This place was absolutely amazing! The food was authentic, flavorful, and delicious! The service was a 10/10--the food came out quickly, and the servers were super kind. They checked in on us throughout our meal to make sure everything was good and that we didn't need anything. There was plenty of seating, and I loved the atmosphere! They had beautiful instrumental Vietnamese music playing, along with a gorgeous mural of Vietnam that really added to the experience. I've tried many Vietnamese restaurants, but this is honestly one of the best I've been to--and I'm from California, where there are tons of Vietnamese food options! This is my second time going and it was literally just as amazing as the first time! They are so quick to seat you, serve you, and bring out your food. They're kind, attentive and all around very amazing owners. The pho broth is 10/10!!!! So rich and flavorful. Beef is tender and they give you so much it's more than filling. Yes the the temp was in the 100s and they were still eating pho They have metal cups which kept your water cold, which was extra refreshing I wasn't sure what to get here, as it was my first time. I tried the B7, grilled shrimp and grilled beef with eggrolls. Omg. It was EXACTLY what I wanted it to taste like. It was fresh, flavors were bright, nothing overwhelming, the nouc mam was well balanced. I literally want another one as I'm typing this. My mini mini got the kids menu of grilled pork over rice and came with a free soda. She said hers was very good. It smelled really great. My biggest got a big bowl of beef pho (P8). She loved it, ate the whole thing up. My mom got the beef and tendon pho (P7) but she was jelly of mine and said she should get that next time. My dad got the fried rice. He loved it, ate it all so fast. I bought a T11 (combination special fried rice) to go and it was so flavorful. The rice had a great texture, none of the meats were over cooked. It reminded me of the fried rice my mom used to make. So, the prices are a little higher than some other places I've been to, it was around $100 without tip, but it was for 6 entrees, so I think it was reasonable and I really enjoyed it. Yay! Finally a spot in the west valley with tasty pho! I've had a lot of pho in my life and this place has some of the best tasting. Spring rolls were okay. Too small and sticky but the meats are very flavorful and marinated well. Beef soup was actually pipping hot and had a good amount of meat and like I said the broth was very good! It was very clean and not greasy at all. I spoke to the lady that served us and she said they have a very popular restaurant in California. But lots of people have complimented her on their soup. We both ordered their P1 noodle soup which is the Pho Dac Biet. It consists of roundeye steak, flank steak, fatty brisket, tendons, tripe, and meatballs! The fatty brisket was really full of fat which tasted ok but not really healthy. The rare steak was not as tender as other pho restaurants but still tasty even though it was chewy. The tripe was really fresh as was the tendon we also had a side of cucumbers that was seasoned with Vietnamese fish sauce which was kind of smelly but tasted ok. Fantastic new Vietnamese restaurant in the area! We've been lacking on good pho spots in Glendale- so of course I'm thrilled we're getting more options! Been going to camelback for my pho fixes but finally found my pho fixes on the north west side glendale Arizona. If you know your pho, it's all about the beef broth. You can taste the beef and the bow marrow in the broth naturally. Most places are over seasoned so if you're looking for a real bone broth, this is the place.
