Stopped by for the grand opening today and tried the iced dark mocha, a cappuccino, and the chocolate chip + biscoff cookies. The mocha was really good, hubs loved his cappuccino, and the cookies were thick and rich in the best way. The space is super cute. Open with lots of seating, plus a cozy little lounge area in the corner that would be perfect for working or just hanging out with a book. Definitely a spot I'd come back to. read more

It's bright, looks clean, plenty of parking out front. It's pretty quiet inside even though others were in there. Plenty of seating. It looks like a good place to study as it doesn't seem chaotic. We ordered a tropic tea. They made a tropic soda. Flavor was okay. Luckily she likes sparkling waters so we didn't bother addressing the incorrect order. We noticed on the drink tag it was rung up incorrectly. To be fair, I didn't double check what was rung up bc she specifically asked if it was supposed to be an energy drink or not and I said no, just tea. My drink was a salted caramel iced latte with almond milk. It wasn't too sweet, so that was good. However, the coffee in mine tasted a little burnt. The roast seemed to have a cocoa and nutty flavor which I like, but did taste like a burnt nutty flavor which is not really what I like. I do like that they have a few non dairy options. They have pastries, we didn't try them. I'm not sure if they were just sold out or if they only have a few options. Service was fine. About 3 people came in after us and there were 2 people working. We didn't have to wait an excessive amount of time for our drinks so that's always good. Would I be back? Possibly. It's pretty close to my side of town. read more

Coffee was pretty good, but the terrible costumer service made it mediocre. The girl at the register apparently has no training in communicating with people. Treated us terribly awkward and looked at us with disgustingly rude expressions. You would think service would be better when there's only one other costumer in the shop, right? read more

Stopped by to check this spot out after seeing a tik tok review. Pastries were dry and coffee latte was just ok. Two drinks were the same one with almond milk one with regular and they didn't mark the cup. Barista seemed slightly annoyed when asked which one was which. read more

The coffee was really good, and the shop itself looked very clean and new. Unfortunately, the service was kinda off. I didn't expect much but the employees seemed annoyed? The barista who made my coffee seemed like she didn't wanna work there. I was struggling on what to order and she was just standing there and staring at me. No questions, didn't ask if I needed help. Super sweet staff! walked in and was immediately met with a welcome in. It was my first time trying yimmies and I wasn't sure what to get but the lovely associate working took the time to help me find something i'd enjoy and i'm glad I took the suggestion! I got the tiramisu latte and raspberry bliss both of which were at a great price and greater taste (the cinnamon roll too was super yummy!). They also have a great variation of menu items, something for everyone. They also have tons of sugar free options! I got both sugar free and they were delish. They offer student and teacher discount. We had the chocolate trip banana bread for my boyfriend who hates coffee and for me, a 32 oz, light ice, tiramisu coffee with oat milk and tiramisu soft top. Soooo good. The coffee as the perfect blend of sweet and strong. I used to go to Starbucks and order to Brown Sugar Shaken Esperesso with an extra shot. This is sooo much better if that's what you like. Of course my boyfriend said it was gross because it "tasted like coffee"! Don't let that dissuade you though! I will be coming back and so will he. He loved the chocolate chip banana bread so much, he has begged me to make him some. This store has doomed me. Standards are too high to beat I am afraid. It was soft, sweet, moist, fresh, just heaven in a bite. And the serving was HUGE. His goofy self thought he could save the rest for later... he ate it all in one sitting. If you want great pastries and coffee (and stellar service) come here. If you don't want your friends and family to consistently rave about this place and beg you to make banana bread, don't come. Especially if you don't want to become addicted to delicious coffee while supporting a local business. And don't bother asking the employees for help if you don't feel like smiling. They're so helpful choosing what to try on their menu based off your preferences and welcoming and warm. 10/10. read more

I haven't even tasted the coffee yet, and I already feel compelled to leave a review. I have a student who is currently training at Yimmies Coffee, and she comes to class genuinely excited about her experience. She consistently speaks highly of her managers and the supportive, welcoming environment they've created. From what Lo shares, Yimmies is nothing like a typical chain coffeehouse. Instead of feeling corporate, it sounds personal and community-driven. Her managers go above and beyond by organizing group bonding activities and even treating the team to pizza as they prepare for their grand opening. That kind of leadership and care speaks volumes about the culture they're building. Based solely on my student's experience, Yimmies Coffee has already earned my respect, and I can't wait to stop by and try it for myself. I'll absolutely be back to write another review once I've tasted the coffee which, judging by everything I've heard so far, I'm confident will be amazing. read more
