Nice little place for pretty decent Vietnamese but the short rib pho is amazing!! Definitely my go to dish whenever I'm there.. so good!!

To start with, I have had Pho 32 times before and usually a solid bowl of pho for $13. Back in town for business and was craving pho, so pumped I could get a quick bowl by my hotel. Service was polite and restaurant very clean as always. When the beef pho arrived, everything went downhill as excited to dig in I realized not much meat ( ok bc it's $13) but when I went to mix in and take a bite of the noodles, they started to break as they were over cooked. As I sipped the broth which was just as good as I remembered, I then realized my whole bowl was basically all noodles after I finished all my broth in 8-10 spoon fulls (wasn't able to drink out the bowl).When I left I still had a completely half full bowl of noodles. read more

Really quick service and delicious pho. Was the perfect place to go on a chilly day. Broth tasted really fresh and savory and the meat in the pho was well prepared. I've been to Pho 32 once for dine-in and more recently (during the Covid-19 pandemic), I placed a delivery order via Yelp... and after both experiences, I'm a fan! For dine-in, I love fast casual concepts... just place your order at the counter and find a table and your food will follow. For delivery, the process was simple, the food arrived on time and still warm, and I had a belly full of pho that was more than satisfying! This places uses quality ingredients, has large servings and moderate prices... what's not to like? Small clean place with a wonderful menu. Had a chicken pho and a combo which is a small pho(I chose beef) with a side of spring rolls. I asked for tofu in the rolls instead of shrimp. We paid at the front, they give you a table number and before you know it, a gentleman with a rolling cart appears with all the goodies you ordered. Both phos were absolutely delicious. The broth was the star. Great depth of flavor. We were given bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and limes on the side to enhance our soups. 2/2 times I've been here... terrible customer service. The workers who take the order act like you're bothering them? We walked out this second time after the worker rolled her eyes and blew us away with her hand when we asked for a minute to look at the menu when we first walked in. Management- you're losing money! I grew up eating pho in California and have never been very picky about it. Was looking for a pho spot nearby and suggested this one, knowing that the interior of the restaurant is newly updated. My Viet friend decided against it citing that the prices seemed inflated and that the broth opaqueness was not correct and it seemed diluted. Fast forward a few weeks later and I came here with my boyfriend out of convenience (it's the closest pho restaurant to us). I knew it was bad news the minute we walked in and I saw the menu board. They have 4 options, beef, chicken, veg & something else. My friend was right, the portion was small for the price, the soup was massively diluted, it almost tasted like it was a seasoning packet. We got to try several of their menu items our first visit. To begin with, we tried their pho, which I found fine. It wasn't necessarily spectacular, but it was still good. My husband asked for extra noodles, something I wish I had done as well because my soup left me desiring for more. I tried one of the spring rolls, a fresh dish that was enhanced by the sauce served on the side. My husband wanted to try the egg rolls which he said were crunchy on the outside and tasty on the inside. I also ordered the taro boba, a bit bland compared to other taro boba's I've had. Service is also good, with a polite, caring staff. The dining area is clean and nicely decorated, in fact it's what draws you in. A neat restaurant, well maintained, filled with pleased customers enjoying their meal. 9/9/24 The plaza has been out of running water since the AM and this restaurant has been serving food all day without a sign on the door stating there isn't any water. The other restaurants closed their doors for the day. I think OSHA should be made aware of this. How are the employees washing their hands and dishes. It's pho place... so soup isn't on the menu? Decent food, NOT so decent prices. Only when you order at the counter do you see their new prices on the TV screen (about a 10-15% increase on all items). There really is no excuse for this as the printed menus at the restaurant entrance AND their website both still say the "old price"...quite annoying as I made sure to check the prices before coming here and ended up being charged a very inflated price. As for the food itself, I ordered the grilled pork plate and the meat was well seasoned with good portion of rice. My husband ordered the pho and spring roll combo ($13.99). The spring roll didn't taste very fresh as the rice paper was a bit hard and the peanut sauce was watery for some reason. The best grilled pork in town! I love their grilled pork. It is juicy, little fatty, and a little bit charcoal. Putting grilled pork on top of the needle vermicelli and veggies made the whole bowl extra delicious. I like the selections of veggies in the noodle bowl. This is close to the original. The egg roll is perfectly cooked and I cannot stop enjoying them. You have to order at the counter. Get your number and wait for the food at your table. Phò 32 is definitely up to par with the good places I have been to. I love the flavor of the broth. One thing I would wish for though that they had with their Phò was tripe. I ordered the Beef Pho, with no meatballs. It came out within seconds .... with meatballs though Told the lady at the counter. She took it to the back (removed the meatballs I'm assuming) and came back within seconds. I took a good sip of the broth and it needed nothing ... NOTHING AT ALL! I added the spice just because but it needed nothing at all!!! Every single bite was so good. The bowl size is a little smaller than other places but I'll get leftovers. Not this place, good food at a nice modern decorated Vietnamese restaurant with authentic food. Later on the owners came from the back and you can see that it is family owned with the typical family members walking and running the restaurant with their son stuck at the restaurant all day playing on his phone or laptop to kill time. We ordered the pork chops and the pork rice plate, only difference was one was chopped up pork and the other was on the bone with a little bit more. Very good tasting, menu is short with items which is not a bad thing. Wanted to try the Pho bit was just to hot outside, will come back to try the Pho and other dishes. This place is not a "whack ass" pho spot and according to Ali Wong on David Chang's "Ugly Delicious" - you know the best pho spots have a number after the name. And Pho 32 checks all these boxes. We ordered delivery from here, arrived well packed, and they even separated the rare meat. Highly recommend re-heating the soup a bit so it cooks the rare beef a bit more. The pho broth was legit. Very flavorful - more flavorful than what I have had even in the past. It was actually a darker color so if you want something a bit lighter or used to that, this isn't it. The crispy spring rolls were so good (need a few more pieces of lettuce). And what they called spring rolls, I am used to calling those summer rolls, were also delicious and you could tell were fresh. The wrapper was the perfect consistency. Also, saw some reviews complained about the size. I found eating the pho and the rolls were more than enough. I was actually in pain from all the food but I refused to stop - it was that good. It was better to be uncomfortable due to the food than to stop shoveling it into my mouth. My friend and I were out in the area and I mentioned how I had never tried pho. Quick search and this place popped up with good reviews so we went to try it. 100% best first time experience for pho! I'm usually not a fan of beef but the beef pho was so delicious and warm, plus the beef tasted good. There was so much flavor and so much to eat, seriously I could of taken a good portion home. The spring rolls were very fresh & the peanut sauce was also full of flavor. Everyone was nice from the cashier to the lady bringing us our food.
