I was in the drive through this morning and felt severely rushed by the heavier set lady with brown hair working the window. I tried to make small talk with her but it seemed like she was too focused on parking me and moving forward to the next order. Will not be returning here and the coffee was made wrong as well to add to the nasty attitude the worker had. so rude, never coming back! I order the conscious chocolate every time with light cacao nubs. I have lways done that with no issues, lately I have been told it is impossible because it is pre frozen with them in there. I feel like the workers are always contradicting themselves and are always mean for no reason. Lately the drinks have tasted horrible and been super watery. Same with the fruit bowls, sometimes I ask for some of the toppings off and some workers say yes while others say they can't because it is pre frozen the way it is. Didn't realize that Butter Buzz is a very popular chain in Arizona, California, and Nevada. I am so glad I got to try it out. We got a lot of yummy drinks & food. Our orders came out relatively quickly. My favorite drink was the Hazelnut Divinity (white chocolate mocha with a touch of hazelnut). The vanilla bean latte was good coffee but not at all sweet. The açai bowl was good but very runny. The toppings were very fresh. The ciabatta was pretty hard in the sandwich but flavors were good. There was a lot of seating indoors and outdoors. read more

I have never been to any type of establishment that has so many rude workers! Often when I get to the window there's not even a greeting. They shove the card reader in my face, then a few minutes later hand me a drink without saying a word. I would understand if they were slammed but it never is! I've been going to this location (despite the terrible customer service) because I truly enjoyed the drinks but it is so inconsistent, every time I go the drinks taste completely different and I always order the same two drinks. First time in and loved the cinnamon cream cold brew and enjoyed the ham/cheese croissant. The croissant was pretty greasy, I had it sitting on napkins. That was nothing special. Love the sayings throughout the store and very friendly staff, they welcome you in with cheers and a greeting. Place is clean and plenty of seating, music is a bit loud-can't hear your order, love the honeycomb every where. Especially like the free sticker and all swag on the shelves. I was treated SO poorly in this coffee shop today. I am shocked. We ordered 3 drinks in the drive-through and they were beyond too sweet. So I walked in the store and asked politely to have them remade half sweet. They were undrinkable! These two employees started talking sh*t a little TOO loudly about me. Girl- it's not a big deal. Just please remake the drink less sweet. Whoever the blonde she was talking too said, "oh she wasn't talking about you- she was talking crap about the guy in the drive through" LIAR!!!! I have been here before and I always ordered a blended drink and I've always said "thick please" and they never seemed to listen, or didn't know how to make it thick (add more ice) until today! I love Better Buzz, but this location has been consistently disappointing. As a former Better Buzz employee, I know what the drinks are supposed to taste like and how they're supposed to be made. Every time I come here, my coffee is watery, overly milky, and never consistent. Even the cold foam ends up watery, which shouldn't happen. I'm not sure if it's a management issue, lack of training, or low staff morale, but the quality at this location is far below the standard Better Buzz is known for. It's frustrating to spend money on coffee and have it taste this bad every single time. read more

I was searching for an early coffee spot and saw this place was open at 4:30 every morning. I drove up and noticed it was a drive thru as well. I decided to go in and really look at the menu. They had coffee, energy drinks (which they produce themselves, ollipops, açaí bowls, local baked goods, avocado toast, and so much more. The girl at the counter was so nice and walked me through the menu. I ordered a Miso Sweet & Salty latte, and the blue buzzin energy drink with pop rocks. This place has it all! We tried Better Buzz for the first time today! I've been noticing quite the drive through line recently. I ordered the lavender tea latte and my mother had the "Killer Bee," which is basically brewed coffee with extra shots of espresso. We enjoyed our drinks inside of the cafe. We were both really pleased with our respective drinks. We also split a Snickerdoodle cookie which was super good! The interior of the cafe is super cute and I could totally see myself hunkering down here to do some work. read more

When this first opened I gave this a 5. Seemed like corp staff in from San Diego. No customers in place this morning on a Saturday at 9:00am. They said their scanner was broken to read the app code. Ordered an avocado toast. But oddly it wasn't toasted. But it is called an Avocado Toast not Avocado On Bread. Was the toaster broke as well. And my last pet peave is with no one in drive through and no one at counter but staff just chatting laughing and drinking coffee but the tables, seats and counter were dirty full of crumbs. When I found out they were making one near me, I HAD to stop by and get a drink! I have only tried it in San Diego and super happy there's one finally close to me:) the staff was super friendly and recommended me the matcha! There was no line but when I pulled up to the window to pay they informed me to please park in the curbside pick up area as they were going to take my drink to me. It took about 20 mins for them to come out and give me my drink:/ which I don't understand why as there was no line in the drive thru and hardly anyone inside. But nonetheless the worker apologized for the long wait and was very sweet and friendly. FIRST TIMERRRRR HERE! Wanted and NEEDED a new spot to try coffee, and this location in surprise just opened for the last few months. We ordered the "best drink ever" which is Classic Americano + signature creamy vanilla, and the "mint-infused iced coffee," which consists of espresso, muddled mint, natural raw cane sugar with heavy cream. I had turned my husband onto this business during a training day, and he was impressed with the flavor. This location has both seating and a convenient drive-thru. This morning he came on his own while running errands. I woke up to a disappointed husband and a cup of ice. He spent just over $6 for a 16oz cup of ice and 3 sips of coffee. Costs are up on everything everywhere. Then there is a point where it makes one feel ripped off. My husband felt ripped off. We spend a fortune on juice, recovery drinks, coffee and expresso drinks at home, and on the go. Better Buzz is yummy, but not worth what we can get at Starbucks. 3xs more for under $6. read more
