Not much to look at inside or out, but service was friendly when I walked in for a to-go order. I would say the broth is rich and a bit salty, can be a bit lighter. The spring rolls are a bit out of proportion, is like eating a medium size burrito, taste alright, recommed to add some mints and basil to stand out Vietnamese flavors, it serves with peanut sauce. Overall, this pho place is good, but can be better. If they can give a better meat portion to the pho, I am sure it is a successful restaurant for long run. We wanted some pho while are waiting for out connecting flight so we went to try this place. It was a surprise to see that they are fast food style. You ordered at the counter and pay and they bring it to you. It's self service mostly you have to get your own utensils and sauce which they put at a table. We didn't eat pho but ordered the spicy beef noodles (bun bo hue) which we don't see any meat at all except 3 thinly slices for almost $18 a bowl. The broth was so spicy with salted chilli that we couldn't even eat it much we we're constantly coughing from the chilli. I normally can eat spicy but this is not the spice that make me cough it's the salted chilli which filled the broth. I had to share the port vermicelli with my daughter which is not bad and had a lot of meat. The place was dead at lunch time when we came. This was my first time trying this place since it was the closest pho to work but super expensive and not good! I got the spicy beef soup and spring rolls, with tip and tax it was $31 for lunch. There was hardly any meat in the spicy beef soup, no meatballs but just some small amount of shredded beef. The spring rolls were very bland and underwhelming. Rice paper used to be my favorite pho spot in AZ. I'm a big pho fan but i just paid $24 for a decent beef and tons of noodles but lacking so much on the veggie garnishes.
