Other people I know have experienced the same thing. It creates an uncomfortable environment and makes customers feel like an inconvenience just for ordering. The wait times are excessive. It can take up to 30 minutes just to place an order and close to an hour to receive a drink. Having only one person running the shop is clearly not working.
