Under new ownership and total remodel. The look is bright and welcoming. The ambiance jumps off the page with the music light Asian music very relaxing has me leaning into my Shazam to get songs. Asian cooking shows playing on TV. Now to the food the broth flavor is jumping off can taste the various pho spices so well done. I did the child pho with shrimp. Shrimp was huge and fresh. The temperature was hot not lukewarm. I like my pho broth piping hot and that is what they brought to the table. My friend got what we nicknamed the birds nest it is fried noodles with stir fried vegetables on top. I sampled it and was like I'm getting it next time the flavor was off the chain, vegetables cooked just right with a crunch. Top of the charts was the service very welcoming and friendly. Stopped in for pho while we were in town for work and had such a great experience. The place itself was really cute. I ordered their special beef pho, and the broth was seriously delicious--rich, flavorful, and exactly what you want in a good bowl of pho. I did ask about oxtail pho, but it wasn't on the menu. The sweet surprise was our waitress telling me her dad was planning to bring it in next week just for me, which honestly made the whole visit even more memorable. Unfortunately, we were leaving the next day, so I couldn't take her up on that, but I really hope they add it to the menu!!! Everyone there was super friendly, and I'm really glad we ended up getting our pho fix here. Definitely worth checking out! read more

This was unfortunate. I ordered takeout and wasn't given any utensils or sauces that I asked for. My spring rolls were inconsistent meaning one had shrimp and pork the other was stuffed with only lettuce and mint. The peanut sauce was very thick. Now this is where my main disappointment came from, the teriyaki chicken plate. The chicken was way overcooked to a crisp, you would think I ordered fried chicken. My rice was hard and cold. The veggies were cold and hard. I'm super disappointed. I gave 2 star because when I ordered online it said 23/30 mins it was done probably within 10 so it's quick. read more

Everyone goes here so i decided to try it too. we got the shrimp pho and beef pho with crab rangoon's and wings, we also ordered spring rolls but ate them before we took a picture LOL. It was pretty good. i would come back for the rangoon's and spring rolls. i usually always go to camelback pho which is like 3-5min from there and honestly their pho beats them. the beef was still delicious tho but as for my go to pho place it definitely remains camelback pho. service was lovely! the place is a little small but still felt homey and nice. they attend to you very nicely. my bf said the wings were pretty good here too but they only had 2 options for them. read more

Wow!!!! I've been coming here for years. It's under new ownership at first I was worried but omg!!! The food is amazing. The Pho that I had today was out of this world. It was a beef rib Pho. The broth had just the right amount of flavor, the beef rib was tender and flavorful. This is a limited time dish. The other items on the menu are equally delicious. Update 10-23-24 Saigon Crepe. Did you know you can request Saigon Crepe with no meat or fish sauce and have tofu and veggies? Yes you can! It's worth it! A different kind of meal that is crispy and filling. Of course I wanted my grilled pork rice dish with a fried egg requested on top. Worth the trip here! Lots of people at night. I'm Vietnamese and I am very particular about my pho broth. It's one of the first things I try when I visit a Vietnamese place I've never been to. This place definitely got my 5 stars for their pho! The broth was perfectly spiced - I did not need to add any flavoring except the typical mint leaves and jalapeños. The noodles were not overcooked. The brisket and rare steak were tender. And they were good size pieces. We also ordered the crispy noodles, which was a first for me. And they were very good, especially the sauce that was on it. I actually secretly wished I had room in my tummy to ask for rice to eat with the remaining sauce. Overall great experience. Fast service. Amazing food. Will definitely come back! read more

I've had several wonderful dishes from this restaurant, but I am writing this review to say that their tofu banh mi sandwich is one of the best things I have eaten. It is simply divine. The best Pho I've found in Arizona. The broth is thick and rich. Servers are very nice and they constantly try to make upgrades to improve the ambience and atmosphere. Small hole-in-the-wall spot that fits the ideal Vietnamese restaurant with the best and fastest service. Presentation is great too. Price has risen a bit since I found this place, but it's because they continue to have the highest quality everything. From the filtered water with lime to the steak...fantastic! read more

Good food, i've never tried pho i'm not sure if i'm a huge fan of it but it wasn't bad and i'd probably go again. They have good service and are pretty nice, the inside was pretty clean and busy which is always good. My boyfriend really enjoyed his pho noodles with rare steak but there wasn't much meat. Ate here today the food was really good staff was nice as well there were a good amount of people there but unfortunately we found 2 roaches on our table as soon as we walked in there was 1 in the sauces and about 30 minutes in another one fell from the ceiling back into the sauces , we notified the staff and they apologized but didn't seem like they cared that much . We paid for our food we got 25% off for inconvenience but that didn't really do much . Just beware i looked through the other reviews and there's some reviews saying the same thing as long as 6 years ago! read more

Food is consistently delicious, but the restaurant could really use a deep clean. The floors are grimy, there's buildup in the corners and crevices, and the bathroom wasn't very clean either. If the front looks like that, it has me question the kitchen. read more

THEY DON'T MISS! Everything I've had over my visits these last 5 years or so is always good! I had beef pho and this beef skillet served with and egg and your choice of rice or bread. The pho broth is perfectly seasoned without adding any sauces. The service is very quick and they answered my questions about the beef skillet to make sure I ordered the right one. The bread the skillet was served with was warm and fresh. It's a small and simple place as far as decor and I don't necessarily care for having to go to the front desk to pay but all minor because the food is delicious. I've ordered several different things besides pho and it's always good! read more

**Service:** The service was outstanding! My server was very good! **Location:** The restaurant is situated in a nice, clean area, which added to the overall experience. **Menu Options:** The menu offered a fantastic variety of options. **Flavor of Food:** Unfortunately, the flavor of the food fell short for me. I can't quite put my finger on it, but it just didn't taste as good as I had hoped. **Portion Size:** On the plus side, the portion sizes were generous--I definitely didn't leave feeling hungry! Overall, while the service and setting were excellent, the food lacked the authenticity I was looking for. If your looking for quick bite and dont care about things listed go. But I will say theres better options out there. read more

Pho Noodles - The noodles didn't quite do it for me, but the fried rice was decent! - Vietnamese Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

After a very long day, I was so tired and craving hard for a hearty soup. Debating whether to go DoorDash something to the hotel or try venturing, I chose to walk to Pho Noodles and get my bowl of pho piping hot. This is a little dingy hole-in-the-wall. It was a little confusing placing the order because there was no one at the front of the restaurant but the worker looked confused when I told them I wanted to stay to have the pho. But there were a few people already eating inside on a fairly early Monday night, so it seemed promising. The pho was brought out after a little while. There was a sizable amount of food in the bowl. Unfortunately, that was the high point of this experience. The soup was bland and seemed like someone was trying to make up for the lack of flavor with some MSG and sugar, but did not succeed. The noodles were overcooked, like they'd been sitting a long time. This made the texture very poor. But there was a good amount of veggies for the pho, and the meat tasted ok. Overall, Pho Noodles felt like a place that had been around the neighborhood for a while because there are no other options for miles around and it is not expensive. read more

good food, got bought out and is definitely not as good and affordable as before, still solid with great customer service. ambiance is okay, but what do you expect from a pho place lol. wouldn't go here again since the buy out. read more

The high Yelp ratings brought me to this restaurant for dinner. My own experience will keep me away. We excitedly ordered 1. Spring Rolls with Shrimp and Pork, 2. Rice Noodles with Seafood, 3. Rice Noodles with Chicken Shrimp and Beef, and 4. Special Combination Fried Rice. The chicken in the noodle dishes arrived tough and dry. The fried rice was over-fried, the beef and chicken in the fried rice were inedible. Bean sprouts provided with the noodle dishes were wilted and brownish in color. Regrettably this is the worse meal at a Vietnamese restaurant for us in 20 years. After paying the $54 dinner bill, we went to have another dinner at a nearby IHOP! The restaurant is located within a huge, but mostly deserted (vacant) shopping center. Lots of parking. The interior restaurant setting was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Service was friendly and fast Too bad the food quality was lacking. And yes, we mentioned our disappointment to the Pho restaurant owner. read more

I've never had a pho place actually treat me nice but this one. Everyone is really nice and food is good!

I was craving Vietnamese food so my partner and I decided to eat here based on the good reviews. Upon walking in, it smelt great until we were seated. Then it smelt like dirty rag the whole time. The water they gave us tasted funny. My partner and I ordered the shrimp&pork spring rolls and 2 Bun Bo Hues. The server brought out our soups. Few minutes pass and I wondered if they forgot our spring rolls. Which he did since I saw him bring out other table's appetizers and entrees. I wanted to get his attention so I waited and watched him for a good solid 15 minutes. I could tell he was avoiding eye contact and kept hiding in the kitchen. I gave up on the rolls. The Bun Bo Hue barely had any protein in it. Maybe a few slices of meat. The soup base wasn't even Bun Bo Hue. They didn't give us much garnishes either. No point in trying to flag him down since he was avoiding us. The service was nonexistent. It wasn't just my table. I looked around and the other tables needed their water refilled and other services. Not once did he check on any of us. I couldn't even finish my food because the food was so bland. I had high hopes based on reviews and was left disappointed. I went up to pay the bill. I told the lady at the register that we didn't get our spring rolls and she said "sorry" in an unapologetic tone. But because I'm a server myself in a different Vietnamese restaurant, I still left a tip. I left a 10% tip, wasn't much but honestly they didn't deserve a few bucks in my opinion. They also charge 3% if you use card for payment. Will I go here again? No. read more
