Looking for a quick lunch and Pho 32 was in the neighborhood. They are in a strip mall, very clean and a friendly staff. We ordered the combination vermicelli Bun Chow with beef and a beef Bahn Mi. The food arrived piping hot. I wished the proteins came with a flavor profile like lemongrass or BBQ, but they don't. The Bahn Mi was served on a good exterior crunchy French roll with a pillowy soft inside. The sandwich included mayo, cilantro, onion, jalapeno, cucumber and cooked beef. Again, flavor in the beef would of been nice. I needed to add Sirachi for more taste. The Bun Chow was good, generous portions, chopped spring rolls, nicely cooked noodles, onions, cilantro and a sauce. Tasty meal but needed more flavor and the beef lacked any real flavor. Overall, a fair meal with a mild flavor profile. I am glad we tried but don't need to return to Pho 32. I wish them the best. read more

My family and I were really craving some good, classic pho, so after searching through Yelp and Google, we decided to try this spot. The restaurant is small, maybe 13-15 tables, and the first surprise was the self-order kiosk. You place and pay for your entire order yourself, there's no greeting, no help, and no one to walk you through the process. It felt odd for such a small restaurant, but we went with it. After ordering, we sat down and waited for our food. My husband and I ordered pho, and my daughter got the Bún Bò Huế. Someone brought the dishes out on a cart, but we had to get our own silverware, napkins, and condiments from an island in the middle of the room. Unfortunately, the food just wasn't good. Everything had a strange flavor, almost a Mexican twist, which didn't fit the dishes at all. The Bún Bò Huế tasted like birria and was sweet, and the pho broth was bland and off-tasting. We were really disappointed. When we needed water, we couldn't find anyone to help and were just pointed toward the drink machine. By the end, I found myself questioning why I even left a tip when we essentially served ourselves. Sadly, this won't be a place we return to. read more

Came here on Thursday night with Gabi M & her brother and mom. It's a quick and easy spot with seating and fast service. The ambiance is nothing to write home about but nothing bad to note, I would probably take this home or order it in next time. I got the veggie pho and shared the tofu rolls with Gabi. Don't mind the tofu roll photo, but do note they're amazing with the peanut sauce and a mix of sriracha Zach (my brother in law) and his mom got chicken Vermicelli & Gabi got the chicken plate which I snapped a quick photo of below. Stopped in yesterday for dinner. Place was super clean and menu was easy to read. They have many options including banh mi and pho. I went with the Vietnamese egg rolls and short rib pho. I also got a Thai tea boba. The boba was great as well as the egg rolls. My only complaint was how they served the short rib pho. It comes tough meat on bone and they expect you to get the meat off and into your bowl after it sits in broth. It's very messy and just a poor experience for the consumer. I was in the area and wanted a light lunch, so I ordered the special spring rolls. You get a choice of chicken, beef, or pork. I chose the pork, which was a roast pork. The rolls were yummy! They are a rice paper roll that is lined with lettuce behind the rice paper. Inside was filled with rice vermicelli and the grilled pork. Okay so... basically, we got two pho's to go and on our way home the plastic lids MELTED into the soup. Wish I was kidding. We called back and told them what happened, and asked for a refund, and the girl on the phone said "Uhhhh well we have never seen that happen.. so..." and that was basically her argument to compensate us zero percent. I told her I could send her photos (since I didn't have a car to go back, I was visiting town), and she still kept saying "well I have never heard that before so.." It was an insufferable conversation to say the least. I ended up saying "girl bye" and hung up eventually, which is insane of me and I don't think I have ever done anything like that in my life, but it was actually some of the most horrendous customer service I have experienced before. Anyways... We opened the bag when we got home and there was soup EVERYWHERE, probably because the lids freaking melted. We could only eat the one order because I was not about to eat melted plastic. So never had problems here before. Food always tasty. Decided to try the Shakken Beef. Figured at $23.00 it must be good. Picture on the wall showed a huge amazing bowl of mostly beef and some veggies. Big big bowl of beef. Nope not even close. Good home opened container of rice, veggies , and possibly 1/4 cup beef scraps. I called. The person who answered was concerned . Took my info. Said they would talk to owner and have them contact me for a resolution. I did get a call back from the gentleman who originally took my call. I do appreciate the courtesy. However the answer was everyone gets the same portioned amount. I mentioned it's not as advertised and was told " Yes we are aware of that". So if you wanna dump what you'd pay for a steak, on near raw carrots, and rice. Feel free. Customer service is everything. You won't get it here. Don't forget to swipe the tip at the counter either. It wasn't bad (besides the chicken) but it was not like pho I have had at other places that had more of an authentic flavor. We got chicken and beef. The chicken was very dry, tough on some parts and had an old leftover flavor to it. Just very bad. I took one bite and could not eat anymore of it. Some of the beef pieces I got were just like pot roast beef. Other pieces were like the normal sliced beef you usually get, but had no flavor at all. I can't believe people are giving this place 5 stars and stating it's the "best pho " they've ever had... I came here out of convenience bc I was in the area and looked at the reviews. This place is VERY Americanized, I'm confused by the 5 star reviews and questioning if any of the people have had pho anywhere else. 1. The sides the pho came with and the eggs rolls were laughable... pickled purple onions and one piece of lettuce never seen that before and I've had pho many times at various places. ( I love pickled purple onions btw, this is just not the correct side !) 2. It was $40 for egg rolls , spring rolls and shrimp pho. This exact meal cost less than half at de vang or pho Thanh, and that's including a generous tip. 3. No chili oil... almost every Asian place you go to will have some variation or chili oil. With the exception of the siracha The two other sauces they had were watered down. 4. Service was good, food lacks an authentic Vietnamese flavor and doesn't reflect their prices at all. The last picture is the comparison with PHO THANH which is my usual pho place. Overall this place was the furthest thing from authentic, if you need a quick takeout option or wanting something convenient for the area then this place makes sense. This is good place to go if you're craving pho but don't have a lot or time to go to a sit down restaurant, as you order at the counter. The pho is pretty good and I feel that you get your money's worth because they give you a lot more noodles than any other pho place I've ever been to. I always leave full and usually am unable to finish my food. The only thing I don't love is that they don't keep some of the typical garnishments out, like soy sauce. I always have to go back up to the counter to ask for soy sauce and more garnishments like limes. It also feels more like a fast food restaurant rather than an authentic pho place but don't let that deter you from giving it a try because the food quality is still good and staff members are very nice. read more

To start with, I have had Pho 32 times before and usually a solid bowl of pho for $13. Back in town for business and was craving pho, so pumped I could get a quick bowl by my hotel. Service was polite and restaurant very clean as always. When the beef pho arrived, everything went downhill as excited to dig in I realized not much meat ( ok bc it's $13) but when I went to mix in and take a bite of the noodles, they started to break as they were over cooked. As I sipped the broth which was just as good as I remembered, I then realized my whole bowl was basically all noodles after I finished all my broth in 8-10 spoon fulls (wasn't able to drink out the bowl).When I left I still had a completely half full bowl of noodles. read more
