I was just passing by the area and saw the pho sign, and I thought, "Why not?" I'm really glad I decided to stop because I had such a great experience. The food was delicious! Everything from the pho broth to the pork spring rolls was excellent. The sauce they serve with the spring rolls is phenomenal, and I also really enjoyed the variety of condiments and add-ons they provide at the table. Compared to other pho establishments, they really go the extra mile. This is easily a 5-star spot for me and my wife. We really enjoy coming here, and whenever we can, we make it a point to stop by for a nice, delicious bowl of pho. The ambiance is also very nice and modern-looking, which makes the experience even better. The service was awesome as well. The lady who attends to you always makes sure you have everything you need and seems genuinely willing to please the customer. She's very kind, and every time I've been there, she has greeted us with a smile. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. My partner got the rice version of what I got, and it came with and egg over the rice and a small bowl of pho. He enjoyed his dish a lot. Clean interior dining space, comfortable intimate booths, nice artwork decor and vibes. Service was good. Menu has both Vietnamese and Thai options and I had a hard time picking. Overall decent comfort food and I would come back if I'm in the area. But since my partner did really like it and said he would intentionally go, I'm rounding up a star. I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant when there are other options in town. It's not the worst Vietnamese in the valley but it's far from best. My mini mini got the kids menu of grilled pork over rice and came with a free soda. She said hers was very good. It smelled really great. My biggest got a big bowl of beef pho (P8). She loved it, ate the whole thing up. My mom got the beef and tendon pho (P7) but she was jelly of mine and said she should get that next time. My dad got the fried rice. He loved it, ate it all so fast. I bought a T11 (combination special fried rice) to go and it was so flavorful. The rice had a great texture, none of the meats were over cooked. It reminded me of the fried rice my mom used to make. So, the prices are a little higher than some other places I've been to, it was around $100 without tip, but it was for 6 entrees, so I think it was reasonable and I really enjoyed it. Yay! Finally a spot in the west valley with tasty pho! I've had a lot of pho in my life and this place has some of the best tasting. Spring rolls were okay. Too small and sticky but the meats are very flavorful and marinated well. Beef soup was actually pipping hot and had a good amount of meat and like I said the broth was very good! It was very clean and not greasy at all. I spoke to the lady that served us and she said they have a very popular restaurant in California. But lots of people have complimented her on their soup. The fatty brisket was really full of fat which tasted ok but not really healthy. The rare steak was not as tender as other pho restaurants but still tasty even though it was chewy. The tripe was really fresh as was the tendon we also had a side of cucumbers that was seasoned with Vietnamese fish sauce which was kind of smelly but tasted ok. Been going to camelback for my pho fixes but finally found my pho fixes on the north west side glendale Arizona. If you know your pho, it's all about the beef broth. You can taste the beef and the bow marrow in the broth naturally. Most places are over seasoned so if you're looking for a real bone broth, this is the place.
