Whatttttt there was more options than I thought. I settled on Cinnamon Whey powder with Oatmilk I know this could either sound amazing or awful to you. Let me tell you it was Amazing! My shake tasted like a cross between Cinnamon toast crunch and Captain Crunch Peanut butter cereal minus the dairy. So good! I am not sure, I would of ever tired that Combination thanks to Roger! I placed an order through yelp today during work, the order was gonna take 30 minutes. I arrived when there was 10 minutes left until the order was supposed to be ready - upon arrival I was told they did not have my order(i showed him the order with the correct location listed), the guy said he would take a look at my order online on my phone and make it for me after he was done helping the line of people which I agreed to with no issue. The issue came when after finishing with the people in line, a lady walked in to join other people, and he proceeded to take her order as well, I asked if I was also gonna have to wait for her and he said yes. At this point, it was unacceptable and disrespectful. I was in the middle of work. I had ordered 45 minutes prior at this point. The technical issues are not my fault that is the businesses issue. Visited this nutrition shop a couple days ago with a friend who was dying to try this place out. I had no idea what to expect, but assumed it was like Jamba Juice but for shakes and people that workout. I could've used a shake as I wasn't too full from lunch. My friend and I both walked in for the first time and we weren't greeted at all. That's the first mistake. Second was that there was no help whatsoever. It was our first time so we weren't sure where to order or how to go about ordering. Usually, the staff of any place is kind enough to guide you through the process of ordering when it's your first time. Anywho, we figured it out. I felt a bad vibe so I no longer wanted to purchase anything but my friend is much kinder, so she went ahead and placed an order, anyway. When ordering there was no friendliness at all. I really like this place, and this location has become my go to most evenings after I complete powerlifting or a weightlifting session. They have products of all kinds and the staff are always pleasant. I recently went in about ten minutes prior to closing & said I would leave but they said it is no trouble and they are still open. She made my drink with the normal patience and we exchanged some small talk. This is definitely my stop when I need to grab a snack or meal after my workouts as it is better than grabbing a greasy burger on my way home. read more

Rubi P was just down right rude and stuck up. I love how her post refers to "Jeff and Dave" as if she knows them or something. If I could give no stars I would. The one star goes to the drink it self. I was so excited and looking forward to finally making my first stop after hearing numerous raves about the location is Surprise, AZ. Unfortunately the closet location to me was this horrible location. My friend and I walked in it knowing what to expect. What I guess what a greet by two young woman who obviously hate there job or customers for that fact. Not a hello or welcome they said " you guys want a shake ?" Who responds with a response back? My friend and I looked at them and said "yes" I assumed you would say something back to your customer but no. They looked at each other and rolled there eyes. I walked to middle counter so I can look at the menu. My friend decided she was not going to get anything because she already felt uncomfortable and unwanted. After I read what I wanted I walked back to the girls and said " I'll take the slimmer" and then I got a blank stare from both of them and then they looked at each other again. I said " I never been here before so I don't know what to get what" they looked at each other again. So I looked up at the menu assuming I wasn't done ordering it correctly I guess. Then I proceeded to add my almond milk, and strawberry and blackberries. They turned around and started to make my drink. They handed me my drink then I assumed I didn't pay there I had to walk to where the register was at. Completely lost from the start of walking in, to making the order then to paying. Sadly I won't be returning to this location even though it's down the street from where I live. I come here a lot to get my craving for smoothies satisfied. I love the post work-out smoothie, and the meal replacement smoothies. When I'm super busy and don't have time for a meal, the meal replacement smoothie hits the spot, especially when I have them add in oats. The prices for the smoothies are reasonable especially compared to other places, and their loyalty card has provided me several free smoothies. The smoothies taste great - not too sweet.
