Absolutely my favorite shop to go to. I'll drive there in traffic, from. Anywhere.. the selection is always insanely abundant staffed with ridiculously friendly people.. I honestly don't know if I just keep running into the same people or if just EVERYONE really IS that friendly!!!! One of the last times I had visited, there were two guys working. I was coming from dropping my girlfriend off at the airport. I had been crying the whole way home so of course my eyes were puffy and swollen. I felt awkward going in there. They made me feel nothing but welcomed like they were family they had. Soon they had me laughing and I didn't mind talking off my glasses.. because I felt like I was in a room with my brothers.. I can't remember what we were laughing about but... it seems like every time I go in there.., it goes that way. PS since I love the store so much. Great vape selection... well you ever have a website for the vapes and accessories you offer? read more

This place is a joke, I buy a box of coils from some girl working there and asked for single barrel and leave and not only was it multiple barrels coils but the box was short on coil and one coil was opened... When I call the chick has a attitude, I want ever spend a dime there again..... read more

Big selection on all kinds of smoking and vaping, including cigarettes Good pricing on everything and the staff there was really helpful to help you find what you wanted read more

Bri (sp?) as always takes great care of me and always has the best in recommendations for juice for me to try. I love coming here and getting treated like family. Keep up the great work! Fantastic selection of things here and if you spend a $100...you get to spin the wheel too!! read more

Spanky's Smoke Shop - Front entry. - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Peoria, Arizona

my all time favorite smoke shop!! they got everything and more!!!! not only that, but everything is at the perfect price..especially them black n milds!!! love the people here too!!! read more

The full story is too long, but essentially, I'm a student driving Uber who got called to Spankys last night. An employee, Devyn, had called in a ride for a customer whose phone had been stolen and was clearly distressed. After I got home, I went to refund the ride and saw that Devyn had tipped me on top of the ride -- for a complete stranger. If an employee would show this kindness to us, then I'm sure you'll be treated well as a customer of the shop too. I think she deserves reimbursement from Spankys -- since helping a customer helps the business -- but regardless, I highly recommend both the shop and the employee! read more

If your looking for a vape shop don't go here, even though the building says vape shop in huge red letters, the employees say they are smoke shop. The employees are kinda rude and make you feel like they have something better to do then help you. I will say the owner is the nicest employee!! He's very knowledgeable and friendly everyday unlike some of his staff. He has a great stock and variety of everything but unfortunately with so many rude employees I'll go somewhere else. read more

Rude employee. Refused me service because he said i was improperly parked. No other people in the lot or the store. I have a large truck which is too wide for the spaces in the lot. I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Someone told me about this place. This shop is amazing! They have everything and the people there are really nice. Will be back tomorrow or so for more vapes! Thanks for being amazing! read more

Big Chris and Travis big shout out for being the best smoke shop around. I appreciate your excellence in customer service and helping a girl out! read more

I came here on Saturday 6/20 because I broke my vape pipe. The guy that helped me, I didn't catch his name, but he was perfect. He contacted me, he was friendly, and made recommendations. I wanted to get something better than I had, which was a SMOK RPM 80 with a replaceable battery. I liked it but it was broke and I hated changing the god damn battery. He actually told me that what I broke was pretty much the best in the price range. So I got the same vape with a much better skin AND he made sure it had a dedicated rechargeable battery that couldn't be changed. Then I needed a bottle of butane, and this dude was actually knowledgeable about butane, who is this effed world have you ever met that was knows butane? First for me. Anyway, like I said... perfect *The Fifth Element voice. I will come back again and again because of this individual. read more

Spanky's Smoke Shop - SMOK RMP 80 Vape Pipe and 320ml of Vector butane. - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Peoria, Arizona

I've been here 3 times and everytime the workers are super douchey. I just need papers I'm not trying to listen to a 16 year old boy flex how cool he is lol. read more

Made a quick stop to pick up a cigar to enjoy while on the golf course. I asked for the shop to cut the cigar as I hadn't brought any of my cutters. They didn't have one. I'm not sure I have ever visited a smoke unable to cut a cigar that they sell. read more

My first visit at Spanky's. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and great customer service. Came in to buy a couple cigars and staff was extremely helpful and outgoing. Would highly recommend. read more

This place used to be my favorite neighborhood smoke shop. Cheap and the staff was all friendly and helpful. Now I get shitty customer service every time I walk in. Last time I was there, this guy contradicted everything I said and claimed he should know because he's 'the glass master'. I don't care. I just want to pick out what I want, bud. read more

I walked in the smoke shop and there was like 10 people in there and NONE of them had masks at all. It was my first time in there. I just wanted to get some hookah flavor. I walked in and walked out. Since, there is a global pandemic you would think they would be required to wear masks and require customers that can to. I would give them no stars because they don't care about anyone's safety. Another smoke shop I usually go to was closed for the night that's the only reason I came to this one. At the other smoke shop they all wear masks and require customers to too. read more

Best shop in the area. Great selection, staff is friendly, quality of glass is just as good as any top shop at 1/2 the cost. Payment is quick, easy, trouble free... Accept debit/credit or cash. Such a solid place ANYTIME you are in need of a new piece! read more

Theres a literal pandemic and nobody in this store wears a mask. Not the employees, and they always have all their friends hanging out and will stare at you when you walk in. The employees are creepy as hell and make you feel uncomfortable. Im giving them two stars because they have a lot of glass options. read more

Amazing smoke shop been going here for about 2 years and they have exceeded my needs every time. Great customer service.

Love the selection and the workers. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. I also love that they are pet friendly so I don't have to leave my puppy alone. If you see Jacob he's always trying to make you a deal. read more

I've heard about this place so I gave them a try especially because it's convenient for where I stay some of the time. The first time I went in there the vibe was just really off they had a group of their friends in there that made me feel uncomfortable with their "up down" glare eye look. Then the guys were being sarcastic and rude. I just shrugged it off and have had to go there about 4 times since. After my 4th time I will not be back no matter how far I have to drive. They always have a group of friends in there, they are rude, douchey and sarcastic. It doesn't feel welcoming at all. They don't even greet you when you walk in lol this place is super cool and has potential but they keep hiring guys that are stuck up and rude and need to have better attitudes/grow up. read more

ROBERTO AND BIG CHRIS ARE AMAZING, customer service was absolutely amazing. Best smoke shop in Phoenix hands down

Wow! Can you say great service, the manger Jacob was so nice and welcoming. He answered all my questions, and gave us REALLY GREAT PRICES. Definitely my new favorite shop! read more

Spanky's Smoke Shop - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Peoria, Arizona

Great selection and good prices. If you need it, Spanky's has it or will get it. Very helpful staff!

Jacob and Wyatt are the best !!!! They're super friendly guys and do amazing at their job. They make sure everyone feels welcomed here. Spanky's is definitely the best smoke shop around!! Thank you guys :) read more

I am in there almost 3 times a week. I had gone in one day to get some of the daddy bars and had bought 4 at a time, I went in and this is the first time I have spoken with jackob and I believe Wyatt, they were very disrespectful towards me and everything I asked was nothing but attitude and just plain rude I went in today spoke with with one of the other dudes in there not those two and told him my experience i had and he had apologized for everything. But another point I wanna get across when I walk into the smoke shop yes I don't mind vaping but when you're smoking pot threw you're weed pen is kinda disrespectful while dealing with a customer. I been going there for a long time. Just thought people should know there are some amazing workers here but these two boys where nothing but disrespectful. read more

Bought a new mod there a month ago. Started getting error messages it's throwing codes and won't work anymore. When I brought it back into the store the kid working behind the counter blames everything but the mod "it's your batteries" (just purchased them) "your coil isn't seating" (this is the 3rd one in a week I bought). Everything other than you selling a shit ass mod right? We won't be going back or recommending the shop, I'll also be telling everyone I can to stay away from this junk shop. read more

This place sucks now. They used to be good but now they're never open on time and they have a staff that seems like they don't really care anymore I will never go to this place again. I recommend Extreme Vape on 66th & cactus very friendly very professional. read more

Isaac, Chris, And Nick have all been very helpful!!! This is a great place, where you are treated well!!

Happy I finally found this place! Best selection of top shelf juices, they always have the coils I need... and everyone is so nice and helpful! read more

There's a lot of shops in the west valley and I mean a lot but most of them seem to be run by money hungry people that have no idea what they are selling. not at spankys this place is great from the selection to the knowledgeable staff it's all hands down the best smoke shop west side of the 101 bought my PAX from here and they're and actual certified retailer which is even better when there are so many scam smoke shops out there claiming to be selling the the official product all in all will forever continue to shop at this place so long as it exists read more

Just all bad. 3 times i have came in never had anything that fit my rig. Fine. I decide to buy a nectar collector and the guy tries to sell me on the more expensive fancy looking ones. Honestly didn't look that fancy but in doing so he actually broke the fancy peice just by putting the clip on it. So i decide to go with a more basic style one seeing that nice one brake like nothing made it seem cheap. Well the one i bought broke 2 days later literally glass popped almost in my face while i was heating the metal tip. Shitty glass shitty place thanks guys. And the guys name was nick that helped me. Will not come back and i will let it be known to anybody that ask for a smoke/glass shop read more

It all started when I Bought a overpriced mech mod that actually ended up shocking me, which I ended up just throwing away after finding this sigelei 150 I've had for 1.5years now. Not much "know how." Also, definitely does not open at 9am.......... I work close by and get juice here when I'm in a pinch.... now I'm just in a bigger pinch, sitting in front of your building. The only reason they get a 2 is because they have decent glass. read more

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, good customer service. I go there mostly for the great deal on the brand of cigs that I smoke and I never have to wait long. They just moved next door to a larger space and it looks fantastic with a much larger selection. So glad I live nearby. I go there everyday at all different times and I have never seen underage customers in there btw. The staff is attentive and helpful with customers and there is always a staff member to help you if others are busy with customers that need more time. read more

Usually Spanky's is pretty good, sometimes they try to pressure you into a brand vape juice that they want to sell but they are usually willing to let you look at any flavor you want and usually have an open bottle for you to get an idea of what each flavor smells like. read more

Way overpriced in comparison to other shops, dang it I wish I didn't need it right away! Not worth it!

Great shop. Clean and Fun environment with friendly and knowledgeable staff thats knows Vaping and Glass very well
