Friendly and full of the Dutch Spirit! I discovered this Dutch on my way to school and decided to bring treats for my team. I asked for stickers and sunshine as a passing tease and they gave me stickers and cheer! Drinks also taste good! My go to: Peach and Mango Green Tea light on the ice! read more

Quick and easy visit today. I ordered at the window because the drive thru line was long as normal and I had an appointment I was trying to get to. I waited a few minutes but nothing outside of the ordinary. My coffee was tasty and the soft top was yum. Surprisingly, my cashier wasn't chatty Cathy. The line got longer after my turn so I was glad I went when I did. read more

My husband and I come to Dutch Bros Coffee all the time, and we always have a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they're very consistent about getting our drinks exactly right every time. It can be a little slow occasionally, but it's always worth the wait. We usually order through the app so our drinks are ready when we arrive, which makes everything even more convenient. Highly recommend! read more

Dutch Bros is awesome! Drinks are always delicious and well crafted. They have hands down the best Green Tea! A plethora of sugar free options to choose from. Let them know any likes or dislikes and they will create Magic ! read more

Awesome coffee and great service! They are always fast and friendly. So glad it's on my way to work.

Came for my once in awhile treat for sticker days and key (her name) ... hard to forget if you ask me, was very nice such a sparkly personality and had great suggestions one of her go-to is a sugar free double rainbro and since I'm watching my calories I thought I'd try it but I think I would prefer it iced next time I got it blended... but I love vampire slayer as well so I might try that next visit a sugar free iced version to see what I like more, shout out to key for being so awesome read more

Saddens me to ever give a negative review about Dutch bros :( but this location never fails to make my drink incorrect (I can't have dairy) and when i question it I feel super insecure or doubtful... i then have to wait some time until i receive my correct drink. read more

There are three other Dutch Bros in town that will probably get you your drink if you leave this location and drive there before these guys are done talking to their friends. I suggest you avoid this one. read more

Everytime I have visited this location the service has always been great and orders come out fast

I ordered a hot caramelizer in the drive thru. I didn't realize this place has dual drive thrus, so that is nice to know. But I can see how it could potentially cause issues. Luckily, at 5:30 AM, it wasn't an issue. The lovely young woman standing outside took my order & my payment with card & then I went to the pick up window & paid the balance in cash. The caramelizer was goos. Flavorful. As good as it tasted, I can't say I'd come back. I'm just not a huge coffee gal but I'm glad I tried it out. read more

Dutch Bros is sooooo yummy! I got a latte with sugar free macadamia syrup. We also got a decaf latte, a blended chai, and an ice tea. The staff are so friendly and they got everything perfect. The ambiance is cool and hip. We need one near me. Thanks Dutch Bros for the delicious coffee. read more

Customer Service is not the best, but more disturbing is the black floaters, along with white speckles stuck in the ice that makes for an extremely concerned customer! Mold? Filth? Not bugs... possibly feces? Utterly disgusting, and the lack of true care for the cause by Evan the manager only makes you wonder if this location has been cleaned since it opened or if their food products are contaminated at this point with whatever is in this cup... read more

Don't let that ONE negative review fool you. Today is opening day for this newest Surprise location and you can obviously expect some hiccups. You can't know how some things may go until you have actual customers. If you go anywhere on opening days or test runs you need to bring your patience for sure. We had a busy day today and weren't able to make it over to try out some drinks until mid afternoon around 3pm. Instantly I saw quite a few things I liked. The first thing I noticed was very clear direction on how to get to the drive through area. There is one way in and out which to me is great because you don't have cars coming from every which way causing issues and a designated line of cars being kept out of the way of other businesses causing traffic delays. With that being said be mindful to not turn too quickly or you'll end in a parking area that won't get you to the lanes. You want to drive to the front of the building facing Litchfield. The lot has quite a bit of parking and the walk up area holds seating as well. The line wasn't too long which surprised me, but made me happy too. I was greeted by multiple baristas; all who were so happy to help and welcome us. We were given a few stickers after we ordered our drinks. I was with my kids and ordered a few teas since I'd already had way too much coffee today ha ha . Our drinks were brought out to us quickly and we were on our way with ease even though there was a car still in front of us because they have two lanes to exit. I unfortunately didn't try my tea until I got home and it was very wrong. My fault for not trying it sooner, but honestly Dutch has only messed up a drink for me once or twice ever and fixed it quickly. I decided to drive back and let them know so I could get what I asked for. They were so apologetic and even thanked me for coming back to tell them so they had a chance to correct it and have me leave happy. I appreciate that they didn't make me feel bad. I didn't want to be negative either, but I definitely wanted the drink I was hoping for. My kids drinks were perfect and even with the issue we left happy and thankful for this newest location. Great job today everyone. We appreciate you! read more

By far the best "West Valley" Dutch Bros and best in Surprise by a wide margin. All super friendly and more importantly my drinks are always made correctly. This cannot be said for the other 2 locations in Surprise especially the one across the street from the Chevy Dealership Which fails more than half the time. Who is running this location? You deserve a BIG kudos!!! read more

Auggie is super dope!! always takes our order quickly with a smile & high quality service!

It's really quite simple! Excellent drinks with extraordinary service. I recommend the Cocomo & Black Iced Tea. read more

I only go to Dutch Bros once a month for their sticker drop. The coffee is growing on me. This one seems to have a high turnover of staff but the early morning crew has definitely been energetic and friendly. I drive thru and they do their best to keep the wait time low. Absolutely disgusting. There was a fly at the bottom of my drink. How hard is it to cover the ice container? Not even the lousiest fast food restaurants struggle with this. Imagine the germs this fly not only spread into my drink but everyone else's drink that had the same batch of ice as mine. I've been gagging the last 30 mins. Management get on your employees because this is absolutely ******* disgusting. Don't come here. read more

Beverage choices are good and a lot more reasonable than Starbucks. The servers are always friendly. The drive through is always busy but it moves really fast. We go there every time my granddaughter visits from Chicago.she wishes they would expand beyond the west coast. read more

I'm giving 3 stars because I guess it depends on whose working that determines a good or bad drink...I went to this location for the first time yesterday and got a small hot caramel kicker and it was soooo yummy, so I went back this morning for the same exact drink but I ended up with 2 medium drinks instead of small and it tasted like only milk it was not the same yummy sweet caramel kicker from just the previous day and I had to dump it down the sink. Probably won't give it another go but I'm sure it's just new location kinks and getting used to the job. read more

Eli, Augie and Sage were friendly and not in the pushy way that most dutch bros employees are. They were so patient with me and my pup when i ordered and received my drinks. I asked if they could hand my pup the pup-cup since my dog is a rescue and warming up to people. I let them know that my dog was clipped down, as to not get beyond the car door. They agreed and I was so happy to see my pup respond so well. Probably wouldn't be possible without their easy going energies. It's rare when I visit Dutch bros but I'm more inclined to go more often now :) read more

Every drink I've tried is fantastic! My favorite has to be the gem berry soda fully loaded. Creamy and delicious

Coffee is expensive but better than Starbucks I think, it's all sugar some coffee, really good for the new young kids

I come to this Dutch bros before I'll go to the other 2 locations here in Surprise. Reasons being the lines move much faster and for some reason my drink always taste better from this location. The main reason I come here is the employees. They are amazing! Honestly I cannot say enough how friendly and welcoming they are. To give one example of their most outstanding customer service I'll tell you all about my experience today. I stop in almost every early afternoon to buy a large chocolate crunch cold brew. However i haven't stopped in the past few days because life's been pretty hectic and I'm broke. Anyway today I managed to get enough money to get a small so I stopped in. The girl who took my order could just tell that I was having one of those days. I felt so bad because I couldn't afford to tip her and she was being so nice. Anyway long story short. When I went to pick up my drink she told me it was on them today and she had refunded my money back to my app and than she asked me if I needed a hug Which I gladly accepted and YES I really did need that hug! Like I said I definitely recommend this location. They go above and beyond for their customers! Side note: very clean location read more

I have such a sweet experience whenever I come here!! The crew is incredible, genuine, and knowledgeable. I never have to wait too long to get my drink either. Definitely one of my favorite stands in the west valley! read more

Weird mishap of a drive thru. Never been here before, probably Not coming back. Too weird to place order as they have no order at the business. Nothing makes sense here. Guess it's off to Starbucks?! Oh a girl just came out with a pad and took my order at the car. Guess I will be using my giftcard. Tea was tasteless and flavored tea tasted too fake. Chemical peach is not my thing! Gross, muffin tops covered with sugar. 72 carbs for one! Avoid this place if you value your money and health! read more
