We are from out of town and stumbled across this absolute gem of a coffee shop! From the moment we walked in, we loved everything about it -- the vibes, the atmosphere, and the cutest setup. The country theme was right up my alley and made the whole experience even better! The barista Madeline was the sweetest! She took the time to recommend drinks based on what we liked and completely nailed it -- which isn't easy because my husband and I like totally opposite styles of coffee. I'm more of a coffee-forward person, while he loves the sweeter drinks. Somehow she found the perfect choices for both of us! We loved it so much we came back the very next morning to try something new. Madeline was there again along with two other baristas, and everyone was just as friendly and welcoming. Our second round of recommendations was another win and matched exactly what we were looking for! And it wasn't just the coffee -- we even got our son a strawberry shake and a breakfast wrap, and both were delicious! This place truly had something for all of us. That's how good it was -- we ended up coming back a THIRD time in two days to grab our last coffee fix before heading home. Great coffee, delicious food, amazing atmosphere, and even better people. Again, when I'm in town I usually like to visit at least once. Today I ordered three large drinks- churro, vanilla cold brew and Asian style. All amazing. Asian style is my absolute favorite. Someone mentioned it's a hidden gem and that's exactly right! Idk how I've gone so long without hearing about this place. I'm a very picky coffee drinker and they exceeded my expectations. The girls working were so friendly, helpful with suggestions and won my 2 year old with giving him some stickers. It has a western vibe inside and plenty of seating, outlets etc. I tried them for a second time today just to make sure it wasn't luck the first time and just as I thought, it was amazing again -- service, coffee, and experience. All 10/10. We don't live super close but I will be stopping by whenever I'm in the area now! The ex girlfriend is delicious! Sweet but subtle and not overwhelming. Another hidden gem. Early morning baseball games and I found this place open early and not busy yet. The place is intimate, some places to sit and catch up or maybe work if you need to. This is my second time at this location. And my coffee is super delicious I get the Vietnamese ice coffee. Service was quick and was able to get my coffees in bout 3 mins. I've never been inside but you can order inside or through drive thru. Only reason I give it four stars is due to not being able to put light ice in the coffee as it already has the ice within the drink due to it being premade. So if you order this yummy coffee be prepared to have a lot of ice. read more

Second visit here and both experiences were good! Happily surprised at the place & drinks because of the reviews. Staff are welcoming enough. They have a drive through which I didn't originally notice so they are busy servicing both still they were helpful in describing drinks. The drinks!! I had the pumpkin spice iced latte which was perfectly made. Boyfriend had the Asian style iced coffee the 2nd time & he loves this drink & wont stop talking about it. They also offer breakfast sandwiches and a few baked goods. There's a good amount of seating inside, with a cowboy theme. Although I didn't use it during my visit, I do like the fact that there's a drive thru available. Service was good and my order was ready in no time. I had an iced vanilla latte, which wasn't super sweet and had just the right amount of espresso added to it. The vanilla flavor came through well and wasn't overwhelming. read more

I love a good theme throughout a shop...and this place delivers. The cowboy decor starts from the building sign and continues through the shop and even into the bathroom (I give extra points for that!). There are many breakfast options, and I really liked that they had four different wraps for lunch. It's nice to have lighter options, and my turkey bacon ranch wrap was very good, along with my Arnold Palmer. My only complaint is that the owner or manager was sitting at the bar working on a laptop and talking loud on a phone call and then talking about other employees, who weren't there, with the employers who were working... it wasn't anything really rude but was unprofessional, in my opinion. read more

I also ordered a lemonade, straight from the Minute Maid carton and it was all ice and they literally charge $4.75 for that, unreal! This is by far the worst place to be in business. Went this morning for coffee with my kiddo. Fast friendly service, nice selection of coffee and non-coffee drinks as well as pastries and food. Prices were good. Iced and hot lattes came out quick and was very tasty. I enjoyed the different flavor of espresso as compared to the other chains in the area. The service here used to be really friendly. Sad to see how far downhill things have gone. The person working the window was rude and acted like they were annoyed, but seemed to be very entertained and upbeat when they were chatting with their co-workers while I waited for my order. Really weird to experience the night and day switch between watching them be happy with their co workers and then annoyed in the small interactions they had to have with me. Don't get me wrong, I don't have expectations of service workers being over the top happy. Just don't act rude or pissed off. The coffee is mid. Not great consistency. I ordered two of the same drinks. One was mixed really well. The other barely mixed and with way less cream. When they handed them to me they shook the coffees to try to mix them more and it splashed in my car. read more

One wish, that it was able to be served in someother type of container as I could smell/taste the poor quality of the paper cup/plastic lid. I am truly a coffee snob and admit it freely. I wanted a great cu of coffee and did have that yet the whole experience was damaged a small bit by the paper container. I will try again and see if there are alternatives. read more

It was a Saturday and my family and I decided to try an indie coffee shop. We found Ground Shaker and thought it seemed pretty cute. I will give the one star for the décor. The service on the other hand was atrocious. There were two people at the counter. The first person taking the orders was, apparently, not in the mood to be there. She was very rude and was seemed to hate her job. When trying to decided what to get she was short with all of us. We order our drinks and some food and waited for a while. We get most our food and I notice that the only person there is rude gal. She is busy chatting away with two people on the side that seemed to be workers and texting away on her phone. It was quite a while and we went up to the counter and asked about the last food item we ordered "oh I guess I forgot, let me work on it now". She brought it out after a few min without any words at all. For being a cute lil place it is disappointing the lack of service. I will not be back read more

As soon as you first walk in and see the stunning decor and how well this place was renovated you can't help but want to stay and hang out. Everyone is so kind with great customer service as well. They have an "Asian Style" coffee that is so addicting. Anytime I'm in surprise, I must stop in and get one. This place is always clean when I go in, and to top it off, they have Bath and Body Works soap in the restroom. A very nice touch! Makes it feel homey. Love this place! I went this morning to have breakfast with my husband before he went to work. They got our coffee order wrong not once, not twice, but three times and proceeded to blame the fact that it wasn't written on the receipt that way. I don't write the receipt. I need sugar free for health reasons. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich. I ordered egg white but got regular egg. This is also for health reasons. I already had to go up to the counter so many times I just ate the sandwich. As I sat and ate my sandwich I watched local regulars come in and be treated well. All the workers were busy talking to the regulars than to pay attention to me a new customer. I'll go to Starbucks next time. read more

My drink was delicious however the service from the girl at the counter, I didn't get her name, was awful. The customer service was severely lacking on her end. I get it, sometimes work is the last place we want to be but, that does not mean making the coffee shop the last place a person wants to get their coffee.
