Super delicious, casual spot, I recommend the filet or brisket pho, & Crispy Egg roll! So good, delicious broth and I always have leftovers. Good price with fast friendly service can't go wrong.

The service is 100! They acknowledge you the minute you enter, taking you to a table and providing menus. They come by often to ask if you are ready to order. Upon ordering, the food comes out quickly and is fresh to order. The flavor of the broth is great a the side of vegetables is great! Portions are generous. My experience was great and I hope to be back.

Visiting from California and was so happy to stumble upon a super authentic Vietnamese restaurant!! The place is huge, we got seated right away. Our group was pretty large as well, we had about 16 people total and they have long tables for big groups to sit together. I ordered the bun bo hue - it was so flavorful, the broth was tasty and had good lemongrass flavor. It included lots of meat and other toppings. They also gave a plate of veggies to add to your liking!

Love this hole-in-the-wall spot! Their menu has so many options, and the prices are super affordable. Service is quick, and the food tastes very authentic. I ordered the bún bò huế and the pork blood and pork organ congee to go -- both were really good! They also have homemade chili oil. A great Vietnamese restaurant in town!

This is my first time visiting the restaurant on the corner of 17th to pick up my call-in order of vermicelli with grilled pork sausages. The meal only has 7 small pieces of meat and doesn't match the amount of noodles shown in the photo. The service is quick; they probably just microwave pre-made ingredients and reheat them. The restaurant is quite busy at lunchtime. I also noticed that other foods are more reasonably priced. However, I'm not sure if I will return next time.

Pho Thanh is a Phoenix staple - it's the first place I had pho and a place I keep coming back to. Their broth is light and delicious. And the pricing has stayed pretty consistent for the past few years. If you're in town or looking to introduce someone to Vietnamese cuisine, support this business! Note: Pho Thanh has become substantially more popular over the past few years so it tends to get very busy especially on weekends. Plan accordingly! Also: you may be asked to share tables with other patrons, and if you have a large group you will most definitely be waiting longer than folks who come alone or in pairs

Pho Thanh is my go to when I need some comfort food. The broth is always amazing and has the stick to your guts warm feeling every spoonful of that soup. Found out they delayed their annual vacation so run and get your fill of Pho. They are out for vacation 2/17-3:21.

This was my first time ever trying pho and it was delicious. The broth was very flavorful. The eggrolls were the best. Very crispy and lots of flavor. The service is very straightforward here so don't expect over the top customer service but they get you in, fed and taken care of. The restaurant is big even when it seems like there's a long line it goes pretty quick.

Some of the best pho in the valley! We went around 6:30 on a Wednesday and they were pretty busy. There were about 20 people in line, but it only took about 15 minutes to get a table for 3. The workers were hustling tremendously to clear tables quickly, take orders, and deliver waters. It had a bustling but comfortable ambiance with lots of seating in an open space. The food was delicious with some of the best pho broth I've had. The egg rolls, banh mi, and spring rolls were great as well.

I had the pho filet nam and it was pretty flavorful. Very beefy, umami flavor, but could use a little more of that aromatic or herbaceous flavor. Service here is quick, straightforward, not going to have a lot of niceties or small talk lol. Lots of seating here and it's pretty clean and busy. Would go again! Plus, milk run it right next door.

One of the best pho spots in Phoenix! Although it can get super busy, the line goes by fast. The pho here never misses. They have a variety of soups, noodles, meats, and sides. This spot is one of my go-to pho spots for a reason. If you're around the area, give this spot a try!

I have lived in Arizona my whole life and I can confidently say this is the best Pho in town. I frequented the boba place next door and finally decided to give them a try and I was not disappointed! I got some egg rolls to start off and they absolutely blew my mind away. Egg rolls are something you can get just about anywhere but I can't really tell you I had a good one until I tried the ones at Pho Thanh. They are something crispy but not overly crunchy. The greens they provide are nice and fresh and the sauce is perfect. I also got the Banh Mi Bo Kho and it was so good I didn't take a picture until the end haha. I love having something to dip into a soup and the bread they use here is pretty good. I respect a place that isn't super flashy and just lets you enjoy your food. If you're looking for some authentic pho at a good price and amazing quality look no further than Pho Thanh!

Do they do catering? Can I order 40 egg rolls for work party?

    Do they take reservations?

They do not. There are however ample tables and I have yet to go there where there is a line out the door. But there are some busy times such as lunch and dinner.

Do they only serve pho using beef broth or do they have chicken broth as well?

    They offer both.

Who do they use for delivery?

They use Uber Eats, Door Dash, and Grub Hub. I have not used any of these delivery services for Pho Thanh, so I'm not sure how accurate their menus are, but it does look like they have contracts with these 3 delivery services.

They are closed on Tuesday's and Fridays now. Yelp doesn't have the updated hours.

    Do they have high chairs?

The food, flavor, service, cleanliness, and vibes were absolutely perfect!! Came on a Thursday evening, ordered plain pho and french fries for our 5&3YO both ate it up! While we looked at the menu, I couldn't decide what alcohol I wanted, spirit, beer, sake, wine, etc.. finally order sake bomb with Asahi and the bartender came over and let me sample one of the sours - just cause! For dinner we did: - Filet Spring Roll - Chuck Norris Spring Roll - grandma Trans firecracker wings - Crispy Rice on sizzling plate with Filet My words cannot describe how amazingly delicious it all was. The spring rolls were equally filling, flavorful, refreshing, and savory! Flavor explosion! The firecracker wings drenched in the spicy sauce was so good, we kept dipping some of our kids fries in the sauce! Lastly the Crispy Rice dish with filet, WOW! A bite of that, with some broth on the side. I couldn't easily swear it's one of the most savory dishes I've had in AZ. What a hidden gem! On top of this, as a parent, it's always stressful eating outside of your own home with your kiddos, but the staff/owners were so accommodating, I felt comfortable and grateful! The place is very clean inside, nicely decorated, and had background music playing (I hate places that are dead silent). A nice spot for me and my girlfriend to enjoy our lunch and talk over a bowl of pho. I was intrigued by the veggie pho because they used baby corn, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and asparagus. I don't really like vegetable broth so I asked if the broth could be their beef broth which they said was ok. My girlfriend had the chicken pho like she usually does and we shared a spring roll. I have to say that I was blown away with how delicious my pho was. It had such a nice clean beef flavor that you love when enjoying pho. The vegetables worked incredibly, but I' sure any of their beef options are stellar (I just wanted veggies). No doubt one of the more memorable broths that's I've had in a long time! My girlfriend's pho was also super flavorful and had a nice aroma as well. She ended up eating all the broth and had a bunch of leftover noodles and chicken. I would really recommend not serving the chicken diced in cubes because you can't get those nice chopsticks full of noodles and chicken. The roll we ordered was good, but probably not something I'd get again. They use filet mignon for it, but I think I would prefer to have them use a less expensive cut and give me 2X the meat. Finally our server Enrique was cool and very attentive and let us know about their Sunday pho special which was great. This place might not be as traditional as the other places where you see the entire family working and have the beat up menus, but it's they definitely make pho worth checking out for yourself.

You can really feel the spirit of home-cooking and the cozy atmosphere of a locally owned restaurant here. In the best way possible, service hasn't changed - it's still the same friendly owner greeting you with a smile and overall cheerful attitude. You can tell that they are actively growing as a restaurant and I can't help but want to cheer them on! Today, I had their banh mi pho with a side of Chinese donuts to dip into the pho broth. Absolutely delicious and great concept. My constructive feedback is if they can dial in their pho broth (which I already enjoy) to have more in-depth bone broth/spice flavor and less reliance on maybe the salty aspect. I'm excited to see the future of this establishment,

The dining area is bright, clean, and comfortable, creating a relaxed setting that's perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. The friendly staff and welcoming environment make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. Despite being busy, the restaurant maintains a calm and enjoyable vibe that allows guests to sit back and enjoy their meal. The food is outstanding. I ordered the noodle salad bowl with grilled chicken, tofu, and fresh vegetables, while someone else in my party chose a salad bowl with grilled pork and chicken. Everything was freshly prepared, flavorful, and cooked well. The chicken was overcooked though . The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and the dishes arrived quickly without sacrificing quality. With so many menu options available, there's something for everyone. Whether you're looking for a light salad, a hearty noodle bowl, or perfectly grilled meats, you're bound to find a dish you'll love. Banh Mi Bistro combines excellent food, prompt service, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a place I would gladly visit again.

First of all, ordered at the counter and chose our seat. Place had plentiful tables to choose from. Menu had a variety of sandwiches, vermicelli, and rice plates. So many choices, but my tummy stuck with the sandwich. When the nicely wrapped sandwiches came to our table, I we were pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches were more than generous and huge. I ordered #2 - grilled pork, pate, fried egg, and with all the trimmings. Absolutely delicious! Bread was nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Protein fillings were not skimpy at all- the grilled pork was not overly salty, the pate was a nice thin creamy flavorful layer, and the fried egg was perfect and fluffy to top. The produce- pickled veggies with decent balance of cilantro and thinly sliced jalapeños! Omg soooo good. All fresh and flavorful! Can you pls open another eatery in San Antonio?!
