This place is a hidden gem. If you haven't been here you need to go. Walked through the door and was immediately greeted by the owner. So sweet and lovely. First off the ambience here is awesome. All three of us took away from The decor that we would love our living room to look this cozy and inviting. The chairs were super comfy. It was between contemporary design, something out of a vogue magazine, and cool coffee shop vibes. Sat right down three of us for brunch on the day before Thanksgiving. We got Churro latte and two specialty drinks. I had the triple Berry my wife had the latte and our friend had a third I don't remember(something tropical). The latte was vanilla forward and had a nice cinnamon flavor. I would say it's kind of like a dessert latte. My wife loved it, said it was exactly what she was looking for. My triple Berry was super delicious. Not overly sweet, light on the bubbles, heavy on the flavor. It was garnished with lemon slices and fresh mint and was truly refreshing. For food our friend got the fusion quesadilla which he loved and said the salad that went with it was so amazing. I had the double trouble, the bacon was crisp, the presentation was beautiful, the avocado was seasoned nicely ingredients fresh 10/10. Wife got the crème a la fraise. She loved it, perfectly cooked, creamy sweet with fresh berries, bacon crisp and flavorful, egg was delicious and not over cooked like some places. We were so enthralled with the food that we didn't take pictures of it wish we did the presentation was beautiful. The service was great but the owner coming out at the end and chatting with us was even nicer. Lovely people really. Only problem I have with this place is I was visiting out of state and can't come back!! You will not be disappointed with this place. It is tricky to find but if you're looking at the Daiso it's to the left. Don't miss it! You won't regret it. read more

We came here on a weekday for our girls' catch-up lunch. My friend suggested this place, and none of us had been here before. I'm glad she picked it. Starting from the outside, with a couple of tables out front, the place already had a chill vibe. Once we walked in, it felt very spacious. I loved the decor and the colors. We were seated at a bigger table for the four of us. At first, we thought the table might be a little too big, but it actually worked out perfectly because we could use the extra chairs for our purses and bags. Very thoughtful! My friends ordered regular lattes, and I got the Triple Berry Fusion. For food, we ordered the Omelette with Sausage, Saumon Fumé Toast, and the Monae Chicken Sandwich. The presentations were all so pretty, and everything tasted delicious. Our server was very nice. She let us take our time to chat and even became our photographer. At the end, we also got the chance to meet the owner, Monae. She was very kind, easygoing, and welcoming. The only thing that might be an issue is if we bring our husbands or guy friends with us next time. The portions are a little on the smaller side, so they might still be hungry afterward. Our first time trying this neighborhood cafe for breakfast and it was so delicious. We were surprised at the quality of the food and how presentable everything was. I love the decor with all the plants. The staff is very friendly, they checked on us to see how everything was. A friend recommended Monae Fusion recently so we had to try it. I ordered their new chicken sandwich but forgot the name of it. It was so delicious and fresh. It's pretty large sandwich so I should've saved half for later but couldn't help myself from gobbling it all up. My friend ordered their pancake breakfast plate and she really enjoyed it too. The side salad was very fresh with incredible dressing. Service is excellent and the dining room is very cozy and beautifully decorated. Cute cafe with friendly service and tasty food (and free wifi!) I came by during a workday with my laptop. I was almost immediately greeted by (I believe she is the owner based on responses I've seen on Yelp) and she stopped by my table to tell me that I didn't need to feel rushed. This was incredibly kind of her to say, because oftentimes when I do bring my laptop I am rushed by waitstaff even if I'm ordering food and eating a meal. Very nice! Wifi was pretty good, too. The food was very good! I had a turkey and pesto sandwich and it was fresh and delicious. I also had a dessert: ordered one of their cupcakes and got the lemon one. Cupcake was cold. Not my favorite way to enjoy a cupcake nor did I realize it was refrigerated or may not have gotten it. But nonetheless it was flavorful and baked well. I also enjoyed a cup of decaf coffee and they had a huge menu of drinks to choose from. Service was kind and attentive (but not *too* attentive) which is very appreciated! The atmosphere is well-decorated to what you would expect an Instagram-meets-Pinterest board. It's got faux greenery and jewel tones. They play music in there that's quite loud if the dining room is empty. The music is a mix of Christian rock and gospel music. Overall I am really glad I stopped in! This place was a terrific find on a recent visit to Phoenix. The shopping culture in Phoenix befuddles me, but there are little gems like Monae Fusion Brunch Cafe tucked away in unassuming corners of drab strip and/or overbuilt outdoor shopping malls all over a sprawling city where every street corner resembles every other street corner down to the pervasive, oppressive brown. This cafe is classy, comfortable, and feels like a cafe you might find in Paris. I ordered their Rise N' Shine breakfast dish along with one of their Tropical Refreshers--All of which were delicious, different, and exactly what I needed to get my engine going on a very warm day in mid November. We ordered our food and were told the chef hasn't shown up yet so it will be a while. Weird but okay -- I was prob 820 by this time. The space was absolutely beautiful. The hostess was extremely sweet and the waitress was attentive. The food was good. I ordered the salmon toast which came on one slice of sourdough bread with salmon, cucumber, cream cheese , tomatoes, and capers. It was good but for $20 I expected something that was filling. I was shocked to have only gotten one slice of toast. Had I not shared with my friend and ate some of her flatbread, I would have been pretty disappointed at the price of the food and it didn't fill me up at all. I also had a spritzer that was tasty but after drinking that, a glass of water, and my $20 slice of toast, I was still hungry. For the price of a slice of toast, I think adding a small cup of fruit would sufficient so a customer would feel spending $20 for one slice was worth it. My friend said the food was underwhelming for her but she enjoyed the meal overall. The flatbread was good , I should have ordered that as it was filling but I had no idea my chosen meal would not be. Lastly, the environment was giving blessed. Enjoyed brunch here for Mother's Day weekend. A bright and chic atmosphere with staff who are warm, welcoming and accommodating. Our party each ordered a different entree and no crumbs were left! My main issue was that they took 35 minutes to make us three drinks when there were 5-6 teenagers working behind the register. They were out of several things as well. Monae Fusion Brunch Cafe was an accidental find, and it's a GEM of a restaurant in Glendale, AZ. The fritatta that I ordered was delicious, freshly made, served with sliced avocado, perfectly crisp, thick, tasty bacon, toast and jam. Service was excellent. The seating? Who would guess we had comfy armchairs??!! The juice selections are varied and delicious and made with fresh fruit. Coffee was sweetened with Agave. There's music, but another surprise, unlike many modern eateries, we could converse without shouting. The ambiance is welcoming, and prices are competitive. We got there at 9:00, by 10:00 the tables were full. I recommend Monea Fusion highly. You won't be disappointed. read more

I was greeted and sat right away. It's like a cafe with fresh yummy food and great made to order juice fusions, smoothies and coffee drinks. It was cozy, the bathroom was clean but no changing table for infants. There are a couple outdoor tables but mainly indoors. Can accommodate larger parties but you'll have to sit at different tables. The owner came by and asked how everything was and was very attentive and nice. She really cares about her establishment and will be celebrating 2 years soon! Beautiful and delicious latte! I had been to pic strange brew before it closed and thought this was in its old spot so I thought it had closed when I first drove up but then I found it! They use strange brew coffee, not sure if it's the same owners. I can't by just for a latte but the food sounded good too. Cute and clean in here, chairs are super comfy! What an incredible addition to our community. I had the pleasure of meeting Monae and her staff today and from the moment I walked in I was greeted with warm smiles. The location is a bit hidden and not very visible from the main road but worth the search. I ordered the brown sugar oat latte which was perfectly balanced on the sweetness and sufficiently bold on the espresso. They serve Press coffee, and the crème a la fraise was prepared with fresh ingredients and didn't feel heavy at all!
