It was fun to finally be able to get in to the Coach coffee shop without a wraparound line of people waiting to get in. It is clean and well lit inside with a lot of fun merchandise unique to be Coach Café. There are café tables and chairs for sitting and an opening into the outlet Coach store as part of the outdoor Tanger outlet mall. Service was friendly. We try a hot green tea and a raspberry lemonade. The drinks were OK. Cute striped paper straws. A fun little option to grab a snack or a hot drink while shopping in Coach or around the Tanger outlet mall.

Extremely cute and luxurious ambiance connected to the large outlet coach store. The merch in there was so cute it was insane, the lemonade and the pastries were also yummy!

Customer service was decent. Drink was made in a timely manner. The location is adorable and I will admit it's a vibe. I got the mocha cold brew and honestly very mid. I'm willing to go back and try other options like their soft serve or lemonade or maybe even a hot coffee in the winter. The cold brews are out of the question.

I went early bc I was hoping to snag one of the purse cakes. Well, apparently they were already sold out and they said that they didn't know when they were getting them in and when they do, they go fast. Vibes were chill, as it was basically inside the Coach store. Service was very friendly, and I got an iced tiramisu latte. It was delish. They had pastries, but I haven't tried them yet bc all I wanted was the little purse cake. Would I come back? Def. It's a cute little place and the coffee was very good. Also, they do have some non dairy options. You may want to drink your drink kind of quickly bc of the paper straws.

What a cool concept to beat the heat and also grab a pastry or drink while the women shop! I learned that there are approximately 6 of these coffee shops in the United States located in the Outlets. Cold Brew pictured was on point with my blueberry muffin that was heated up. Highly recommend stopping by should you pass by a Coach Coffee Outlet.

We visited this location while shopping at the Tanger Outlets, which is surrounded by many stores and businesses in the area. The parking lot can get very crowded, especially when there are events happening nearby, making parking a little difficult at times. Right across the street is Westgate Entertainment District, and if events are taking place there, they may charge for parking, which is unfortunate for shoppers visiting the area. While shopping, we noticed this newer coffee shop located inside the Coach store and decided to give it a try. My daughter ordered the matcha drink, and overall it was decent. We would have liked a little more strawberry purée added to the drink, especially for the price, as the medium was around $6. The lines can get long, but they move pretty quickly. We only had to wait a few minutes for our drink to be prepared. Overall, it was a nice stop while shopping in the outlets.

Welcome to Tanger Outlets, Coach Coffee Shop! There was a time in the early 2000s when a Young Joyce was enamored by all things Coach. Call it nostalgia but as soon as I caught wind that they were opening a Coach Coffee Shop in Arizona, I knew I wanted to go. The first Arizona Coach Coffee Shop officially opened on April 24, 2026 at Tanger Outlets Phoenix in Glendale. They offer specialty coffee, matcha, teas, pastries, and exclusive merchandise, attached to the main Coach retail store. The shop sells exclusive Coach branded items such as cups and other branded goodies. Coach Coffee Shop merchandise, featuring the "Lil Miss Jo" character, includes branded apparel and accessories with prices ranging from $15 for pins to over $300 for premium apparel. Key items typically include $95 tote bags, $45 pouches, $35-$45 mugs, and $175-$250+ hoodies/sweatshirts. The hype is real since it's opening weekend so expect a line and a wait. At the end of the day, it's just coffee. It's sightly burnt coffee with oatmilk and a really crunchy cookie.

I totally forgot to take a picture of the drinks we got. The strawberry matcha was surprisingly really good! I've never had matcha on tap so I was very surprised with the taste and quality of my drink.

Cute coffee shop attached to the Coach Store at Tanger Outlets. Simple menu that makes for easy respite after shopping. Ample seating indoors or outside. Nice coffee shop merchandise selection. Typical Coach brand price range. Servers are welcoming and efficient.

The Coach Coffee Shop is cute. A simple straightforward menu is available to choose from. What you don't see are the prices for the mini purse cakes. They're a bit expensive at $12 a pop. Cute and pink but way overpriced. I had a generic latte and it was good. They have some merch which is super cute. Worth a visit and then shop in their store.

Such a cute coffee shop! Everything was delicious and the service was great! We shared the Tiramisu latte, the strawberry lemonade and a blueberry muffin. I had to get a new mug because it was adorable. Sat outside because inside is tiny.

Saw videos on IG that inspired me to come visit. Not too busy when I came, and service was friendly. I was disappointed that they did not have the coach purse cakes and the employee said they get them randomly so they do not know when they will have them again. The merch area and behind the counter are cute, but the rest of the cafe is kinda boring, just an extension of the coach store with plain cafeteria tables. My lemonade was fine and I thought the cup & straw were very cute. The pastries in the case looked pretty standard. I'd maybe come back again to try to get the coach bag cake if i'm at the outlets but I wouldn't make a trip to the mall just for this.

There were three parties of people that walked in while we were in there and then sitting out on the really nice patio. There is a little bit of seating inside, but the patio was very nice and there was plenty of seating out there too. The vibe is super cute, and I love the decor. Since that's not always possible it's nice finding gems like 808 Social to bring some Aloha spirit back into our mundane daily routines. (Edible glitter) We came to 808 Social on one of their pop up days and were able to catch other vendors that made this trip a one stop visit. We were able to get flavorful ono lunch, tasty dessert, and yummy drinks to finish it all off. Everyone was so welcoming and service was top tier.
