I came here for a Banh Xeo at close to dinner time. I also picked up a Vietnamese coffee. Both were absolutely amazing!! Additionally, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Quite a nice relaxed environment. It was quiet when I arrived. Soon after, the place was almost filled! It seems to be a place of choice for a large portion of the community there as for dinner time, the joint was full.

Great pho. The broth is rich, clean and so tasty. I added the jalapeños, and sprouts just to my taste. Worth a stop if only for the pho. I asked for extra tendon and they delivered. The bahn mi was a good value.

Great new Vietnamese in North Phoenix! I ordered their Banh Mi for takeout and it was legit. Priced at under $6 it's honestly a steal. Bread tasted fresh and it had plenty of meat. Service was quick. Fast casual ambiance. Will definitely be back to they their Pho.

New owners, very nice and welcoming service. They have so many options on their menu. Prices are great compared to others. I got their spicy beef noodle soup (bun bo hue). Very authentic and tasty. Will be back!

I think this was the best pho I have ever had. Unexpectedly tasty, service was fast and kind and help me, very generous of giving me lots of cilantro. I was there on Thanksgiving so when lots of shops were close, this one was open and I found my hidden gem in Arizona. I emptied my bowl instantly.

    The chopsticks in question

Coming back, it was just as great! Just my mother was a tad disappointed at the lack of curry (they were out) but she subbed it out for a beef stew that was curry-like. Since the last time I've been, they've got new management, which means no more reusable chopsticks. My, how I detest the wooden ones. I always have to have someone else snap them apart for me, and then the rough bits rub together the entire meal. It'll be a dreadful day when I go to a pho restaurant alone and all they have is wooden chopsticks. Yech. I've got to get my own reusable ones. Nonetheless, great place. And don't miss the free pho stickers on the way out. Almost made up for the chopsticks.

First time trying pho and it did not disappoint! Went on a Sunday afternoon and it was really quiet in there. I ordered the rare beef soup. The flavor of the broth was amazing.

Haven't ordered from here for over 2 years, saw under new management sign out front and decided to take a chance and IT IS AMAZING! The broth was delicious it tasted nostalgic and such a different experience from 2 years ago, the customer service was so friendly and quick I asked for extra siracha and they delivered and gave chili oil as-well which took the pho to a whole new level of deliciousness! They completely remodeled the inside and it looks very inviting and suprised how clean it was and how much more comfortable it's been made to look the ambiance was great and will definitely be making this the new spot to get a perfect bowl of pho!

We were a party of 12 visiting on vacation, and none of us are from the area. We ordered spam musubi and a chicken skewer as appetizers. Both appetizers arrived well after our entrees had already been served and we had essentially finished eating. Each time we asked about them, we were repeatedly told, "They're coming." Mind you, these are simple appetizers that should not take anywhere near that long to prepare. When we asked for the third time, we finally asked that the appetizers be cancelled since we had already finished our meal. At that point, the gentleman working the front area , tall, with red hair, loudly yelled from across the restaurant, in an extremely rude and confrontational tone, "It's already on the grill!" There was absolutely no reason to speak to paying customers that way. His response was unprofessional, unnecessary, and honestly created a very hostile and uncomfortable feeling during what should have been an enjoyable dinner, especially while our group was on vacation and simply trying to enjoy a meal together. When the appetizers eventually came out, we left them sitting there because we were already done eating and ended up taking them to go. He eventually told us they would be removed from the bill, which we appreciated, but that did not excuse the way the situation was handled. Again, the food was good, but good food does not make up for poor service and especially not for an employee speaking to customers in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. Management should seriously address how customers are treated, because the interaction with this particular employee overshadowed what could have otherwise been a good dining experience for our party of 12.

The atmosphere is super classy and cute, with great date-night vibes. Parking can be a little limited with the English pub next door, but it's definitely worth a stop. We started with a few of their buns. The pork belly was my favorite, but the fried chicken and meatball were both very good! For dinner, we ordered the fried rice, XO noodles, and shaking beef. The beef was a little more well done than I prefer, but everything was packed with flavor. Portions were generous, presentation was beautiful, and overall, the food was delicious. Most dishes averaged around $20, which felt very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. And a special shoutout to Keith - his service was fantastic throughout the entire meal! Great atmosphere, flavorful food, generous portions, and excellent service. We'll definitely be back!

The place was buzzing with loud electronic music and tons of people dining -- I think because the ceiling is so high the noise is amplified. Because it was so busy it took a while for the server to come over but he did with waters which was nice but then the menus are all on QR codes -- which is annoying because it is hard to look at everything and because the menu is very confusing it would have been nice to see everything on paper. The menu is confusing because the selections are very odd -- I thought it was a mexican-asian/sushi fusion restaurant -- which I guess it is but it was still really hard to create the best food experience when I couldn't see everything available. My friend was hungry so she immediately put in an order for calamari and I was being called to order the blood orange margarita slushie. When the margarita came it was like nothing I have ever seen before. It looked more like a milkshake or like a creamsicle. I dove in thinking it would be too sweet but it was actually quite delicious and I sucked it back in a second! Also I put in an order for the edamame which sounded really good in the description -- "woodfired" and spicy miso butter -- but when they came they were really spicy and the woodfired element was making me cough, strangely enough -- I couldn't finish them! Finally after waiting forever we got the drinks and apps. It then took another 15 minutes to order our food. Again it was busy and my friend and I were catching up so it wasn't a big deal. We wanted a fairly light dinner so we just ordered one roll -- the Fuego, which had yellowtail and a whitefish, chili, cilantro and cucumber plus a pico de gallo on top -- it was very flavorful -- although a bit spicy for those who are spice wimps like me. Overall, thought it was a good meal but wasn't blown away.

When we arrived, I felt a little scolded for making our reservation through OpenTable, even though that's the platform Arizona Restaurant Week directed us to when we clicked the reservation link. That left me a little confused as to why OpenTable is listed as an option in the first place. We were also seated right next to the only other two guests in the restaurant, despite there being plenty of empty tables. I understand the seating choice a little more once the restaurant started filling up, but at the time, it made us feel a bit awkward and crowded. Thankfully, the **food was the highlight of the experience--and it was delicious!** I wasn't a huge fan of the crispy rice, but the cucumber salad was SO good. I also ordered the Dragon Roll, which was delicious. We ordered from the Arizona Restaurant Week menu, and choosing the steak made it an especially great value. The menu included an appetizer and dessert as well, so there was a lot of food for the price. Angela took great care of us throughout the meal. I do wish she had been a little more accommodating when our sushi roll presentation accidentally fell, but overall, she was attentive and friendly. There was also a little mix-up with the salmon belly nigiri. We thought it was included in happy hour, but it turns out regular salmon is on the happy hour menu while the salmon belly is not. Honestly, after trying it, I don't think the belly was really worth ordering anyway! There were definitely a few things about the experience that put me off, but now that I know what to expect, I'd approach things differently next time to hopefully have a better experience. **At the end of the day, the food won me over.** I'll definitely be back for happy hour because it looks like they have a really good one!

It's located in an outdoor shopping center, and although the restaurant is on the smaller side, the interior design and decor reminded me of many of the Korean BBQ restaurants back home in California. It felt cozy and authentic. This is not an all-you-can-eat restaurant. We ordered the Small Beef Combo, 2 side of rice, Korean dumplings, and the strawberry basil lemonade. The only unlimited items are the traditional Korean side dishes. We were served five different banchan along with two salads. While they didn't bring every available side dish, the ones we received were actually very good. Unfortunately, the service is what ruined the experience for me. Our server, Huy, was also serving my friends' family seated at the table next to us. They had ordered the same Small Beef Combo. When Huy started grilling our brisket, he accidentally dropped one of our slices of meat onto the floor. He paused, clearly noticed it, and so did everyone at our table. However, there was no apology, no acknowledgment, and no offer to replace the piece. He simply continued cooking as if nothing had happened. A few moments later, he placed a Prime Ribeye on our grill. I told him we hadn't ordered that cut--it belonged to my friends' table. He then picked up the entire plate of raw ribeye from our grill and transferred it to their table. Even though they were our friends sitting right next to us, that didn't seem like proper food handling. When I mentioned the mix-up, he simply said the kitchen had made a mistake. Again, there was no apology. Toward the end of the meal, it seemed like Huy realized I was unhappy, but he never addressed either incident. The missing piece of brisket wasn't a significant financial loss, and the food itself was good. My disappointment was with the service. Mistakes happen in every restaurant. What matters is acknowledging them, apologizing, and making a reasonable effort to make things right. A simple apology and replacing the dropped piece of meat would have completely changed my impression. Because of the service, I don't plan on returning, which is unfortunate because the food and atmosphere were otherwise enjoyable.

Hamachi is usually a little too fishy for me, but this just melted in my mouth and left me wanting more. We also had one of the specials, the 808 roll. It was topped with poke, and we would not let them take the plate until we'd scooped up every little morsel! Cocktails and service were excellent as well. The service- pretty poor. I was sat in the bar at the back but I basically sat there for a good 5 minutes and nothing. I went back up front and asked to sit at the bar and it was still pretty inattentive, especially considering no one else was even seated in the front room at the time. Never got my water refilled, had to flag them down to put in more food, that sorta thing. The vibes- thought the bar was pretty lit and is prob pretty fun during HH. The food- overpriced for what you get and portion size while the fish and flavors being a smidge above average. I left still hungry after getting the gold omakase, bad and buri roll, and hamachi crudo. The hamachi was the best part of the meal but I'd still expect at least 5 pieces for the price. Anyways, this spot will hit the spot if you have a sushi craving. I can't vouch for the drinks but I assume it more than checks the box in that regard judging by the menu, selection, and vibe. But know that you're in for some trade offs imo.

When my salad arrived, I didn't see any roasted rice, so I asked the server. He had to go back to the kitchen to ask the chef and eventually brought me a small dish of powder, saying it was roasted rice powder. If that's what is actually served, the menu should clearly say "roasted rice powder" rather than "roasted rice." The Beef Stew Soup Noodles also had very little broth. I mentioned this to another waitress, who said she would ask the kitchen to bring me more broth. She never came back with it and didn't follow up until she brought the check. Then I noticed I had been overcharged. The Larb Salad was listed on the menu at $14.95, but I was charged $17.95. When I questioned the waiter, he said it was because I chose chicken and that chicken was the main protein. But I did not add extra chicken--I simply chose chicken as my protein, exactly as the menu allowed. I asked to speak with the manager, and eventually the charge was corrected. However, the waiter brought me the new receipt without any apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and customer service. My advice: Read the menu carefully, and most importantly, check your receipt before you pay.
