Always has great prices and deals. I will continue to come and recommend to everyone I know.

This place is garbage.. over the years every time I come in here it's worse.. customer service is weak.. they took all daily deals down and you have to scan a QR code.. trust me when I say this.. for customer service.. deals and quality of products go to Trulieve.. it is leaps and bounds better.. this place has gotten to be too corporate and not care about the customer and tries to save a dollar everywhere they can. read more

I love Juan and this amazing location. Juan is knowledgeable, and he gave me some great advice and is a huge asset to Cureaf! The product was super tasty and I can't wait to come back. Thanks Juan! read more

My grandmother and GREAT GRANDMOTHER were trying to buy edible for the first time to get some better sleep and wind down- and the guy working at the front was the most unpleasant cashier, (short, with dirty blonde hair) I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Being mean to 2 older ladies trying to get high for the first time is besides me and then to have a tip jar out?!?! "Well we're just beyond excited since we've never done this before and don't know where to start?" "Well I don't know how to help you." I will not be returning and neither will my granies. read more

These bystanders are so helpful. Place is clean. Totally a Curaleaf fan I was in the area and went three times in one week

I love this place very knowledgeable staff and great variety of products. If there is a line it moves quickly . The staff is patient if you aren't sure what you want . read more

This used to be my favorite dispensary until they started switching up the lines and recreational gets to cut in on online orders now instead of waiting because they didn't go online and make a pre-order so now I'm forced to wait longer even though every other dispensary has an online only line. This is the only dispensary that does this. read more

I went to this Curaleaf on Christmas Eve. Some blonde curly long hair white guy made a snarky remark because I didn't tip him the amount he wanted. He called me a "straight gangster" in this sassy voice. I couldn't register what he was alluding to because I was surprise the bill was $100+ for an 8th and some pre rolls. Anyways, are you tipping your pharmacist every time you go to the pharmacy? You want your company to past on the cost of 15%-20% to the customer by "letting" you accept tips? I'm not gonna tip base on the knowledge of your products. That's your job bruh. You're a grown man. Go start a union or get a harder job. Terrible customer service every time I stop in here. The employees are always rude and sassy for no reason, even when you're simply picking up an online order. read more

Not very good customer service the last 2 times I was there. I was assisted by the same customer service person both times (cashier # 67378). The first visit I had a question about the product I was buying. The person proceeded not only to put down the product I was buying, but also put down how I'm using it. The next visit I was called to the window by this same person, left waiting for help while he messed around with his coworkers. When he decided to help my he was rude, condescending, and made me feel uncomfortable. I have visited this dispensary frequently and have made many purchases. Unfortunately, I have decided to take my business elsewhere to avoid this abuse. read more

This Curaleaf for me is worth the extra little time to drive to. The customer service is always great, I had McKayla and she was so nice. I had a couple of questions about the different tiers of carts and she was very knowledgeable and explained in a clear way about the different quality levels and what deals that had for the day. Curaleaf always has great deals daily so I don't mind going any day of the week. (Not worrying about going during a particular time/day to get the best deal). I will be coming back! read more

Curaleaf system for online orders is not reliable. They lost my order and couldn't even bring up with a order number. Nice building poor program system, so recommend find a better run operation. read more

They NEVER have anything that I'm wanting. NeVER! They have people that buy in hoards here. The staff isn't helpful at all. They don't even know their own products. Go to another Curaleaf that has it all... East Glendale rocks! You really need to follow them... and I'm a stock holder!!! read more

Today I visited Curaleaf which I have honestly avoided for a while. Isaiah changed my entire outlook on Curaleaf. He was one of the kindest souls I have met. He genuinely cared about what I needed and why I was there. I gave him a budget I had and he came up with an outstanding order even below my budget. Isaiah made my day! I will be coming back frequently just to wait for his budtending skills and amazing personality and caring heart. Please give him praise because he deserves it. He changed my day from bad to great. Thank you, Isaiah! read more

Nice and friendly staff!! Coming from California, they have some good products, and way better deals like BOGO! I love this place! I'll definitely be coming back here the next time I come visit Phoenix, AZ. Thank you Arizona! read more

I had a particulary tough hiatus hernia surgery and on 6 drugs. Able to reduce nausea and pain by using 77 % thc resin as a dab. Worth talking to the doctor about. Staff is helpful its a nice store read more

You would think they would switch things around a little more and make these lines go faster . Dont tell Me there is no other way to fix the problem . I will return in a year and see how it's going . Until then I will going to allgreens drive through . I've been going here since day one and haven't changed but got worse . You got people behind the counter walking around with lines waiting . Sometimes I know there have to verify things but you got several people at once just walking around . Then three machines break down no to mention . Some of the people are super sweet mutt management needs to take a flying Leap . I could manage that way better read more

Though there's almost always a wait, I find their selection to be worth it. Almost always something new to try and the staff is really helpful. They usually have a deal on something, which is always a boon. Definitely one of the more relaxed and pleasant dispensaries I've been to. read more

Had a totally cool experience at Curaleaf Glendale today! When I first got there, unfortunately, the person behind the counter tried to upcharge me by $16, trying to tell me that they do this all the time and that the website prices are never right. Instead of arguing with him, because he was also condescending and rude, I decided to leave. I went back 2 hours later to speak to a manager. This person turned out to be Brian and he apologized for the misinformation and made it right. All within 10 min. Brian deserves a raise. Thank you so much Brian for making my day, you are the best! read more

Every time I come in here I get scammed. Multiple times in a row I've come in for carts that are $37 that are on sale and get charged upwards of $50 for them. The information displayed on their website is in accurate to what is actually available in store. The website for 4/20 sales show a 42% off deal as well as buy one get one free deals in store. This is how it was applied when I submitted an online order. In-store though, They do not apply the same way as they show online. Online, my order total after tax was $60 less than what they were charging in store, so I had to remove Items when I actually went inside. This is really frustrating as I go to dispensaries every other week and I don't have this experience with any others. I have no idea what's going on in there, but it is getting really frustrating being on the receiving end as a customer. Edit: I just noticed that they completely forgot something as well. So that price makes even less sense. I'm actually never coming back. read more

Eva was AMAZING with an online order tonight. Thanks again for being so sweet. You too Summer.

I come here often, lines takes at least an hour long, prices and quality are always inconsistent. I asked to see if I can see the buds of the ounce I was buying and the bud-tender wouldn't let go of the bag like I was going to run off with it. Very unprofessional and slow lazy crew. read more

Bria M is pleasant and helpful. All of the bud tenders are awesome. I shop here for all my needs.

Best to absolute worst is correct! Aside from all the other issues brought up, which are right on, check the weight on your flower, most of the time it's short. Not a lot 3.48, 3.44, 3.42, and every now and then it's right on or a little bit over. I usually buy 4, two are usually short, one is usually right on, and one is usually .02 over But most of the time it's short. So net-net I get f*****. And here's the icing on the cake! They're owned by the Russians!! The very same Russians that have been working with Trump & Giuliani! One is under Federal indictment for election tampering and associated with all the others that you've been reading about in the news lately. Don't take my word for it, Go to the New York Times website and search for Curaleaf. Then you could read it for yourself. I'm not a Trump supporter so after 5 years and thousands of dollars in purchases, I'm moving on read more

I'm only leaving 5 stars for Max. I walked in and it was super quiet and awkward. Literally every one looked away and no one offered to help except for max. Very nice and helpful! while i have to admit that the quality of flower is slipping, they are my go-to spot for carts and edibles. the CLIQ is by far one of the best vapes on the market. I only hit CLIQ and Stiiizy, this curaleaf has both so i have no need to go anywhere else. Edibles, they have too many to choose from almost. Select gummies are rad: Nanos, Snooze bites, X bites are great. I have sleep problems and this cura has a TON of sleep related options (indica, CBN) from all sorts of brands. Wyld, Camino, Select, OGeez. The guy at the front desk, Aaron, is always super friendly. Way to go AA-ron! read more

Took moms in there today to get her introduced so she could get comfortable with the process etc. The guy who helped her out was very informative and patient with moms. (She's in her 70s, can't hear, not used to new lingo, etc). (She still calls it "grass"). (How retro). Thanks! Update: knocked a star off after seeing the receipt with a 20 dollar "consultation fee". bogus tomatoes man. read more

I appreciate Kori helping me make great decisions when purchasing concentrates. She is very kind and patient and helps me not feel so overwhelmed with all the options/deals, which is awesome because I can easily be an over thinker. read more

I've been to quite a few dispensaries and was hesitant to go to this one after the very mixed reviews. I think, like everything, you can't make everyone happy lol I loved this place. Eddie as well as Cindy were so incredibly helpful. I brought my dad and his wife with me to educate them on what to buy. Really we had the best experience. The product was reasonably priced and tasty. I'd highly recommend it his dispensary read more

So since my previous review they have definitely upgraded there flower and the deals for med patients just makes everything worth it!! Love the atmosphere and product selection ! Shout out to DRIP TIMELESS CANAMO AERIZ and HIGH GRADE to name a few awesome brands sold here! Watch for the SELECT sugar though it's definitely not great. read more

Great Energy every time , especially appreciate Liam and his knowledge on the products he serves!! ( With decal)

I've been going to this dispensary for over a year and love it. Great staff and great product. Def recommend.

I concur with others who've said this dispensary has gone from the best to the worst. Under the former ownership the salespeople were knowledgeable and friendly; now they're friendly and try their best, but seem less knowledgeable and as though they were figuratively thrown behind the counters just to have as many people possible available to ring up sales. And it's far more like a cattle-call for us customers, having lost the atmosphere of people trying to help people. We were both so disappointed that we did a search of other dispensaries near us and found four, all basically equidistant between us and Curaleaf. Each and every one of them was better than this Curaleaf location. They had better and cleaner displays that were laid out to give people space and allow for private consultations. They all carried nice selections - selections of not just their own products - and their consultants/salespeople were knowledgeable and didn't try to rush you out in order to get to the next sale - and these salespeople seemed happier in their jobs; the Curaleaf salespeople always look frantic and as though they're doing some serious job hunting when not working. All in all, it seems to me as though Curaleaf shows contempt and derision for its customers by not hiring or training its employees in all aspects of marijuana and not bothering to make its dispensary look like anything other than an updated drug den. Moreover, they need to think about whether this is just a money-making operation for them or whether there are other considerations involved, such as patient/customer welfare. Curaleaf needs to realize that marijuana has medical purposes and is widely accepted - no longer the forbidden drug of 50-years ago and more - and its customers are actually PATIENTS, not just dollar signs. read more

Slowest dispensary around town. Doesn't matter if you order online or walk-in, either way you will be waiting at least 30 minutes before you're out. All other Curaleaf locations are 10x faster than this read more

Giving it a 5 because of Jonas, First timer at Curaleaf yesterday and I wasn't sure what to get. He was very good at helping me out and extremely knowledgeable about every sale. Wound up leaving with 3 cartridges for a much better price than my regular dispo. read more

Can someone tell me who owned GLENDALE GREENHOUSE prior to Curaleaf coming and RUINING EVERYTHING?? The sales are pathetic, along with their tiered system. The original Glendale Greenhouse was there for patients, the staff was happy, and the environment was a fun one. The employees are still friendly but the environment in there is soooooo horrid. The last time I was there the front lady didn't even acknowledge me, told her I had an online order and she ignored me so I waited in line longer than I should have since my bags were ready. To top it off they didn't give me my whole order, there were 2 bags and I only got one. I had to go back and wait again because guess what the lady did not pay attention when I said "I HAVE AN ONLINE ORDER." Moral of this review, until this place brings back the real original daily deals, every long time patient should boycott this place. The menu prior to Curaleaf was perfect, and so were the sales. The structure now is TERRIBLE! Daily bogo is not a sale, saying "selected strains" is not a sale... BE UPFRONT WHEN PRESENTING A SALE AND HONEST! Get rid of your stupid 3 tiered program ... GET YOUR GREEDY ASSES SOMEWHERE ELSE! Basic ECONOMICS, you can't raise prices almost double just because you feel like it! I hope you start to loose business and patients start going else where! read more

I have always given this dispensary good ratings but not today As a longtime customer I was treated poorly today. It was busy and I have never minded waiting my turn. But I was made to wait while at least 10 people were helped almost as soon as they walked in, ahead of many others. I expressed my displeasure to the budtender and he agreed the policy sucked. Tracy. I know u r one of the managers. I am very disappointed in your business right now. I think other Dispensaries may deserve my business more. read more

This is the second time I have used this dispensary. The first time I was in, I was bummed that Green House was no longer there. I wasn't impressed the first time with Curaleaf, but today changed all that. The security guard out front was pleasant and willing to show me how kiosk worked. The person at front was just as polite and professional as can be. The attendant inside was very helpful and she was so nice and explained what she thought was best for my chronic pain. I suggest you folks that were not happy at first try with Curaleaf, give them a second chance. I am glad I did. Thank you to the folks that worked at Curaleaf today, !/6/2020 around 4ish p.m. read more
