The wall mounted menu over the counter where you order and pay before sitting down gives this place a fast food feel. Any similarity with fast food stops right there. Food is top quality and made to order. The menu is small but covers all the popular choices including báhń mi. The short rib pho is served caveman style with bone in ribs. The broth tastes house made and not from a mix. No need to worry about burning you hands picking up piping hot bowls of pho at the counter. Food is brought to the table on a cart.

Came here on Thursday night with Gabi M & her brother and mom. It's a quick and easy spot with seating and fast service. The ambiance is nothing to write home about but nothing bad to note, I would probably take this home or order it in next time. I got the veggie pho and shared the tofu rolls with Gabi. Don't mind the tofu roll photo, but do note they're amazing with the peanut sauce and a mix of sriracha Zach (my brother in law) and his mom got chicken Vermicelli & Gabi got the chicken plate which I snapped a quick photo of below. I loved my Pho & ended up taking leftovers home for my brother. It was a family affair to say the least but 5 stars from us all. Before we left, Zach also got a taro boba which was the number one suggested boba on their list & he seemingly loved it... since he drank it in a matter of 1.5 minutes ;)

2nd visit to this establishment was yesterday for a to go order. The previous was a dine in. The food here is good and they have a nice variety. The price point is a rip off. I ordered Pho noodles with no meat and it was $15.71. That is the most expensive price in town. The venue is always clean. Housed in a shopping center with plenty of parking.

Very good quality pho. Went here for lunch with my friend, prices were not too bad. I got the veggie pho and my friend got the chicken pho. The broth was absolutely amazing. The vegetables in my pho were good quality. Would come back!

Stopped in yesterday for dinner. Place was super clean and menu was easy to read. They have many options including banh mi and pho. I went with the Vietnamese egg rolls and short rib pho. I also got a Thai tea boba. The boba was great as well as the egg rolls. My only complaint was how they served the short rib pho. It comes tough meat on bone and they expect you to get the meat off and into your bowl after it sits in broth. It's very messy and just a poor experience for the consumer. I let the host know as we left as I think there are better ways to do this. Even the noodles were on a separate plate to start.

This is a great fast casual dining spot. You place your order and pay at the counter and the server brings the food out to your table. I was in the area and wanted a light lunch, so I ordered the special spring rolls. You get a choice of chicken, beef, or pork. I chose the pork, which was a roast pork. The rolls were yummy! They are a rice paper roll that is lined with lettuce behind the rice paper. Inside was filled with rice vermicelli and the grilled pork. The service is good and the ambiance is clean and cute with rice hats on the wall. There is sultry jazz music playing in the background.

I've been a regular at Pho 32 for approximately 4 years now, and it's become a favorite spot for my family. We make it a point to visit regularly; my wife enjoys the pho while I always go for the Banh Mi. Pho 32 offers clean, healthy food with meals that are consistently fresh. They are not overly oily or greasy, nor are they overly seasoned, which we really appreciate. The service is always good, and the ambiance has a quaint modern feel to it. It's a consistent place that offers clean eating for me and my family, and we find ourselves here about once every two weeks. Hope to see you there!

Okay so... basically, we got two pho's to go and on our way home the plastic lids MELTED into the soup. Wish I was kidding. We called back and told them what happened, and asked for a refund, and the girl on the phone said "Uhhhh well we have never seen that happen.. so..." and that was basically her argument to compensate us zero percent. I told her I could send her photos (since I didn't have a car to go back, I was visiting town), and she still kept saying "well I have never heard that before so.." It was an insufferable conversation to say the least. I ended up saying "girl bye" and hung up eventually, which is insane of me and I don't think I have ever done anything like that in my life, but it was actually some of the most horrendous customer service I have experienced before. Anyways... We opened the bag when we got home and there was soup EVERYWHERE, probably because the lids freaking melted. We could only eat the one order because I was not about to eat melted plastic. It was really disappointing :( The soup however was very tasty, just upset we couldn't enjoy the second order of it considering it was like $20. Here are the photos. Pho 32 please don't hire people to be your managers if they can't even provide decent customer service .. okay im done

So never had problems here before. Food always tasty. Decided to try the Shakken Beef. Figured at $23.00 it must be good. Picture on the wall showed a huge amazing bowl of mostly beef and some veggies. Big big bowl of beef. Nope not even close. Good home opened container of rice, veggies , and possibly 1/4 cup beef scraps. I called. The person who answered was concerned . Took my info. Said they would talk to owner and have them contact me for a resolution. I did get a call back from the gentleman who originally took my call. I do appreciate the courtesy. However the answer was everyone gets the same portioned amount. I mentioned it's not as advertised and was told " Yes we are aware of that". So if you wanna dump what you'd pay for a steak, on near raw carrots, and rice. Feel free. Customer service is everything. You won't get it here. Don't forget to swipe the tip at the counter either. They make that quite clear.

It was nice inside, cute restaurant, clean. Person at the desk was nice. The pho was honestly just okay. It wasn't bad (besides the chicken) but it was not like pho I have had at other places that had more of an authentic flavor. We got chicken and beef. The chicken was very dry, tough on some parts and had an old leftover flavor to it. Just very bad. I took one bite and could not eat anymore of it. Some of the beef pieces I got were just like pot roast beef. Other pieces were like the normal sliced beef you usually get, but had no flavor at all. Broth was not that hot and not very flavorful in general even with the fixings they have.

I was feeling under the weather for about two days. I needed something for my stomach and this was what I needed. Chicken Pho aka Pho Ga. The Vietnamese iced coffee good too. I did not even get a chance to take a photo of the coffee. This is the first time I used Grub Hub. Worth it.

The restaurant seems to charge for every little thing and the staff is slow and forgetful. Having to get up so many times just to remind them about our order is simply not acceptable. I really hope things improve, especially for long time customers who have supported this place for years Ambience The ambience was very cute and charming. The space feels inviting and has a pleasant atmosphere. Food The food was good. We ordered the catfish spring rolls and they were delicious once everything finally made it to the table. Service The service was the biggest issue and it was very disappointing, especially since my family has been coming here for 3 years. Parts of our order were missing, including several side dishes and even the sauce for the spring rolls. We asked for a cup of ice and that was missing too. We waited about 10 minutes after receiving the catfish before the vegetables were brought out and we had to keep asking for simple items. It's a shame because things taste best when the food is still hot, but the catfish was already cold once they brought out all the small dishes that came with the main dish. Because the staff was moving so slowly, we ended up walking to the counter (6 times) just to follow up on things that should have been brought to us without asking. It honestly felt like we were serving ourselves. There should be no excuse why service was so slow because there's two waitress and only one other table. The Vietnamese coffee tasted sickly sweet and burnt. After taking one sip, I asked to switch to a Thai tea, hoping it would be better, but that drink was also extremely sickenly sweet. I returned it after one sip as well. I was surprised to see that I was charged for both drinks and was told it was because I drank them, which did not feel fair at all. They even charged us for the lemon slices.

But somehow I had saved this one to my map so I came here with a couple friends for dinner last week. I wasn't super hungry, so I just ordered spring rolls, crispy chicken dumplings and a "dragon egg" boba tea "smoothie." Though it was on their menu under "Smoothies" it was not a smoothie at all. It was an icee. That said, it was still delicious and I loved the fresh and fruity boba balls. The flavor was more lychee than strawberry, but I didn't mind. My friends got an appetizer plate and 5-spice chicken. Both enjoyed their food very much. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere, but does have sit-down service. The ambience is super comfortable, easy, casual. But, it's *super* loud, like really, really loud. The 4 of us had to literally scream, top of our lungs, to hear each other, and these aren't big tables, it's tight in there, so you're very close together. We left with sore throats from yelling. It felt like "a relief" when we stepped out front. After 2 hours sitting in the wooden seats, my butt was also relieved to be getting up. Parking is ridiculous, it's a very thin one way driveway with *no way to turn around* when you reach the end - back it up! Super tiny parking lot. Food: the food was very good. We ordered 6-8 things for the 4 of us because all items are pretty small. Top section of the menu are called smaller items. They were. Items on the bottom section are bigger, but not big. For perspective, when the 4 of us split an item from the bottom "entree section" we each got 2-3 bites/forks-full. So a full entree for one person is 8-12 bites. All items tasted very good, clearly high quality, well curated and definitely unique to this restaurant. The steamed white rice was hot, steamy, moist and sticky, really good. The Panang Chicken was really good, different, creamy, dark, rich and smokey. I added pictures of the menu, inside, patio, bar and a few food items so you can see for yourself. Would I go back? I would because the service was great, visual atmosphere was comfortable, and food was high quality, but turning the music volume down at least 1/2 way from what we had would go a long way,... a looooong way, seriously. Increasing the portion size of menu entrees would also be an improvement since they're about the same price as larger portions elsewhere. And throw some cushions on those inside wooden benches, our butts will thank you. Overall this was a good first visit and I'd try Glai Baan again, hoping for the same great service, quality food and updates to the other items.

I really wanted to like this spot, especially as a fan of a well-balanced bánh mì. The sandwich was generous and good value, loaded with meat, but the execution didn't quite come together. The vegetables were tucked toward the back of the bun, making it hard to enjoy that classic balance in each bite. The mayo was far too heavy and the meat leaned overly sweet, which threw off the overall flavor. It also could have used more jalapeños and cilantro to bring some freshness and contrast. The bread was crispy, which was nice, but it was much larger in size and shape than a traditional baguette, leaning more toward a big roll than that light, airy texture you'd expect. Overall, good value but missed the mark on balance and authenticity for me. Saluti.
