I've been here several times but keep forgetting to add a review. The pho is good not amazing. They give plenty of bean sprouts and herbs which is a plus. The egg rolls are always yummy, again plenty of lettuce and herbs to wrap the rolls. Service is friendly and quick. It's a small place with under 12 tables. The chopsticks, spoons and dishes on table are always clean when I've gone.

    Vietnamese Salad, delicious

My 1st time here, was recommended to me by 2 friends. I had the Vietnamese salad & it was delicious, so fresh & a large portion. The restaurant is very clean, the staff was attentive & kind & I will definitely be going back to try other dishes. I highly recommend Viet Bites.

Another local favorite. This is fairly new Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Opened about 6 months ago. They took over the spot where PT Pho used to be. We tried their combo pho and Vietnamese salad. The pho had nice broth and it came with lots of protein. Their salad was also fresh and the dressing was perfect. Will be back to try more entrees. Service and excellent. Highly recommend!!

Pretty vood Vietnamese option in the northern Phoenix burbs. Costco is around the corner, so it's a nice place to have lunch and do your shopping. Pho broth was a tad oily as you can see from the pic, but flavorful. Noodle bowl was huge and filling, probably one of the best I've had. Peanut sauce for the spring rolls was thinner than I usually like. They are priced on par with other Vietnamese joints. Service was fasy and friendly.

We ordered in grubhub and got a banh mi and a vermicelli bowl. The protein portion in both dishes was generous, and the flavor was good. I liked the bread of banh mi. The only thing to complain is that I ordered extra fried egg in my banh mi but I didn't get it (as photo), don't know what's wrong with the order or the communication between Grubhub and the restaurant.

Wow! Just wow! My wife heard about Viet Bites through word of mouth and we were excited to try this new restaurant because it's very close to home. Also, we love Vietnamese cuisine. The spring rolls made a great first impression. They were light, fresh and generously proportioned. Then the entrees arrived. My wife was craving Pho. It didn't disappoint and like most places, there was a good amount of leftovers to enjoy later. I ventured out of my usual choices to try the Egg Noodle Combination. The noodles were perfect and there was an ample portion of beef, chicken and shrimp. Guess I found my new go-to. And we discovered a great restaurant that is clean, popular (judging by the numbers in the dining room) and offers quick, friendly service. Thanks! I came here during their opening week where their entrees were 50% off. I would say this is one of the better vietnamese places here in Phoenix. They have all of the traditional dishes with authentic flavors and you can tell it is authentic by the amount of other Asian locals who came to visit as well. I ordered the pho combination as well as the thai tea, both of which were pretty good. However, I couldn't help but feel the prices were slightly steep for what was offeredm not considering the 50% off promotion. The atmosphere was pleasant and casual, making it a nice spot for a relaxed meal whether you are eating with friends, family, or alone. Despite the price point, the quality of the food still makes it a solid choice for those craving Vietnamese. Service is good too, quick with water refills and making sure your party is comfortable.

Really great pho! We had the shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce and shrimp pho. Great flavor for both of them.

I love this place, never disappointed. I started coming here a few years ago with my bf. We like to come here sometimes after our Costco run. The food is delicious and the presentation is phenomenal. I love spicy food so I really enjoy ordering their spicy noodles and actually feeling the heat (but not so much that it's melting my face off). The portions are great considering the price. I always take leftovers home. I'm gonna say 5 stars because the food is yummy, the staff are friendly, the service is fast, and the restaurant is clean. It seems like they have a new name now "Viet Bites" but their menu is still the same.

Yes, there's usually a wait since the place has limited seating and sometimes they even sell out, but definitely worth trying! Wasn't too loud and cozy atmosphere. Bring yourself something to do since there's not much to walk around in the area while you wait. The restaurant seems to charge for every little thing and the staff is slow and forgetful. Having to get up so many times just to remind them about our order is simply not acceptable. I really hope things improve, especially for long time customers who have supported this place for years Ambience The ambience was very cute and charming. The space feels inviting and has a pleasant atmosphere. Food The food was good. We ordered the catfish spring rolls and they were delicious once everything finally made it to the table. Service The service was the biggest issue and it was very disappointing, especially since my family has been coming here for 3 years. Parts of our order were missing, including several side dishes and even the sauce for the spring rolls. We asked for a cup of ice and that was missing too. We waited about 10 minutes after receiving the catfish before the vegetables were brought out and we had to keep asking for simple items. It's a shame because things taste best when the food is still hot, but the catfish was already cold once they brought out all the small dishes that came with the main dish. Because the staff was moving so slowly, we ended up walking to the counter (6 times) just to follow up on things that should have been brought to us without asking. It honestly felt like we were serving ourselves. There should be no excuse why service was so slow because there's two waitress and only one other table. The Vietnamese coffee tasted sickly sweet and burnt. After taking one sip, I asked to switch to a Thai tea, hoping it would be better, but that drink was also extremely sickenly sweet. I returned it after one sip as well. I was surprised to see that I was charged for both drinks and was told it was because I drank them, which did not feel fair at all. They even charged us for the lemon slices.

But somehow I had saved this one to my map so I came here with a couple friends for dinner last week. I wasn't super hungry, so I just ordered spring rolls, crispy chicken dumplings and a "dragon egg" boba tea "smoothie." Though it was on their menu under "Smoothies" it was not a smoothie at all. It was an icee. That said, it was still delicious and I loved the fresh and fruity boba balls. The flavor was more lychee than strawberry, but I didn't mind. My friends got an appetizer plate and 5-spice chicken. Both enjoyed their food very much. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere, but does have sit-down service. Very chill vibes, and prices were fair. The place was clean, staff was attentive, and the peanut sauce that came with my spring rolls wasn't spicy, which I appreciated! I wanted to just chill and take my time to eat, but the server never came back again for me to order another drink so I decided I should just get out then since they didn't want me there long it seemed let's start off with the food review tho my spring rolls tasted off like there was something a bit funky with them, as well as how to frozen texture on the inside and I was given the smallest amount of fish sauce I've ever seen every other place. I've been to is a huge amount or like a generous amount of that sauce dividend but I got like barely anything so I was like trying to scoop it at the end, but yeah, definitely funky tasting rolls. The pho itself consisted mostly of noodles and a decent amount of meat at least but with the combination, I felt like the tendon they just gave the biggest chunks possible, which were extremely hard to try to bite through unusual for me to come across I love tripe and tendon the most in the combos, the regular size is generously sized tho no need to pay extra for a larger size unless you're really hungry the flavor of the broth tasted good nothing special but it was a alright meal prob won't come back but I don't think it was entirely a waste of time

The food was delicious, we loved the papaya salad so much, there were so many flavors of spicy and tangy, and the papaya itself was very refreshing. We had the Pad kee mao and Panang curry which were also delicious. For the chicken pad kee mao we requested it to be gluten free and they gave us the same rice noodles as the Pad Thai and a slightly different sauce which was so darn good! The chicken was very tender. When the Panang curry said it came with beef, I didn't know what to think but after a single bite I was a huge fan! So many flavors hit you at once and the beef was so incredible, it was falling part. I really wanted to like this spot, especially as a fan of a well-balanced bánh mì. The sandwich was generous and good value, loaded with meat, but the execution didn't quite come together. The vegetables were tucked toward the back of the bun, making it hard to enjoy that classic balance in each bite. The mayo was far too heavy and the meat leaned overly sweet, which threw off the overall flavor. It also could have used more jalapeños and cilantro to bring some freshness and contrast. The bread was crispy, which was nice, but it was much larger in size and shape than a traditional baguette, leaning more toward a big roll than that light, airy texture you'd expect. Overall, good value but missed the mark on balance and authenticity for me. Saluti.
