Probably one of the most inconsistent dispensaries around. Products come old and stale, weed is dried and pens taste molding along with the live resin uncle x. I've had multiple experiences with their jukebox disposables not finishing before they break. Tried cartridges to disposables and all pretty poor quality. Probably one of the biggest struggles is inconsistency with ID checks. My ID scans and has all the correct markings and even has the new star for travel and it's hit or miss if they accept it because it's cracked. Only one bud tender is ever truthfully helpful the rest are buzzkills. Thought this place was good for the price but I guess you get what you pay for. This place is Garbage, and I won't be returning. I visited today hoping to grab a Green Dot eighth that I've been eager to try, along with some other items. When I attempted to use my reward points, I was informed that they couldn't be applied due to discounts on my order. Apparently, rewards can only be used on full-priced items. How is that even a deal? I essentially end up saving money on something that would have cost the same with a discount. After checking out, I inquired about my free eighth, only to be told I had hit my allotment. That's a COMPLETE LIE. I still had 19 grams left; she just didn't want to do the extra work. This used to be my go-to dispensary, but I stopped coming here after they started treating customers poorly once cannabis became legal for recreational use. I've been going to Sol Flower for two year, Sun City location. A conservative amount I spend there is usually $400-$500 monthly. Usually it's more than $500, regardless it's been the only dispensary I go to. Even though it's not the closest, it's the one I've enjoyed. The "Secret Stash" menu has been getting leaner and leaner. Last visit I was told they are canceling the "Secret Stash" program. This is what I have observed in the past year -Higher Prices -Secret Stash program worse -Employee morale has really gone downhill I will not be going back to any Sol Flower locations. In practice we found that they ignore that offer and act more like used car salespersons than caring MMJ budtenders. The security screening at the check-in-desk is obnoxious and redundant scanning ID's and MMJ docs on every visit for anyone who dares enter the buying area. On several visits we found that the BOGO for new patients was honored only about half the time and fast talking upselling was more frequent than we liked. Requested deals found online were switched to more expensive products without the BOGO benefit. Watch out for undersized pre rolls that sound like a bargain until you see the minuscule size and weight. Only once did we feel the budtender actually tried to get us the deal we asked for.
