Welp. I came back for a second time while I was visiting in town because I loved it so much. I ordered the same drink - the brown bear which I loved iced. Super cozy vibes. Very helpful counter staff. This time I got the croissant omelette sandwich with bacon. Last time I got it with ham. It was just OK. It seemed extra "pressed" I'm not sure if it was used in a Panini maker or not, but it was a little squished and I actually prefer the ham version much better than the bacon. Plenty of parking out front. I will definitely come back when I'm back in town. I don't know why it's so quirky and cool to me.

Consistently one of the best coffee shops in the area. Extra Hot Vanilla Latte, and it always extra hot as requested. Such a great place to meet up with friends and relax in the comfy chairs or the tables along the wall. Baristas are always friendly.

I recently visited Cabin Coffee and found it to be a charming little shop. Although I didn't try the pastries, my son did get a bear claw, and I was surprised by its size--it was nearly the size of his head! The atmosphere is cute, but the space feels a bit small for the amount of traffic they receive. Additionally, there was only one barista working during my visit, which resulted in a longer wait for our drinks. I'd like to see more gluten free pastries-other than just cookies.

Such a cute and cozy coffee cafe! I really like this coffee shop because it feels so homey and really good vibes. This is place you want to come and hang out, read, study, anything! The coffee is really good and very inexpensive compared to other coffee places. I like that their menu encompasses drinks and food, and is quite extensive; there's definitely something for you here! The service was great and the employees were helpful and kind. I will certainly be returning!

Love the quaint comfy ambiance if this small local coffee shop! The warm details of the stone fireplace and wood details offer a little escape from the dry desert landscape in the Peoria/Glendale area! I love the acai bowls here, such fresh delicious toppings and not too sweet! The coffee is also very delicious and Cabin Coffee offers a few unique flavors worth coming back for!

I am so glad I finally made my way to check this place out! It feels exactly like it should, as if you stepped into a cabin with all the funky decor, dim lighting and cozy couches you can just sink into. The staff was friendly and helpful with guiding me through their many options and service was swift. I ordered an iced brown sugar oat milk latte with whipped cream which was the perfect balance of flavors and not overly sweet, the cheese danish which was quite literally one of the best I've ever had, and a burrito with salsa which was tasty. Definitely come check this place out! I will be back to sit, work for a while and enjoy all the drinks I can try.

Great spot to get some caffeine. The service is pretty quick and the iced coconut mocha is delicious

The good: the ambiance is great here and the staff is very friendly. The not so good: they are not consistent with making their drinks and it is small and cramped inside. Overall I like this little place. It has a nice cabin vibe and feels very comfortable once seated so you want to stay and talk for a bit and the games corner is unique also. Their baked goods (cookies, waffles, muffins) are OK, not great, but the coffee choices seem endless so you always have something new to try. I come back here mostly because my daughter loves it but I wish they'd have a larger space so I wouldn't always bump into people.

Solid little shop with tasty drinks. If you're looking for fun flavored stuff they had lots of those options as well though I can't speak to the quality as my drink was just a basic London Fog latte.

New systems, new staff, and new routines don't magically fall into place overnight. Anyone who's worked in food service knows it can take months, sometimes close to a year, for everything to fully settle. That said, I come here for what matters most to me: the food. The pancakes and waffles are still excellent. On my last visit, a technician had just been in the kitchen and the waffle maker had to warm back up, so there was a short delay. Even so, the waffles were worth the wait and tasted just as good as always. Service times aren't as fast as they were under the previous owners, which is understandable with a newer kitchen team, including a cook who only started in mid-December. Even so, their timing is still quicker than many other places serving similar breakfast and lunch fare. As for the ambiance, it's a breakfast and lunch spot. I'm there to enjoy good food and good conversation, not to critique décor. I appreciate that it's comfortable and quiet enough to talk and actually hear the person I'm with. Overall, this place deserves patience and grace while they work through the growing pains of new ownership and kitchen staff. The foundation is solid, the food is good, and with time, the rest will continue to improve.

I'd prefer to have been told the restaurant was booked for breakfast/brunch. Considering the time limit, we were forced to order something quick and unintended. The food was below average for the price. A two egg breakfast with toast and not so fresh fruit should not have cost similarly to a hipster cafe in Seattle, SF, or LA. Also, why even bother asking how I like my eggs when it's not cooked as described? Loud, crowded, tables too close together, feeling rushed, subpar breakfast, overpriced...it's no wonder I've never returned.

But once again this morning was extremely disappointing. I ordered chicken fried steak, gravy, biscuit, scrambled eggs and fried potatoes and the only thing worth eating was the eggs. The steak was the thinnest piece of (meat?) I have ever seen and look at the picture where the breading doesn't even stay on the meat (clearly a frozen piece of something). The gravy had clumps of what looked like flour and was tasteless. The biscuit was as hard as a hockey puck and the "fried potatoes" were clearly fried right out of a frozen bag. Come on Haymakers you can try a little harder to give customers something they can stomach. To top it all off I asked the server if there was a manger and she said we don't have one until 11 AM (clearly inmates running the prison with no quality control). At least the server took care of the bill. This is one of the worst breakfast experiences I have had in Arizona. If I could give zero stars I would. "FIMP" Food is my Passion
