I tried out their chipotle chicken flatbread and an avocolada smoothie. I would say avoid their sandwiches as they're not very good. They also keep all their fruits in the fridge so they come out very cold when they serve it to you. The smoothie was quite delicious. It was in a huge cup and it was then that I noticed that they don't have any sizes listed on their menu so I guess you just get a huge smoothie. It also seems that their entire menu is not listed in their store. Overall, just come here for their smoothies because it's what they're good at. I'd avoid all other options. read more

My go-to smoothie shop when I am in the area. It was my first time trying any of their food items and it was surprisingly tasty. I got the Santa Fe Chicken 'Dilla with chicken, black beans, roasted red peppers/onions inside a large grilled tortilla with roasted tomato salsa and kettle cooked bbq chips. I needed a quick snack and placed a mobile order and it was ready within a few minutes. Their app often has deals or freebies. I redeemed a free smoothie this time and got my usual, Pomegranate Plunge. It was a refreshing smoothie jam-packed with real fruit and the consistency was thick, not liquidy like other smoothie shops. The interior is bright and always clean. It would be nice to be able leave a review based on the smoothies vs the the fact that you are closed before 9pm. The time that is clearly posted on line, your website AND your physical establishment. I get it when you have 11 minutes till closing but c'mon it's not like you are cooking anything. Your using a blender and maybe a couple of scoopers AND still be able to close on time. Not to mention I later realized that this is not the first time this has happened many other reviews stated the same type of problem. Guess the question during interviews should be you have 10 minutes left before closing time what do you do? A. Wait till closing time or B. Just lock the door who cares if creates bad business. A great experience overall. I ordered the pesto chicken flatbread and replaced the pesto with hummus: so yummy. My boyfriend ordered the Ohana Breeze smoothie and says it's yummy, healthy, made him feel very good. I ordered the Watermelon Mojito smoothie and it's extremely refreshing, the flavors balance well. The place was really clean and the menu was easy to understand but the drinks weren't really mixed right. The proportions weren't the best with the mixed fruit. Finally a decent location on the west side! Loved TSC in Tempe/Chandler area, but unfortunately haven't found a good location on the west side since moving. Noticed a new location on 77th & Bell, in fact it was their second day open- everyone was so nice and helpful! Always takes a couple days to iron out everything, but attitude/customer service makes a difference. Unlike the other location (43rd and Tbird) where I walked in and was ignored for 15 minutes. Once he handed the smoothies to them he proceeded to wash out the blenders and never acknowledged us. He could have asked us to give him a moment. Ive never written a review before but my experience here was just too atrocious to not say. first we were the only customers in the store and we waiting for 15 minutes as the workers talked to their friends and each other, as well as gave each other free food. and whatever, who cares. yeah kids are gonna mess around. but then I was given my food and it was made horribly and poorly so much so that I could only eat about half of the food. this was disappointing but whatever. now here is the real issue, I got a stomach virus from how those workers didn't prepare my food safety and so I've been throwing up for about 7 hours on and off. I don't think they should be fired, but retraining should be required because it is possible to not only get sick but also DIE from lack of food safety. So please get your acts together before you give someone something worse than a stomach virus. read more

Employees don't know how to use their app, don't know how to redeem birthday reward, ignore customers for ten minutes, they don't say happy birthday, were not friendly, did not apologize for making us wait or not taking our order, the employees thought it was more important to wash the blenders than talk to and help the customers waiting. Totally ignored us for so long that we almost just left. Wasn't worth how we were treated especially on my birthday and how we were ignored. Finally after ten minutes we were almost handed a random smoothie and I said, uh we haven't even ordered yet!!! She was like oh. I know she didn't hear us order from the other person in there who stared at my fiancé for a few minutes. Those employees either need to be fired, retrained entirely on customer service and basic respect or the location needs to close down. Terrible. This location deserves negative fifty stars. Will never be back. Also, maybe hire a manager to be there. I left this review yesterday elsewhere and haven't been contacted.
