MaryEllen l Team Leader was very rude to me after my fries were given to me dumped out in the bag and they were for another person. She said they 're your fries once they are in the bag and Ill give you some also explained to her that my s/o had met the owner and she said ive know him for umpteeth years..well I wjll be contacting corporate She should in no way be a team lead she was rude and dismissive.. walked away...I could have understood if I would have driven away they had just been handed to me like that ..very nasty rude person and should not be managing anyone nor representing chick fil a she needs to be demoted or find something else to do that doesn't involve customer service

The restaurant is a lot cleaner than previous times I've been there. And they are sufficiently staffed to handle a high volume. I went in for an early evening meal though I usually go through the drive thru. I sat at a table and scanned the QR code and ordered. A friendly staff member brought me my food in less than five minutes. And during my meal a different staff member came by and asked if I needed anything else. The cool wrap I ordered along with a small fry and the sauces were very tasty.

What I got a Berry Parfait with granola!

The berry parfait said it had berries and Granola, there was no granola and very few berries and the service was slow.Do not order the berry parfait from chick fila they are a scam.

I have been eating at this Chick-fil-A for years. very disappointed with the management in the morning. Every time I go there they get my order wrong. I always get a grilled chicken bowl with three eggs in it and extra cheese. They never get it right. I've sent an email to the owner and got no response. I will be contacting corporate about this especially when I got no response from the owner. I have very close to 300,000 points pretty much the record holder for North Carolina. Briar Creek has been excellent so has the one in Morrisville and Cary. my advice is do not go to this Chick-fil-A in Apex. Went over to the new Chick-fil-A this evening asked to speak to the owner because he was there. he did not want to come out and speak with me. this shows how much he cares about his customers. my wife and I own a business and we're very happy to speak with our customers. my advices don't go to any of the Chick-fil-A's in Apex same owner. in the two pictures below the one to the left is a bowl from Apex the one to the right is a bowl from Briar Creek. Big difference in restaurants I won't be going back to any of the Apex stores.

If you hear the phrase "pull around to the dumpster" in the drive thru... don't do it. You will wait forever and your order will be wrong.

They were doing everything right, even down to the Dr Brown's, and they had ZERO flavors too. There is a meat and cheese counter,r but most of the length of the shop is pastries, cakes, pies, es and other beautiful-looking treats. We ordered our sandwiches; I had an Italian sub, and it was just ok, kind of dry and lacking in flavor; frankly, Jersey Mike's makes a better Italian. But my wife got theReubenn, and it was simply the best Reuben we've had outside of Katz in NYC. I order Rueben's all the time, and I'm consistently disappointed. Most are dried out, have too little meat, and the corned beef is often dry, but not in this case. The sandwich was truly worthy, and we are ready to go back and have it again. Moist, flavorful meat, a generous portion, and the dressing andkraut weres well balanced. The bread was grilled, not toasted, and was itself rich and flavorful. Altogether, it is a Reuben worth driving a distance to have it. We are already planning to come back and try some of the baked goods, but also get the Reuben again too.

Nice selection of menu items, and breakfast items are available all day. Unfortunately, these are offset by impressions of the food after two visits. Just not up to snuff. On the first visit, the Chicago dog was sub-par, but that was my partner's order and I don't remember the details. I just remember she said she wouldn't order it again. On today's visit, I ordered a meatball parm sandwich. It was cloyingly sweet - both the meatballs and the tomato sauce were unappetizing, and I could only manage to stand eating a bit of it. My partner ordered a side of corned beef hash. It turned up in a little paper tray with some dry shredded corned beef sprinkled on top of some home fry potatoes - just basic cubed potatoes and some beef shreds on top. That's it. It didn't feel like any corned beef hash we had ever seen. And we paid extra for a fried egg that didn't make it onto the dish. Of course when we pointed this out, it was quickly cooked up separately and brought to the table, so no problems again with the service or resolving the issue. Also be warned that Thursday nights from 6-8pm they run a music trivia game that blasts music loudly throughout the large dining space, completely surrounded by reflective surfaces. It was so loud and obnoxious that it made conversation impossible and drove us outside. I wish I could report a better experience. We need more quality delis around here!

Tried to speak with one of the guys working there, they completely avoided me and were "super" busy with the customers in line. I patiently waited and only when all the customers (who were ordering there) were done, they started working on my order. By the way, no one acknowledged my presence there, no eye-contact, no smile - nothing at all. Seemed pretty rude. Perhaps they were short-staffed or tired, I don't know. Now going back to the food - At least that was really good. We ordered couple of build-your-own-bowls and build-your-own-kids trays, and all of them were awesome & tasty! Harissa sauce, spicy hummus, shawarma's - all yummy!!! And maybe that's the reason I'll probably come back again and also because they serve halal. Hope they can fix the customer service or increase the staff as it did feel that they were only three guys taking care of everything. Ambiance wasn't bad & I didn't feel as if anything was not clean.

I ordered the Myra Fried Rice, which at $24 was kind of steep. I noticed lots of typos on the menu (Fried was written as Fied multiple times), so that's something that management should probably fix. Anyway, my wife got the Thai Beef Salad, which was a more palatable $15. The food arrived soon afterwards, and it was... OK. The rice had a nice texture to it but the chicken was super anemic - it looked like it had been boiled or something. The beef was decent, though. My wife really loved her salad, and I enjoyed the flavor of that way more than my own dish. To adjust the spice on my dish, the server brought over chili flakes like you'd get at a pizza joint (but in a nicer looking vessel). They did spice up my meal but I guess it struck me as a little strange. The portion size was decent but I ate most of it in one sitting. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but I'm not sure I would come back for $24 fried rice with bland chicken.
