I walked into this Jamba for my favorite drink and was extremely disappointed. Terrible customer service- no smile or greeting from either employee at the store. I placed my order and one immediately went back to the back while the other made the drink. In just under a minute my drink was made and the second employee also went to the back of the store. Not even waiting for me to walk out. I could have easily have taken anything I wanted since both were so careless. Lucky for them I'm not a thrice. I was even more upset because the drink they made me wasn't even a full cup. I'm disappointed because as expensive as it is, the least they can do is fill up the cup. After getting in my car I noticed more people walk in and decided to wait to see how their drinks came out. One went in and came back out minutes later without a drink and a man with several kids came in and they had full drinks. Guess they were just rude to me. Jamba Juice is usually pretty tasty (their smoothies, at least). Jamba Juice is also pretty damn expensive for what you get. I had a tooth pulled so I wasn't in the mood to eat any food. Figured that I would come here get something to drink, instead. I went with a Large Orange Carrot Twist. 16 ounce drink was just under $6.00. Steep! Was it good? Yeah, it was alright. It's definitely "fresh squeezed". I saw the dude get about 3-4 carrots and put them in the juicer and then take about 4-5 oranges and send them through the machine to squeeze all the juice out. It was kind of cool to watch. My drink tasted fine. It could have been colder and would have probably tasted better if stashed in the freezer for a few minutes. Service was ok. Not overly friendly, but friendly enough. Will I be back? Eh? Maybe? Went to the Greek Wraps place next door and the kids really wanted Jamba Juice so we stopped in while waiting for our to go order. Walked in and waited at the counter for a good 2-3 minutes before anyone noticed we were in there. There was a guy up front making drinks and he looked at me but didn't say anything...ok awkward. So stand there for another minute or 2 and he asks me if I already ordered. I said no and he went back to finishing the drink he was making and then called the name for the order. By that time I was annoyed and almost walked out but the kids really wanted their drink. He has me go over to a different register and takes the order. $12 for two small drinks is kinda nuts but they're good so it's worth it. We get the drinks pretty quick and leave. The kids felt like something was missing from the drinks and didn't think they tasted as good as they remembered. I would have mentioned something if we had not already left. Noticed lights were dimmed or some were turned off sat in my car thinking they were closed until I saw two younger ladies in there cleaning at approximately 8:19-20. We frequent this location unfortunately, it's the closest to our house. The smoothies are sometimes great, sometimes ok and sometimes horrible. But the pretzels are consistently super dry and super hard. I don't know if they thaw them too early or in a micro, leave day old ones out or just have a case that isn't air tight, but they are horrible. Even the ones the workers claim are today's. Usually they are pretty kind about making a new one that's better. But today the girl was really rude when I ordered and asked for a pretzel opened today, It arrived hard as a hockey puck. I asked for a new one & she made it, but despite even tipping her $2 she was rude and seemed only sarcastically apologetic. I think I'll go out of my way to find a new jamba. read more

I ordered two smoothies, a breakfast burrito and a breakfast sandwich from DoorDash and when my food got here it was literally frozen. There were ice crystals inside the burrito and on the egg in the breakfast sandwich. I called to speak to a manager and he said when they don't have any thawed they use the oven but some people that are new don't know how to properly thaw them. So I spent an extra $8 to have this delivered to me and had to end up driving up there and waiting for them to make me a new one. What a waste. I won't be ordering from here anymore. read more

Love this Jamba Juice location! The staff is very friendly, smart and helpful (Kalie and Caitlyn). They do not waste the juice when they make it. They fill up the cup til what they have prepped is used and do not discard the left overs (many Jamba Juice place, they prep and do not fill the cup but throw away a lot of what's left in the blender--a big waste!) even when there is still room in the cup.
