This place used to be Debbie's. We loved it so much that when we returned a year later we made it a point to find it again. It took us a moment to realize where we were but as usual we were not disappointed. The staff was extremely helpful in giving recommendations and the prices were awesome. Good spot. Usually friendly. But dont expect any good deals to last as long as advertised. An "all February long" sale ended after 7 days. Poor planning, or whatever you call it, wouldve went elsewhere at that time for a better deal if i had known honestly. Good for early bird or late specials. Slowest dispensary experience I have ever been too, was 5th in line and it took 45mins to an hour, they had 3-4 bud tenders so no idea what the hold up was but definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone who cares about their time. If you have to spend an hour at a dispensary somethings wrong it just proves the stereotype people who smoke and use cannabis are lazy and slow. read more

My elderly friend went to pick us up one item, without my accompaniment. For whatever reason, they told her she was going to get a better deal by purchasing 3 of the single item, rather than just 1. This was not true, and the price was basically triple what just the 1 item would be...I have no idea why the fock they would even do this to her. When I attempted to call the store multiple times, no one would answer. Their voice recording said I could leave a message, but that recording was looped & there was literally no actual way to leave a message or contact anyone. This is a disgusting lack of customer service, and we will NEVER be giving our energy to this weird establishment ever again. Taking advantage of the elderly to increase sales is focking awful & you should all be ashamed of yourselves for doing so. read more

2nd time at Jars, staff was cool. Extremely inconvenienced that there's not a full menu other than deals of the day. Made it impossible to use my first timer 30% off. Still haven't used it, feels like it's not meant to be used.... Staff was friendly, but would benefit from having signs that indicate dispo rules. 1st time I came, I opened my bag to check I had gotten what I paid for and I was unceremoniously scolded by staff. A simple sign would have sufficed, it's unrealistic for customers to leave before being reassured they've been given what they've ordered. Love jars, but a tad disappointed. read more

I always leave this place mad and upset not very customer friendly. I Wouldn't recommend to people I care about. They want to go to a dispo not just for the products but for the experience. I'll be directing them to Curaleaf, All Greens, Sol Flower somewhere anywhere but here. They probably won't care about this review either. If they do it's a front to save face don't believe the admins response. This shop sucks! They don't need my business. obviously they make enough $$ to throw customer service out the window. I love this Dispo. the people are super friendly and they deals are pretty good (not the best ever but they are good). I gotta say the only thing that needs improvement is the points system. i've been to dispos with a lot more points for your money where this one is 1 point for 1 dollar but the rewards cost at least 150-200 points (dollars) and they are only worth 5 dollars. so 200 dollars for 5 dollars...let's make this a little better because i spend tons of money and would love to get more out of it! I went on Thursday to buy a bogo they had on dr.zodiacs. When I opened up one of the boxes the cart and sticker were both missing, along with the sticker in the other box. I called the dispensary and they couldn't do anything for me but told me to message dr.zodiac. I've emailed them four times and haven't gotten a response since. I'd avoid buy items you can't see through the package. read more

I think that it is pretty crappy as a company to start a rewards program with point and than increase the points needed for certain items by 800 points which is also 800 dollars. Use to be 2200 points for a $120 item for free now it is 3000. So you basically have to spend $3000 to get a $120 item for free. read more
