    Shrimp Eggrolls and Crab Rangoon

Thai Long-An has been my go to for years now. They have the best Pad Thai. They have the cutest and most authentic decor. I also enjoy that they are quick and the food is always hot. The staff are very friendly as well. It's also conveniently close to where I live which is a plus. Recently I tried the shrimp egg rolls and they were sooo good. I can't wait to visit again.

We were craving some Thai food for lunch and there was a few options, but we settled on this one. This was my first time at this restaurant and there was enough parking spots on a weekend afternoon. There was one other family dining when we arrived, and a few more came while we were there. We ordered crab rangoons for our appetizers, and they came with a sweet and sour sauce. They were delicious! Crispy, hot, and creamy cheese/crab filling. For my entree, I chose the drunken noodles with tofu, spice level 4/5. My dining companion ordered their yellow curry with tofu, spice level 3/5. Our food came out and we dug in. My dish was not piping hot, but moderately warm with some hot spots in the middle. There wasn't enough sauce/flavors and the noodles were more on the mushy side. The tofu was cooked well and tasted great. My dish was not spicy, maybe a 2 or 3, so I added some Sriracha sauce. I tried the yellow curry and it was pretty good. Service was friendly and our waters were refilled appropriately. I may try different dishes if I return in the future, but in the meantime I will choose other Thai restaurants.

Nice, solid Thai experience with wonderful service. The building looks like a refitted old house with a small parking lot on the property. We ordered Tom Kha soup with tofu, Pad Thai with chicken, Papaya Salad Bangkok style and Spicy Basil Noodle. We did level 3 out of 5 for spiciness. It was perfect, plenty of heat but not so hot that you can't enjoy the flavors. The servings were large and the 4 items were more than 2 people can eat. I thought the prices were also very fair for the quality.

Ordered and delivered through PostMates. Delivery was great. Everything was delivered as ordered. Can't speak to the ambience. I ordered Friday around 515 and it was delivered close to 7, which was exactly as the app promised. Overall the dishes were way too sweet. Ordered the following. Tom Yum- spice level 3- excellent spice level. About 8 pieces of tofu. Sour level was great but it was sweet which was odd. Egg Plant - spice level 1- i was very disappointed with this dish. Typically this and the Tom Yum are my favorite. They're was very LITTLE eggplant. Maybe 8-10 pieces. There was so much carrot in it. The sauce was very runny and the flavor was INCREDIBLY bland. Pineapple Fried Rice - spice level 1- ordered this for my 2 year old + 11 month old. They loved it. There were ample veggies + chicken. Again, very bland. Pa-Naeng Curry - spice level 2- great spice level. I could've go to a 3 and been good. No complaints on this one. Tasted great. Mango Sticky Rice - very disappointed. This looked like it was left out overnight and then packaged up. You can see the picture. I tried to eat it as i didn't wanna complain or waste food but ultimately I couldn't. The rice was so thick and hard and almost dry. The mango def looked past it's prime Overall i can tell this is a local favorite. I am hoping I just had an off experience. I'd be willing to give it one more shot. But I wasn't impressed.

I came to Phoenix for a conference and needed dinner for the first night. Delivery has been my go-to option these days considering the 110 degrees out there. It's not easy to find Asian food in the downtown area, so I decided to give this place a try. The food was good, but the taste was a little too sweet for me. Pad Thai was a little drier than what I normally had. Overall, it's good portion and good price, but the taste could improve a little bit. Eggplant dish was good, but still a little too sweet for me.

Our second time here and we will definitely be coming back for a long time! The employees are so sweet and always cracking jokes with us and the food is amazing. We had massaman curry, house pad Thai, and pineapple fried rice and it was all excellent. Highly recommend!

First timer....got some food to go....which included some apps and a few main dishes. Right off the vibe was very welcoming when placing the order over the phone. The ETA for food to be ready was spot on, so I really appreciated that. At pickup the service was super polite and cordial. Looking around the place looks relaxing inside with a calm ambience. We got the Fried Wontons and Thai Vegetable Egg Rolls to start. Both of them had peaks of flavor and the right crunch. Main dishes were Pork Teriyaki and Drunken Noodles with chicken. One slight suggestion would have been a bit more of the teriyaki flavor on the pork but the rice was nice and fluffy. The Drunken Noodles were flavorful and scrumptious as expected. I will be making it a point to stop by again and try some new dishes.

Pad-See-Ew, Thai egg rolls and 3 of a kind.

After seeing a fellow Yelper post about this restaurant I had to try it! Thai food is one of my favorite cuisines. The menu drew interest with many great options. We had a hard time choosing as everything sounded great! We decided on the Beef Pad-See-Ew (my fave Thai dish) the Thai egg rolls and three of a kind, which has scallops, chicken and shrimp in veggies. We were not disappointed. The flavor was spot on, not overly salty and not lacking any spice. The only thing we were a bit bummed about is that the portions are a bit smaller than most Thai restaurants we have had before. Usually there is enough for plenty of leftovers. Overall, this place is a must to add to your list if you haven't already. 10/10

The ambience is super comfortable, easy, casual. But, it's *super* loud, like really, really loud. The 4 of us had to literally scream, top of our lungs, to hear each other, and these aren't big tables, it's tight in there, so you're very close together. We left with sore throats from yelling. It felt like "a relief" when we stepped out front. After 2 hours sitting in the wooden seats, my butt was also relieved to be getting up. Parking is ridiculous, it's a very thin one way driveway with *no way to turn around* when you reach the end - back it up! Super tiny parking lot. Food: the food was very good. We ordered 6-8 things for the 4 of us because all items are pretty small. Top section of the menu are called smaller items. They were. Items on the bottom section are bigger, but not big. For perspective, when the 4 of us split an item from the bottom "entree section" we each got 2-3 bites/forks-full. So a full entree for one person is 8-12 bites. All items tasted very good, clearly high quality, well curated and definitely unique to this restaurant. The steamed white rice was hot, steamy, moist and sticky, really good. The Panang Chicken was really good, different, creamy, dark, rich and smokey. I added pictures of the menu, inside, patio, bar and a few food items so you can see for yourself. Would I go back? I would because the service was great, visual atmosphere was comfortable, and food was high quality, but turning the music volume down at least 1/2 way from what we had would go a long way,... a looooong way, seriously. Increasing the portion size of menu entrees would also be an improvement since they're about the same price as larger portions elsewhere. And throw some cushions on those inside wooden benches, our butts will thank you. Overall this was a good first visit and I'd try Glai Baan again, hoping for the same great service, quality food and updates to the other items.

We had booked bar seating in the back room, which is a bit smaller than the front dining area, but cozy Carly was our server/bartender and she was extremely friendly and explained how everything worked. The menu was split into three portions, North, South and collaborations. They'll explain every addition detail to you if you like. As many had mentioned how good the mango salad is, we pretty much had to order that. I didn't realize it would have nice chunks of shrimp in it, that was a fantastic surprise. We also ordered the crab curry, and that was both of our favorite dishes.- it is served with a big bowl of sticky rice, Yum! The other dish we ordered was a noodle with pork, and those noodles were so creatively tasty. Very good. As a proud Yelp Elite, I decided to give this place a chance because the reviews were the best I saw in the city! The place was busy on a Sunday night and it is small but I never say customers waiting too long. There were two larger parties seated so the food took some time but nothing outrageous. We started with the calamari, spring rolls, and crab wontons. The calamari were the biggest I've ever seen and very delicious! Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the spring rolls or crab wontons. I feel like those are hard to get wrong but I was not a fan of the cream cheese that was used and it was a lot of it, barely any imitation crab. For entrees, I had the spicy basil and substituted ground chicken for chicken breast, my personal preference. I ordered level 2 spice but it was still a bit spicy for me. Trying a new Thai place is always hit or miss with spice levels so I actually thought I was being safe with 2. Additionally, the chicken was so bland. Some Thai places season their chicken, some do not and unfortunately Pad Thai Cafe missed that mark. My partner ordered the short rib curry dish and my goodness, it smelled like heaven and tasted just as good. I don't eat beef but had to taste it and it was divine! He also ordered spice level 2 and his dish was not as spicy as mine. Overall, the rest of the party enjoyed their food and there were good flavors there so I'd definitely recommend the entrees, not so much the starters.
