My mom, 4 year old daughter and I wanted to try a new Thai restaurant and I am so glad we did! The husband and wife both greeted us when we walked in, so I already knew the food was going to be delicious and man it was a 10/10! My mom got green bean chicken extra spicy, no one gets it to her spice level and she was so happy. My daughter had pad Thai noodles and she kept saying yummy! I ordered the yellow curry with chicken and the flavor was perfect, I had the lunch special and the portion had so much I got to take some home which I ate for dinner! We tried this Thai place and overall really enjoyed it! The Tom Kha coconut soup was sooo good--creamy, flavorful, and definitely one of our favorites. The chow mein was also really good and something we'd absolutely order again. The cheese crab rangoons were okay, but probably not something we'd go out of our way to order again. The coconut shrimp was unfortunately our least favorite because it had way too much batter and ended up being more squishy than crispy. The Thai tea and lemonade were both amazing, though! And the absolute STAR was the fried banana with coconut ice cream. Holy shit. It was freaking incredible and honestly worth coming back for by itself. Overall, we had a great experience! A couple things weren't our favorite, but everything else was delicious, and we'd definitely come back to try more. read more

WOW! So delicious, lots of protein in each meal. Priced very well, and very generous portions as you can see. We had the green curry & drunken noodles which had very great depth of flavor. This little Thai place is delicious! I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken, and it was fantastic. Very flavorful and not too spicy (I got mild). The portion sizes are HUGE. I had a full box of leftovers after eating more than a full serving. Our server was attentive but not the most friendly. The place is very small but cozy and clean. Also of note, they do not serve any alcohol. Overall a great place and will probably be back in person or ordering takeout! read more

This is hidden gem is a great Thai spot. It doesn't look from the looks of it but what a place! We went here for a lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. It was quiet and had a regular lunch crowd. They brought in the soup and spring roll as we were seated. The soup hot and spring roll fresh, it was one of the best freebie we have tried. The soup was delicious and had a great flavor with right amount of spice. We went with drunken noodles, fried rice and pad see eww. The entrees were really good, drunken noodles was excellent, fried rice just alright. The portion however is huge and we had to do a to go. The pricing is very decent too! Sometimes you have an experience with a restaurant that, to not share it, would be a crime. I've ordered take out from Molly's for a few years. Best in the valley hands down. On this night...we wanted something different than our usual (sweet/sour chicken and yellow curry...both addicting)...So I ordered some Orange Chicken and Chow Mein. Food was delivered super fast and when I opened it, having never seen these items before, I thought I had the wrong order. Called...owner offered to make it right and so I drove there to exchange the food (I live close). Not only was I totally wrong and that I had been sent the correct food, he remade it, and made us our regular order and refused to let me pay for my own mistake. I'd send 1000 people here if I could because restaurantours who operate as selflessly and honestly and with that much love deserve all the customers in the world. Also, everything they made us was AMAZING. we literally stood in the kitchen over the containers eating with our fingers because it was too good to walk away from. GO TO MOLLY's. I wasn't impressed with this restaurant. I had the chef special garlic and pepper shrimp. It was like cafeteria food. I could not taste any garlic or pepper. It was bland and not worth $19 Lao the shrimp was very low quality. Won't be going back there are other Thai restaurants that are far better. read more

I ordered online and picked up my food. I ordered the spicy basil fried rice and the fried bananas with coconut ice cream. It was my first time trying coconut ice cream and it was pretty damn good. So were the fries bananas. My spicy basil fried rice was just ok honestly. I was a little bit disappointed in the lack of flavor minus the spice. It definitely was spicy but lacked flavor and color. I added some soy sauce to it when I ate it for leftovers the next day to get some more flavor. The guy at the counter for pick up was nice as usual. He's great and the owner with his wife I believe. The restaurant was low key when I went in to grab my food with a couple people eating. My food was read in 15 minutes which was great after I placed my online order. I normally get the yellow curry but I really wanted some fried rice. I will probably stick to my usual dish for now on . But I still love coming here. read more

I read the reviews for this place and was not let down!! I ordered from uber eats so I cannot speak to the inside of the restaurant but the food was fantastic!!!! The portions were HUGE. We ordered crab Rangoons, Tom yum, garlic and black pepper shrimp & pad Thai. Normally when I find a Thai place that says "Thai hot" it's never as spicy as I want it. He said he never had Thai food so figured we both would try it. Early weekday lunch so I ordered one of the Chef's Special the Ginger Fantasy. Ordered Drunken Noodles & Chicken to go for the Tech. Not too crowded in the dining room, but they had a lot of food delivery orders coming in. The Ginger Fantasy had chicken, beef, pork and shrimp. Very tasty and needed a to-go box. Delivered the drunken noodles to my tech and left. Menu is large and noticed lots of curry and noodle dishes. First time I saw a Double Thai Hot option for spice level. Service is always fast and friendly and Molly herself (she's the owner/cook) will come out (if she's not too busy) and talk with the customers. Don't order the Fish in two oceans. It's hard to explain but it's a small order, just fish fillet and tastes quite plain. They don't go together fried fillets and steamed fillets. They might need to consider take this off the menu and do something like the steam Baramundi w lime chilli sauce. *Vegan review* Yeay! A Thai restaurant in North Phoenix that understands "vegan" and makes good food! There are so many Thai restaurants that list items as vegetarian but they use fish sauce or there is some shrimp, etc. in the curry paste. The staff at Molly's know their ingredients well and assured me that everything was free of random seafood items! I got my usual first time trying a place order - Panang with tofu. The flavors were great - fresh veggies and a nice clean curry. My only complaint is it wasn't spicy enough. I ordered it hot but it was more like mild. This may be just a me thing though. My husband got the garlic and black pepper wok item with tofu. Also good, but the garlic was a bit much for him (me: then why did you order a garilc-focused item?). We came for lunch on a Thursday and there was no wait. We ordered the "Massaman Curry" with salmon ($14) and the "Drunken Noodles" with chicken ($9). For dessert we had the "Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango" ($7). We loved everything. Molly the chef was so nice and even brought out some of the dishes to us. Lunch menu is available Monday through Friday 11am to 3pm. Lunch entrees come with a spring roll and soup. We came back another time for dinner and had: "Coconut Soup Tom Kah" (pot with chicken is $11), it had Thai coconut milk, Thai herbs, mushrooms, tomatoes, and cilantro. "Panang Curry" (with beef is $13), which had sweet dried chili base, bell peppers, carrots, and basil. "Yellow Curry" (with chicken is $12), this had Thai yellow chili pepper base, potatoes, and carrots. "Pad See Ew" ($10), had flat rice noodles, egg, broccoli, garlic, and carrots. "Spicy eggplant" (with salmon is $15), had carrots, white onions, bell pepper, and basil sauteed in garlic chili sauce. The best out of this bunch was her Pad See Ew, and Spicy Eggplant! I wanted a quick, delicious option for lunch, and I stumbled upon Molly's Thai ban. I ordered the Thai tea, beef panang curry, and gyoza. The Thai tea was really sweet for my liking, that I didn't enjoy as much. The beef panang curry was packed full of flavor, I ordered the medium spice because I didn't know how spicy their food could get. The medium spice panang curry had a little kick to it, I could go higher with the spice level next time. They offer a complimentary egg roll and soup, which was nice to have while waiting on my meal.
