I really appreciate how they were personable, friendly and had great customer service skills. In addition to that they had product knowledge. Lots of seating, good lighting, the staff is friendly and they have a convenient drive-thru. While this will probably not be a Black Rock Coffee Bar that I visit often, this is the one closest to my parents' house.
