I love Jamba Juice! Their smoothies are delicious! However, I've noticed that a lot of the time it's hit or miss at this location to get an actual smoothie! In other words, I have to ask for my smoothie to be extra thick in order for the texture to be considered a smoothie! Who wants to drink a watered down smoothie that seems to have just sat for 3 hours after paying at least 5 dollars for a drink. The staff should be able to tell that when they pour it into your cup almost seems like they ignore it or don't care enough. read more

My husband told me his experience at this Jamba Juice location. He stated that when he and my daughter walked in the two workers didn't acknowledge them. He said both workers looked at each other, then looked at them. One then said "if you have any questions, let me know", as she proceeded to walk away. What a greeting!. He told me the workers had major attitudes. My daughter who is 8 yrs old said as they were making orders they were banging things around. This location needs a manager or needs to train the one they have. Who in their right mind mops a floor at 11:45 risking the safety of customers slipping and getting hurt. Law suit waiting to happen. Every inch of flooring was soaking wet, I'm in flip flops, slick as ice. I asked why he wouldn't save the cleaning for BEFORE business hours or AFTER. No reply, asked why don't u at least open the door to help dry the floor faster, no reply. All employees looked miserable, not a friendly face in the bunch. As a raw foods chef I'm picky about my juices and smoothies. I had never been to a Jamba Juice before and assumed it was going to be like the fast food of the smoothie world. I was mistaken. The juices and smoothies are makes fresh when you order them with real fruits and vegetables. Customer service is usually good (Gregg is an awesome server there) and everything I've ever ordered from here has been delicious. read more

Like every other Jamba Juice I've been in, whether LA, St. Paul, Portland, Chicago, etc, everything's standardized. Therefore, I found nothing spectacular, amazing, horrible, disgusting, or ill-inducing about the storefront, people, or product. It's just there. This is the closest shop to me and I've visited several times, motivated mainly by trips to Arrowhead. My threshold for service in a 'fast food' environment is about 3-5 minutes. (I classify JJ as 'fast food' due to the expediency in product prep--not the type of product). Unfortunately, I've waited more than 3-5 minutes at this JJ several times but it's the only one I got, so I'll continue to go there until something else comes along... read more

I like all their original drinks, favorites are Mango-a-go-go, Caribbean Passion, Strawberries Wild, carrot juice and the veggie fruit fusions. Don't forget to ask for your free boost! I went there a couple days ago and ordered the apples and greens. Most of the drink is good but not all the fruit was blended thoroughly. So some of it is thrown away. I'm not sure if the blenders are run on a timer, if it does it needs to blend longer. read more

This is a great Jamba Juice. They are fast, always have enough people working, and their is enough seating. Strawberry nirvana for the win. At 16 oz, its filling enough to pass as breakfast but at about 1/3 the calories of a traditional American meal. read more

My mom and I went to this location for a morning smoothie. I remembered seeing a groupon available and I bought it waiting in line to order for 5 for $15. When I ordered the cashier rudely told us they don't participate in Groupon's and offered no apology. On the door is a whole letter explaining they aren't accepting Groupon's. They need a sign simply stating "Groupon's Not Accepted" because who is really going to read an entire letter while walking in? We spend over $17 for 3 smoothies. Plus the $15 for the Groupon. Of all the locations in the valley only 4 aren't accepting them. These locations should just be a part of the team and not give Jamaba Juice a bad name. The smoothies are just ok and the staff looks miserable in silly hats they are obviously forced to wear. I won't be coming back again. I'll take my business to a team player location even after my Groupon's are used up!!! read more

As the other reviewer said, each JJ has a standard layout/protocol. Aside from the fact that they are usually SUPER noisy, I can't stop myself from craving their delightfully, refreshing concoctions. My current fav is the Acai Super-Antioxident--totally FABULOUS! It's a great way to start the day or for an afternoon pick me up. If you've never had a JJ, dont' put it off any longer. read more

I love Jamba Juice, but not this specific location. One of the workers had a horrible attitude with my mother and I. As I was eating my oatmeal, I found a black curly hair in it (I have straight blonde hair). They made the drink incorrectly and I had to ask them to remake it. I love this location! The staff is friendly and quick, even when the place is packed. The only thing that's not too great is the parking lot because it's shaped strange and it's rather small. This is one of the few locations that can get my order right. I always order the Citrus Squeeze, Make it Light. Citrus Squeeze is one of the classics that's no longer posted on the menu. No one can ever seem to figure out how to make it light, but this location can! Never any issues, great staff. Highly recommend! read more

Got so irratated trying to order a Matcha Grren tea with almond milk I finally had to walk out. All 3 employees drilled me so hard on my diet needs and what allergies I may or may not have i got pissed off.i never mentioned having any allergies. I frequent this Jamba juice pretty often and the service and quality of the food and smoothies is typically pretty good. But today was a completely difference experience. Arriving I waited probably 5 minutes at the register waiting to order and to be greeted. Finally, as the group of employees dispersed and got back to work my order was taken by a girl that her had mouth full with food. She was covering her mouth trying to buffle or hide the fact she was eating. I thought that was beyond rude. Once I ordered I watched other employees making smoothies and while I was watching them one girl asked another coworker to smell the smoothie she just made because she could differ the flavor by the color or didn't remember which smoothie she made! I was extremely displeased with my experience and as I left there was a tray of sample smoothies and I asked an employee what flavor or smoothie it was and to my surprise the employees answer was, "I honestly couldn't tell you what it is." read more

I been a member for years. I had a horrible experience. Stopped by at 7:30 tonight with my fiancé to buy from the juice menu, however the girl tells us they don't have any, which was obvious that she was lying so I asked her how come since the store is open for another 30 minutes at least before they close. Then she said that all the machines were broken, again another lie. Very disappointed and bad customer service just because they all want to get outta there ASAP. I was very impressed with this Jamba Juice location. 1. Friendly employees 2. Excellent speed of service 3. Clean store I was greeted within 1 second of entering the store, even though there was a line of customers at the register already. The employees who were working were both wearing their uniforms properly. The store was very clean - including the floors, juice, boost, and dip box areas. I was very impressed that they got rid of their JDUs and now have circulating juice dispensers for all of their juices. There were only 2 employees working at this location, one was tending to the line of customers waiting to place their orders and the other was making the smoothies and juices. Even though the drink tickets were quickly forming a long chain of orders hanging from the printers, the team member making the smoothies was quick and efficient. She made and served each drink in the order in which they were placed and used proper blending and pouring techniques. When serving the orders, she called out each customer's name. Her speed of service was great and all of the smoothies she made were finished and served to the customers within 3 minutes of them placing the orders. Her preparation and service of the wheatgrass juice was all done by the book. Even though she was making all of the smoothies and wheatgrass herself (wheatgrass generally taking more time), she was only slightly over 3 minutes, which is pretty good considering she was making all of the drinks herself. This Jamba juice is just okay. The employees are kinda rude, well most of them. I've asked to "customize my own smoothie" and this one girl didn't even know what kind of ingredients they had, it was really annoying. I said I didn't want anything orange in my smoothie, and it ended up having orange. On top of that, it's always really loud, right when you walk in you get a "HELLLOOOO!" then another, "Hello!" "hello!" "hello!" I found the workers to be really obnoxious. I do love their smoothies though. If it wasn't for my work being not too far, I really don't think I'd go there. read more

I've had Jamba Juice before (in California and New York) and I must say that Peoria was by far the worst establishment I've ever been to. The team members weren't very well trained, and it was obviously due to the lack of leadership provided by the leads who spend a lot of their shift barking orders and placing blame. I've been to Jamba Juice establishments in Dublin, San Ramon, San Fransisco, San Diego, and Time Square, where the leads worked fantastically with their staff, it showed in the atmosphere of the store, the cleanliness of the store and the perfection of the smoothies. I would go as far as to say that I am a JJ fanatic and I would honestly, prefer to dive 20 minutes out of my way for a Phoenix Jamba. read more
