We had such a fantastic experience here today. This is a large space with tables both inside and outside. They also have a small living room setup with a couch and chairs in the corner. I didn't get any food but the pastries looked amazing. My coffee was very yummy. Their espresso is roasted really well so no burnt taste. The service was great as well. They had two people working and we interacted with both. I also snapped a photo of all of their flavor options as I didn't see those anywhere in the photos. They have a lot, so lots to try when we go back (which we will!). read more

Large coffee shop located right off the 101 and 59th avenue. It is super easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. Inside the shop is extremely open, with different types of seating that ensures the comfort of anyone who walks in. The staff were extremely sweet and good with recommendations and questions. I got a Mocha Latte and added raspberry syrup and oatmilk. I have had this mix often at a lot of other cafes and this one was by far my favorite. The Mocha was rich but not overpowering. The raspberry syrup was complimentary to the Mocha and they put enough in to make it noticeable but not overly sweet. Would recommend! read more

I get my sweet dog groomed about 3.5 miles away from this location twice a year. I always go to Lola's! The service is fantastic. The ambience is really great. There is a lot of open seating and it is perfect for working, studying, or catching up with friends. My few complaints would be: - the chairs: PLEASE get different chairs. These are so uncomfortable that sometimes I opt not to come here because of how bad the seating is. They are small, plastic, hard, and not for sitting - get seasonal drink specials/lola specialties! Sometimes I'm bored of my normal order and want to switch it up. So having seasonal or special drinks with a fun name really adds to the atmosphere read more

I used to love Lola's coffee shop (59th Ave and the 101)--the baristas are AMAZING, the coffee is great, and the food is solid. But the owner ruined the experience. The place was packed, so I sat at a "no computers" table temporarily until another spot opened. Instead of showing any flexibility, the owner reprimanded me and told me I couldn't sit there at all. I even told him I would move as soon as a spot opened up. When I asked if he preferred I take my business elsewhere, he said, "That is your choice." He told me I could wait for a spot to open up, but I was not allowed to sit at any of the three empty tables with my computer. His response was dismissive, rude, and poor customer service. It's clear the owner values strict rules over his customers. Sadly, no matter how great the staff and food are, I won't be supporting a small business that treats regulars this way. That was the final straw. Great staff, but an owner who clearly doesn't value loyal customers. I won't be back. read more

I'm totally not sure has transpired with this location but the service is non existent. I walked in around 1 pm. There were no other customers in line. An employee is banging around with equipment. She sees me and then looks away and continues with her work. I said hello and she walked in the back. I used the restroom figuring someone could come out (like an employee who would take my order) and the same woman is still there banging around. I walked out. Lola downtown has always been a solid coffee house, and I love it even more that there's one near me now. Had the dirty chai iced breve style and it was perfect. The chocolate iced white cake on the other hand was too dry. I love me a moist cake so I was very sad about that. read more

There is no doubt the coffee at Lola is always delicious. It's packaged, label less blend for sale smells and tastes oo so good. When the coffee is this smooth and flavourful, there is no need to order anything else besides a drip. So a drip I ordered. I requested to have my drip in a mug but was denied. Apparently mugs are for the morning only? Ok. I've learned not to judge a book by its cover, but it's clear the other Lola coffee shops are more hipster and trendy. This Glendale location looks like it was inspired by Pinterest and Etsy. The benches and tables are ideal for a student , or someone needing to spread out. Me and my cousin went to Lola Coffee to try their cinnamon rolls, mind you we drove 30 minutes just to find out, THEY WERE OUT OF THE CINNAMON ROLLS?! So now that we had no other choice but to get a coffee, I got the Iced Vanilla Latte, but it feels like I got an iced CRAP latte, because I don't know if she was just in a hurry or just didn't even want to try their best when my making my coffee but the point is it was really really strong, not even sweet enough and kinda warm! I got home and tried to fix it by adding creamer and more ice, but that didn't change a THING , I literally got home and drained it down the sink, WOW 6 FREAKING DOLLARS DOWN THE DRAIN!!, PLUS! when we got there there was no seats available which sucks because me and my cousin were planning on eating here, can't believe it was full of customers in there if everything wasn't good and the service was not so great it really needs to be more efficient when it comes to making coffee, I ordered a small but it feels like they should call it a MINI! It's smaller than a sippy cup and not even worth the price, I'm that type of person that hates when their food is not worth the price and this "cafe" does not meet my expectations as I'm sure it won't meet your's either , don't waste your time on going there because you deserve better!! read more

I was in the area and wanted to grab a quick coffee. The place is easy to find with a super cute, clean and bright interior. I was quickly greeted and my order was taken. I got an iced vanilla Carmel latte and a strawberry donut muffin. The service was quick and friendly and prices on par with other local shops. The drink was actually pretty strong, coffee wise and not as sweet as I normally prefer. Probably better though since it's less sugar lol. The strawberry donut muffin was a bit dense but still good. One of the best in the valley. I have been to a couple of their locations and anytime I'm in the NW Valley I make it my mission to stop in. Their coffee is delicious and bonus for me, they have agave. Their seasonal drinks are usually a hit, and their pastries are fantastic. I go to their spot on Indian School fairly often, so I was happy to see they have a location in the NW Valley when I was in the area. They always have really friendly staff. This location is much bigger (at least for seating in my opinion) than in the other spot. Really open dining room with lots of light, including plenty of tables with charging spots. I got an iced coffee with honey and a splash of milk and it was great! I also got their egg and sausage croissant and a lemon blueberry scone. Both of which were delicious. read more

Lola coffee opened up on the west side! The place is cute and the coffee is super delicious. I get the cafe blanco with vanilla and caramel drizzle. Basically it has caramel, white chocolate mocha and vanilla with caramel drizzle. It's super good. The 2nd time I went I'm not sure what ingredient they missed but it was darker and not as sweet.
