Up until recently we have had a good experience at Nirvana. Veterans discounts, friendly staff, helpful and pretty fast service. Today we had a different experience. We were charged the sale pricee for a thc cart but what we got in the bag was the next size down. We went back to address the mistake and they said there was nothing the could do. Well they offered a free vape pen battery..... not exactly what we asked for but... something i guess. My issue is the customer shouldn't pay for the employees mistake and a dismissive attitude is just poor customer service. In my opinion they stold from us. There's lots of dispensariesm... Most of these "Happy" reviews are because they offer a free preroll for a review. I will forgo the shitty Everyday Preroll and give you the truth. This place uses the bait and switch tactics HARD! They get you in the store with their "deals" on Leafley, however when you arrive the prices are incorrect. Today they offered premium flower at 50% off with no exceptions. However when I went to snag this deal, there were many exceptions and the price was twice what was being advertised. On 420 they advertised boldly 50% OFF THE ENTIRE STORE. So when I went in to stock up, there were many things not included in the sale. They do not honor the SENIOR DISCOUNT. Please verify the budtenders math. There are often problems at checkout. The lower priced flower is mostly 6 months old. Check the harvest date!! If it rattles in the bag, it's crap! I miss you Giving Tree and haven't forgiven you for selling out. read more

I like a particular type of Indica it's the only weed that my body reacts to. I had bought some weed the day before and it was good. It's just not my cup of tea. This reminds me of LA. They had a 50% off sale so I ordered online. When I got there it was ridiculously disorganized and there were only 3 employees. It took two of them to try to figure out how ring up my order and they blamed their system. It didn't seem correct on the receipt after I left so I went back. The manager said their receipts don't show the sale amounts clearly. I was then told the 50% off wasn't valid for the items I bought because they were under a certain dollar amount. I asked where that was stated in their advertisement or sale conditions, and she said it wasn't. I asked her again to confirm that they would not honor their sale price in spite of the undisclosed restriction. She then got belligerent and snapped, "You got the deal I gave you!!" This is the definition of false advertising. Lesson learned. I now see that there are many other one star reviews regarding false advertising and misleading pricing. I called when I got home because I didn't get the manager's name. I described her and the name I was given was Eli (sp?). I have no way of knowing if the information they gave me was true or correct. This place used to be my favorite dispensary when it was Giving Tree. When it was sold to Nirvana they changed everything. I can no longer be sure they have my favorite strains, it's a hit or miss now. They did away with the rewards program too. Another thing they did was raise their prices. The energy has changed, it feels different. If you were a customer here prior to Nirvana you understand. I was a steady customer of the previous owner. Now I doubt if I'll be back. Chekit,like I said "I've been going to this dispo since it opened and never had any issues what so ever but yesterday this cat that was serving me had some with how my ID was presented to him{NOTE;I already been there when it was not cracked and even after I repaired it} Many many of times!!!!! I honestly do not think that was the reason because my id scanned and showed my correct info!!! my experience here has not been good. the staff moves SO SLOW! the only person that has some sense of urgency or care was Mo! the line is always to the door and the product never scans correctly or has issues. Mo literally helped 6 people while the other lady only helped 1 in that process. 40 minute wait is so insane. I only went To this dispensary a little over a year ago to a product to help alleviate the Cancer pain my deceased wife was having. My wife passed from gallbladder cancer. First of all the staff Had no idea on what to recommend. I was told I would get a discount for being a Senior and a Veteran. Unfortunately I got neither. Finally a Customer recommended some cannabis oil. And yes they had it. Unfortunately my wife couldn't tolerate this oil due to the taste. My opinion is that the staff is all about Profit. Their knowledge of their product is dismal. So for my fellow seniors and veterans if i were to indulge in these type of products find A dispensary that has people who know their product. And will give you a discount for being a Senior and or Veteran. It took me a while to finally Write this as my wife's Passing was a Heartbreaking event. read more

Absolute garbage. Do NOT go here is you smoke concentrates. I purchased eight grams of live resin batter from this store and realized after trying one out that they were all manufactured over a year ago. Concentrates have a shelf life and begin breaking down after they are made, and by six months you can begin to notice the difference in diminishing taste and effect. I can tell you now from experience that at the one-year-old mark, there are no terpenes, you need a small chisel to break pieces off of the batter, and the effects you should be getting are minimal. I brought to the product to the store and was informed that it was my "preference" not to use the product, that I could give the product to my friends or throw it away, and that I could have 50% off any purchase I made in the store. In other words, (a) it's my bad I didn't check the date on the concentrates before I bought them, (b) I have to eat the $170 and am stuck smoking tasteless wax, which I explained I won't do, however, (c) I am more than welcome to spend more money during my visit. I honestly don't think I would have gone through the trouble of writing this if I was given a reasonable reason why they couldn't substitute the product for me. Telling me its my preference not use what is essentially an expired product tells me whoever is running this store has zero idea how concentrates work, or they just don't care about ripping people off. Anyone out there who wants 8 grams of moldy tasting concentrates just let me know, I got your product and am happy to dispose of it to you. read more
