Decided to get my free birthday drink- regular size but any drink is available. Tired the best ever pumpkin and ordered the carnitas egg bites. The girl taking my ordered couldn't hear well had to repeat it twice, then she didn't scan QR code-had me read the video from the bottom. Gave me my coffee and said bye, I sat at the window and waited for egg bites. She eventually gave them to me. Utensils would have been nice and a bit hotter, but delicious anyways. Best coffee-live the pumpkin pie crumble on top. Very smooth and not too sweet. Hope to have one open closer to me, only go when I have business out in far surprise. read more

Q: Why did the Pumpkin Spice Latte go to therapy? A: Because everyone kept telling it, "You're just a phase!" My friend, Lover of Summer Weather, had threatened me when I posted my pumpkin-y drink on my Instagram Story this Saturday. And to those who say it's still summer : Valid. It is. I can admit it. I'm waiting for September 22nd when it's autumn. I got the Pumpkin Pie Best Drink Ever and it was a decent drink. They have another pumpkin drink I think will be better so I'll be ordering that one next. Enjoy yourself a pumpkin drink. If it sparks joy, do it. read more

Last Christmas, I tried the peppermint matcha and absolutely loved it. I went in today hoping to try something new, but unfortunately, I felt pretty "eh" about the drinks. I'll definitely be waiting for the peppermint matcha to come back! Unfortunately, our overall experience today was subpar. There were four employees working, but after standing at the counter for a few minutes, someone finally told us, "We'll be right with you." There were only two cars in the drive-thru, and we were the only customers in the lobby at the time. The girl who checked us out was very kind and helpful. She took the time to go over different options with us, and honestly, it felt like she was the only one actually working. From the time we received the text saying our drinks were ready to the time we actually received them, it was about 20 minutes. While we were waiting, another group of girls walked in, and nobody acknowledged them either. I don't think the employees were intentionally rude, but I do feel like some customer service training would be beneficial. A simple acknowledgment or greeting can make a big difference, especially when customers are standing around waiting. Hopefully, things improve because I really do enjoy the peppermint matcha and would love to come back when it's available again. read more

Didn't realize that Butter Buzz is a very popular chain in Arizona, California, and Nevada. I am so glad I got to try it out. We got a lot of yummy drinks & food. Our orders came out relatively quickly. My favorite drink was the Hazelnut Divinity (white chocolate mocha with a touch of hazelnut). The vanilla bean latte was good coffee but not at all sweet. The açai bowl was good but very runny. The toppings were very fresh. The ciabatta was pretty hard in the sandwich but flavors were good. There was a lot of seating indoors and outdoors. read more

Love Better Buzz. I've been a customer of the company since I found them in San Diego. I was lucky enough to have a location open near me here in Surprise Arizona. This location is always friendly and quick for me. Everyone since the day they open have been friendly and kind to me. Shout out to Spencer today who was fast, friendly, and awesome! read more

I was treated SO poorly in this coffee shop today. I am shocked. We ordered 3 drinks in the drive-through and they were beyond too sweet. So I walked in the store and asked politely to have them remade half sweet. They were undrinkable! These two employees started talking sh*t a little TOO loudly about me. Girl- it's not a big deal. Just please remake the drink less sweet. Whoever the blonde she was talking too said, "oh she wasn't talking about you- she was talking crap about the guy in the drive through" LIAR!!!! Here's there photos. FIRE THESE ASSHATS and then to top it all off she made the drinks WRONG again! And at that point, my husband told me do not go back in there. They're not worth it. They're doing it on purpose. read more

I have been here before and I always ordered a blended drink and I've always said "thick please" and they never seemed to listen, or didn't know how to make it thick (add more ice) until today! I revived a free "regular sized drink" so I thought that I would give it another try! I ordered a Peppermint blended mocha and it was delicious! I highly recommend this location on Bell Road! read more

I was in the drive through this morning and felt severely rushed by the heavier set lady with brown hair working the window. I tried to make small talk with her but it seemed like she was too focused on parking me and moving forward to the next order. Will not be returning here and the coffee was made wrong as well to add to the nasty attitude the worker had. It appeared to be a manager which is a shame that's the kind of people you guys select to run a business. Horrible service. read more

so rude, never coming back! I order the conscious chocolate every time with light cacao nubs. I have lways done that with no issues, lately I have been told it is impossible because it is pre frozen with them in there. I feel like the workers are always contradicting themselves and are always mean for no reason. Lately the drinks have tasted horrible and been super watery. Same with the fruit bowls, sometimes I ask for some of the toppings off and some workers say yes while others say they can't because it is pre frozen the way it is. Are none of the items fresh?????? read more

I was searching for an early coffee spot and saw this place was open at 4:30 every morning. I drove up and noticed it was a drive thru as well. I decided to go in and really look at the menu. They had coffee, energy drinks (which they produce themselves, ollipops, açaí bowls, local baked goods, avocado toast, and so much more. The girl at the counter was so nice and walked me through the menu. I ordered a Miso Sweet & Salty latte, and the blue buzzin energy drink with pop rocks. This place has it all! The drinks were delicious and my açaí bowl was perfection (OG Buzz Bowl). read more

We tried Better Buzz for the first time today! I've been noticing quite the drive through line recently. I ordered the lavender tea latte and my mother had the "Killer Bee," which is basically brewed coffee with extra shots of espresso. We enjoyed our drinks inside of the cafe. We were both really pleased with our respective drinks. We also split a Snickerdoodle cookie which was super good! The interior of the cafe is super cute and I could totally see myself hunkering down here to do some work. read more

I have never been to any type of establishment that has so many rude workers! Often when I get to the window there's not even a greeting. They shove the card reader in my face, then a few minutes later hand me a drink without saying a word. I would understand if they were slammed but it never is! I've been going to this location (despite the terrible customer service) because I truly enjoyed the drinks but it is so inconsistent, every time I go the drinks taste completely different and I always order the same two drinks. Management please get on your workers, it's ALL of them! read more

Was around the area looking for some coffee when I came across this place. I looked at some pictures online and was convinced to come on in due to the variety of drink and food options. I love Better Buzz, but this location has been consistently disappointing. As a former Better Buzz employee, I know what the drinks are supposed to taste like and how they're supposed to be made. Every time I come here, my coffee is watery, overly milky, and never consistent. Even the cold foam ends up watery, which shouldn't happen. I'm not sure if it's a management issue, lack of training, or low staff morale, but the quality at this location is far below the standard Better Buzz is known for. It's frustrating to spend money on coffee and have it taste this bad every single time. read more

When this first opened I gave this a 5. Seemed like corp staff in from San Diego. No customers in place this morning on a Saturday at 9:00am. They said their scanner was broken to read the app code. Ordered an avocado toast. But oddly it wasn't toasted. But it is called an Avocado Toast not Avocado On Bread. Was the toaster broke as well. And my last pet peave is with no one in drive through and no one at counter but staff just chatting laughing and drinking coffee but the tables, seats and counter were dirty full of crumbs. And the garbage was overflowing.l inside. Coffee still decent. This place is too new to let it fall apart. It's been 20 minutes sitting after I wiped the my own dirty seat off yet the staff is standing together. What ever happened to 'time to lean, time to clean'. read more

Love the Surprise location. It was very clean and my Horchata Latte was perfect Spencer helped me and he had great energy

When I found out they were making one near me, I HAD to stop by and get a drink! I have only tried it in San Diego and super happy there's one finally close to me:) the staff was super friendly and recommended me the matcha! There was no line but when I pulled up to the window to pay they informed me to please park in the curbside pick up area as they were going to take my drink to me. It took about 20 mins for them to come out and give me my drink:/ which I don't understand why as there was no line in the drive thru and hardly anyone inside. But nonetheless the worker apologized for the long wait and was very sweet and friendly. The parking situation was a little tight, it might be because when I went there was construction around as they are building more stores around the area. read more

Had an awesome experience at Better Buzz in Surprise! I ordered the Matcha Green Tea and it was seriously one of the best drinks I've ever had. The Best Drink ever is a must try as well! Marley provided incredible customer service -- super friendly, welcoming, and had a smile that added to the perfect vibe. FIRST TIMERRRRR HERE! Wanted and NEEDED a new spot to try coffee, and this location in surprise just opened for the last few months. We ordered the "best drink ever" which is Classic Americano + signature creamy vanilla, and the "mint-infused iced coffee," which consists of espresso, muddled mint, natural raw cane sugar with heavy cream. I enjoyed the best drink ever more than the mint. I felt as if the mint is more of an acquired taste but it wasn't bad at all. Service was quick. The ambiance looked clean and well put. Islander açaí bowl was excellent but messy. It was overfilled so the coconut flakes spilled on the table. Almond croissant had very little almond paste but the croissant was fresh. The service was friendly and helpful. The music started out very active and appropriate for people who want to feel buzzed. Then the music switched to pop, almost dance music. Then the music became quieter and fairly relaxing. The target market is probably younger people. The coffee is fine. The indoor seating is comfortable. There is ample outdoor seating a safe distance from Bell Rd. read more

I love this place. But 1- it's expensive. And 2- fire the girl with all the face piercings. Not only is she super rude, but also unsanitary. Eating at the counter then not washing her hands and making drinks. Leaving all the milks all over the counters. I simply asked why the drive thru was closed (curiosity and I had little ones in the car so I wasn't really wanting to get out). She went off on how she was the only one there, couldn't manage the drive thru and people walking in and closing at 7. It was 5pm. read more

Service is slow. Seem to focus on drive thru more than inside. Line forms awkwardly inside blocking exit door.
