First time visit, didn't even know the store was here tucked in the corner. But was excited to see it because I saw a new seasonal smoothie advertised and I had wanted to try it. Was "greeted" when I walked in by a young man who also rung me up (there were two employees). I showed a pic of the drink I wanted and he asked if I was a member and I said that I wasn't and that was it, he didn't ask if I wanted to be or let me know any other details. I might have wanted to join IF I was asked properly!! But clearly this was 'get me out as fast as possible' type of employee. Drink was made properly and I really enjoyed it. Had a gift card and happened to be over in the surprise area so stopped on in. There was a general greeting when I walked in, which was nice (not overly enthused, but a greeting nonetheless). I asked if the attendant could check on the amount I had on the gift card $5... Whoo, can hardly buy anything with that nowadays but hey, I'll take it! I wanted something with protein but delicious, I couldn't decide and asked the woman taking my order if she could help, she didn't give much insight and provided one word answers. Not helpful. She finally said the new açaí bowl was tasty, it didn't list the ingredients but she found them on her computer. The bowl was over $12 and it was very small. I wouldn't recommend getting this at Jamba. Stick to their blended drinks. It was good, but not great. It was topped with blueberries, banana, coconut flakes, and granola. The color was bright because of the dragon fruit. I added whey protein to it and seemed like the flavor didn't make a difference. The place was quiet, not busy, and also low energy overall. Just picked up two smoothies from Jamba which is something my partner and I have loved since we were kids. We haven't been here in quite a while, but something has changed with the recipes. I ordered the mango a gogo, and he ordered a berry protein smoothie, and neither of our drinks tasted like the fruit that was described in the names. They tasted more like milk and juice without any real fruit in it and I noticed online that people are saying they don't even use real fruit anymore. Just concentrate. So not worth the expensive price. We paid $17 for two smoothies. One was a small and the other was a medium. Never going back. We can make much better smoothies at home with real fruit and more than two ingredients. read more

I have only visited this place twice now. The first was just over a year ago when the pandemic hit. They were right on top of safety measures from the get go_. Today we swung in to cool down after a hiking trip. I never realized they offered food items and some yummy looking baked goods as well. I ordered 2 kids blueberry strawberry blast-offs for the little ones. The first visit a while back I didn't know they offered kid sized drinks. You can customize your drinks and even order them online so all you have to do is pick thrm up. Our youngest is going through her blue stage so everything has to be blue if possible. Came in to this store about 15 minutes until closing. There were two employees which both had such attitudes. I was already feeling uncomfortable due to their vibes. I came in with a taste for their oatmeal with blueberries and strawberries. At 9:30am, they were already out of oatmeal. I wasn't prepared to make another selection but had to since I wasn't returning home right away. I settled for the Turkey Sausage 'N Cheese Wrap. I also bought a ginger and a turmeric shot. (I'll be back with an update when I drink them.). The shots were placed in a cup of ice for me. That was great! Both associates were polite. I did enjoy the wrap. It was delicious. How does it just get worse with every visit? This time, I walked in and said hi. The girl responds with "our machines are down so you have to order online". Okay, no problem. I sat down and ordered. Another lady came in and was clearly upset about it so she decided to leave, and the people working are just casually discussing the interaction with her as I'm sitting there... I grabbed my smoothie from the person who made it - who was talking to his mom or someone who was supposed to pick him up later. My smoothie had big chunks of banana in it- wasn't well blended at all. I paid $7 for a mediocre smoothie, having to order myself, bad attitudes and zero customer service. Went today to get some smoothies. Two young ladies Mia & Shelbie were working. There was a family of 4, 1 lady, then 2 ladies that were there before us along with a young gal at the counter talking with Shelbie. There was other people that came in after me, which Mia was ringing up (she took my order as well) . This young gal at the counter was talking with Shelbie, telling a story of her boy friend and text message she sent him, and what he replied and so on...well she told us all as she was super loud and stopping the rest of us from getting our items as she took Shelbies time. After about 10 minutes the girl with boy problems left, freeing Shelbie up to work... or so I thought. She stood around and stared at things, told Mia things to do, and when she did try to work she was in Mia's way (literally the direct work space reaching over her and everything). I feel so bad for Mia, I would HATE to be stuck with a co worker like Shelbie. Absolutely hate it, I'm sure she gets away with what she wants, as that's how she was acting. I'm not sure how long 6 smoothies should take, but from the moment I walked in there was 6 smoothies made before my 2 & I was in there for TWENTY FIVE minutes. I hope Mia gets to work with better employees, and Shelbie needs to be supervised. After stuffing my face with a friend eating Mexican food today we were looking for something sweet, but a bit more healthy. Jamba Juice always hits the spot. I love the orange c booster. I always feel so much better after having it on a hot day. I give five stars for the drink flavors and assortment, but four because it's so pricey to me. The service is always just ok. They never seem happy to be at work. There's never a greeting when you come in. If they could just get the employees a little more excited I'd probably enjoy it here a bit more. There was no line and only one other customer in the store at the time I came in at 10:44am. I ordered a wheatgrass shot along with a medium smoothie. The smoothie was up super fast, but then I waited an additional 20 min for the wheatgrass. I asked the girl behind the counter, after 15 min how much longer, and was told I'm normally takes 15-20 min. I call BS as I do get theses at another location weekly and have never waited this long. The poor girl who was making the wheatgrass shot was apologetic and super sweet. Another worker who was making smoothies was snarky and didn't seem to care. I have found the customer service has rapidly declined and the employees honestly seem sad to be at work. No is cheery or even pleasant to talk to like before. I dinged one star b/c it smelled like bleach when I walked in (though it was close to closing on a week night, so they probably just got started cleaning/closing up early) and they REALLY need a location with a drive thru ESPECIALLY in AZ! Usually when I come, there's a girl that helps with blue in her hair and she's awesome. But I tried calling in an order today, the gentleman that picked up said "he's busy, but he can be with you in a minute" so I say no problem and then continue to wait on the phone for 10 minutes with no answer.
