwillingness to correct the mistake reasonably. If you choose to use the store, and I don't recommend it, never use their online ordering option for pickup.
