Pretty great! I had a hankering for boba and saw that this place was on my way. It's a pho restaurant and they have a sign with the restaurant name and one that just says "Boba", straight to the point. A few people were dining in when I stopped by and I was greeted by a friendly young employee. Initially, I was just going to get a drink but I perused the menu and decided to get an appetizer as a late lunch/dinner. I ordered their Goi Cuon Tom Thit Nuong - Grilled Pork & Shrimp Spring Rolls (2): fresh vegetables, rice vermicelli, grilled pork & shrimp wrapped in rice paper & served with peanut sauce ($6). HOWEVER, since I do not eat pork, I asked if they could only include the shrimp and leave out the pork, and that wasn't a problem at all. Score! For my drink, I went with a classic black milk tea with boba, light ice. I asked about adjusting the sweetness level, and she said they could do more black tea than half & half, and I said that would be good. Price for the drink was $6.50 for a large, and I think the boba was included but otherwise it was $0.50. It didn't take long for my items to be ready and I was on my way. My rolls were packaged nicely and they even included hot sauce in addition to the peanut sauce that comes with. The rolls were delicious; they were a good size and tasted light and refreshing. I loved the peanut sauce and the hot sauce, the latter of which had a nice sour zing to it. My drink was good; it was on the sweeter side but the boba was cooked nicely. I did get some black tea leaves which I wasn't expecting, but at least I know they use real tea and nothing powdered. Walked in at 3pm on a Monday and the place was quiet. 2 workers greeted us and got to sit down anywhere we liked. They have a nice menu. Even though I ordered a small bowl, their pho size has a generous portion! Iced coffee 3/5, spring rolls were good, tweaked their peanut sauce a bit for more flavor :) Service was wonderfully smooth, very nice and attentive. read more

This place was great! We ordered take out from here the other evening. I placed my order on the phone without any complications. The restaurant seemed nice when I went to pick up the food too. Everyone was really friendly. We ordered the Hoanh Thanh Chien - Crispy Pork Wontons (A6) which were good. The sauce was yummy, but I might try a different appetizer next time. I also ordered the chicken pho (P1) which was really delicious. It came with the sauces on the side, so once you add them in, the broth is even better! My husband ordered Mi Xao Don hoac Mem - Combination Fried or Soft Egg Noodles (SN1) with fried noodles. It was really good! The flavor was incredible! I'd never had this dish before and would definitely recommend it! A great experience. I look forward to eating here again soon. read more

Haven't been here in a while before today, ordered a takeout beef meatball pho. Everything was fine except the meat. It was like chunks of processed pate looking stuff. it tasted like iron and like it was just ground up spare animal parts like liver and stuff... pretty disappointing ended up eating the pho without the meat read more

Recently I tried Pho Avina after seeing a raving review on a FB page I am part of. I got it to go. I ordered two Pho Tai, two orders of pork egg rolls and one order of short ribs. The egg rolls were delicious..the short ribs had good flavor but a LOT of oil/grease and a lot of fatty pieces instead of good meat. The Pho without adding sauces was just ok. I wouldn't rave about the flavors. Once I added the oyster sauce and the spicy sauce, it improved a little. I also added the lemon but prefer lime with my pho. I also got a mango pineapple boba smoothie. Now this I would be back for by itself. Delicious! The main reason I docked a star was because the meat they gave me was raw. This isnt necessarily bad as usually pho has thinly sliced meat placed in the bowl and then the boiling hot water poured over it, and the noodles, thus cooking the meat, but what bothered me more was the fact that the bag they put it in did not seal shut and so the blood from the meat got over all of the utensils and everything else in the bag, thus rendering all of the rest of the items unusable. A great place to get some inexpensive pho. I got the Pho Tai dinner sized, and I was surprised when this huge bowl was served to me. The pho was okay, there was nothing that really made it stand out, but it definitely has great value that would make me come back again. I have not tried their other menu items, like the drinks. I've been here many times (probably over 20) in the course of 2 years- any every time without fail, I enjoy myself here. I've gone with a group of 8 people, 3 people, 2 people, and by myself and every time is enjoyable. The service is great- always bring water and offer the menu. There is a man and woman there who run the restaurant and they eventually remember your face and what you order (if you are a regular) which is nice. Multiple times, I would go with my aunt and as of recently she had not been coming along and the woman there would ask about my aunt and where she was- it's the small things like this that makes a restaurant feel inviting and homey. This restaurant is like going home for a meal. The place itself is cozy and the service is always friendly and punctual. All dishes have been delicious. On different occasions, I have gotten the beef pho, chicken pho, meatball pho, shrimp pho, fresh shrimp spring roll, fresh veggie spring roll, and various vermicelli noodle dishes and each have been satisfying and delicious. When I feel like a sweet treat, I will order the Vietnamese coffee or shaved ice dish with sweet toppings like chocolate sauce, etc. They also serve boba drinks and smoothies. As most Vietnamese restaurants are popular for their pho, I will say that this restaurant has delicious pho. The broth is rich and the noodles are perfectly cooked. Whatever meat is added is always fresh and perfectly cooked. They will give you a small dish with toppings before the soup comes out. There are two sizes for pho- lunch and dinner. I usually get the lunch size because the dinner portion is huge!! All that to say, this is easily one of my favorite go-to restaurants. read more

My friend and I went here for dinner 2/13/26. He said it was great...liþle did he know that it changed. I ordered sesame chicken. He ordered some kind of pho with steak. The chicken was chewy and I could not swallow it. It had a foul taste and smell. Myfrienda steak pho as he states was not cooked and they used flank steak. He could not eat it and the sauce was disgusting. We tried to tell the server how disgusting the food was but we don't think he understood. Later a female server asked if we wanted to go boxes and we said no because the food was not good. The waitress answered in detail any questions that we have regarding the food. Their menu has variety different unique kind of foods, ranging from rice, vermicelli, pho, and yellow noodle. The beverages menu also has multiple drinks to select from. The combo fried noodle comes crispy and tasty as expected. The egg rolls was a bit smaller than expected, but it does taste great. My fiancée said her rice platter tastes great with a lot of meat given on the plate. Lastly the Vietnamese iced coffee, it was perfect. It is smooth, milky, and also sweet. I've been here 4-5 times in the past two months or so. I am just impressed with the amount of noodles that comes with the pho. The first time there was a mix-up with my order and ended up waiting extra time for my take-out and it was so delicious, I came back within a week! The lady I always see, remembers me now and I was more impressed when I showed up the second time, and she apologized for my wait the first time. You can tell she is a hard worker and has a system going. This place is always popping when I stop in for pick up. The pho is very flavorful and my favorite is the noodles. Old school Vietnamese restaurant obviously family run. Great prices for food that is above average for this area. Ambience is nonexistent with industrial restaurant tables and chairs, little in the ways of decor, and boxes of supplies lining the walls. The service is often slow as there are never quite enough folks working. They are however friendly and as quick as possible depending on the rush. We have visited several times and found the spring rolls to be exceptional served with a tasty peanut sauce. The house special noodle dish was a disappointment. It cost more than almost any item but was nothing but a couple of small pieces of pork, chicken and 2 shrimp with no vegetables or sauce tossed on rice vermicelli. Still not sure what the big special was supposed to be. Bun thit was terrific. Overall a nice little neighborhood place providing great value for your dining dollar. read more

Friendly staffs. I only have an hour lunch break so I appreciated that my waitress got my order out quick. I got the pho which you can choose between lunch portions or dinner. Lunch portions filled me up so I wonder how big is dinner size. There's nothing to brag about the pho. It was good but the broth was a little blend. There was no fish sauce at the table, only soy sauce. I could have asked but I was rushing to finish to drive back to work. They gave plenty of protein in my pho so that was nice. The spring rolls were ok, they weren't wrapped well and were falling apart due to being overstuffed with noodles and lettuce and that's all that was in there with the shrimp and grilled pork. The peanut sauce was gross! I kept tasting it with my fork trying to figure out what was in it that was so off. I couldn't figure it out. Worse peanut sauce I've had so far. Now the pho was delicious! I always like to try the broth before adding everything and it was delicious. For a regular size bowl it's pretty big so it makes me wonder how big the large bowl is. I absolutely LOVE this place, amazing, great, authentic Vietnamese food. The other night, I was craving pho and I went in and got some pho to go. I got home and saw that my noodles weren't cooked. First bite into crunchy noodles. I was pissed!! 25 dollar meal, ruined. I put the pho into a pot on the stove so I could do their job and cook the noodles.
