Malicious intent to harm: when ordering with specific allergies, it is not only absurd, but intentional malice to use the ingredients specifically stated can cause harm. This location was one of few that seemed to have some sort of true accountability for staff, but like the other Dutch Bros locations in Surprise they have proved to place quantity over quality so as long as they get the mass order of numbers out, they could care less if they are correct. Regardless of how much money you spend with this company in this area the fact they are not corporate locations makes accountability impossible! Save your money, save your time and save a trip to the hospital! Avoid all Surprise Dutch locations!!! read more

Pissed. I love Dutch bros so much so this one hurts. I was wanting a nice little hot coco so I came to Dutch bros and got a caramel hot coco with soft top... yet I didn't get more than a small plop of soft top. I have let this slide multiple times because I just LOVE Dutch bros. But I've had it, I'm being charged for soft top and never get any. I didn't leave a tip tonight and then someone's making my drink and then the guy who took my order put the "soft top" on and I'm assuming I received none because I didn't tip. You can expect no tip when I never get soft top. Do better my favs or you'll lose a valuable customer. I can't be discriminated against just because I didn't leave a tip. read more

Stopped in for an iced coffee before running errands for my niece's birthday party. Staff was friendly and came out to take my order. There was only 2 cars in front of us, but the car directly in front of us decided to sit and chit chat with the employee at the window after they received their drink. That's one con about all Dutch Bros locations. They sit and talk to you as if people in line don't have places to be. Another con is that they always ask if you wanna leave a tip, which makes it awkward and makes you feel like you have to leave a tip. read more

Have been obsessed with Dutch Bros for over 5 years and never leave with less than two drinks for myself. So excited that this location just opened down the street from us. (Usually a coffee and a tea or soda) My family loves all the flavor options and the convenience of a drive-thru. (Lines may seem long but they go by so quick) We also love the service! I got here 20 mins before and am currently still in line. It should NOT take this long to get a drink. This is ridiculous. If you want quality coffee in a timely manner, go to gathered grounds. Opening day at any Dutch Bros you know will be fun, energized and quick with all hands on deck. This location is in a busy area on any given day, and with Dutch Merch give away today with a purchase of a large drink I knew it would be very busy. If you aren't a wait in line person you definitely don't show up on opening day with free giveaways lol. Today was seriously impressive. Yes they have extra hands on days like this, but it went off without a hitch for me. There were a few employees directing traffic the moment you enter the parking lot. The building is shared with other storefronts that haven't opened yet. Traffic using the walk up was directed one way while those wanting the drive thru like myself were directed to the back of the lot and around the building to enter the double lane. I think this location was smart and made the drive thru lanes much longer than other locations which will hopefully keep from blocking other business areas. Really love that they added another location. Maybe I've just been lucky but lines are quite short every single time I've been. We sat in the drive through forever with no one at the window while the worker asked about what's going on this weekend and Christmas parties. My visit was incredibly disappointing. Despite arriving with a craving for their drinks, I ended up wasting 40 minutes in line with no service in sight. To make matters worse, when a car hopper finally became available, they decided to serve three cars ahead of us because the second lane became busy. Usually I'm in and out of the drive through in 10 minutes MAX. I'm reluctant to come back and use the drive through. Drinks were great when we finally got them, just need to focus on customer service. read more

This is so sad for me because I've loved and had nothing but the best experiences coming to dutch since I was 15 years old. I don't know if they were lazy, racist, or just down right rude. Either way NONE of those belong in a workplace. I stood at the walk up window for over 10 minutes. As I'm watching the employees just joke and laugh with each other and customers in the drive through. I then got tired of standing there without being acknowledged I got in my car and tried the drive up. No one came up to the car for 5 minutes. So I backed out and parked again. Because surely they aren't doing this on purpose? It took over 25 minutes for me to get my drink order in and even be acknowledged. We are all human but you're paid to do a job and provide excellent customer service. And that simply was not done. Instead of laughing with off the clock co workers let's try and acknowledge and serve paying customers first. read more
