The best prices, the best people, the whole nine. Only catch? They're using freaking AI in their advertising in store. Dang. Finding somewhere else feels impossible. I might just start growing at this point. read more

Everyone is always kind. The flower is good. They have a cool rewards program, veteran discount, have good deals. I usually walk in and am almost always called into the back within 5 minutes. I wish I could remember everyone's names. There are 3 receptionists with glasses who have all been sweetie pies to me. All of the bud tenders have been really great, even when I've had issues (my mistakes), I've been taken care of and treated kindly. 10/10 A+++ any bad reviews are the fault of the customer probably cause I've been here like 100 times and every time has been super chill and easy. Thanks guys read more

I had a surprisingly good experience. It was my first time. They got me signed in very quickly and the girl at the front was very nice. Katrina helped me and I was kind of stressed out because of things in my life. But she really took care of me anyways. read more

Im just here to say that I think this Corbin or whatever kid must've had one bad experience and this is the only for him to throw a tantrum. Like we all love Herbal and the people who work there, theyve always returned my energy ( hard to be mad when walking into my happy place) but even seein rude people they handle it well and both always walk away with a smile at the end of the day, never negative and never an issue. As far as the early bird special? I got news for ya buddy, they don't work on your time they work on THEIR time and terms, get over it and grow up kiddo :) so you were late, be earlier next time and go in with good energy, my point is the dispo isn't the problem and I hope no one takes this weirdo serious, HERBAL IS AMAZING read more

I have been using this dispensary for years. I went in today to expect to be able to get the Halloween specials they have, only to be told because I ordered online I am not eligible for them. Its reserved for walk-ins only. All customers should have access to all the specials they run. I have literally spent $1000's of dollars there and this is how I am treated. We are all equal whether you walk in or order online. Very disappointed! Maybe finding somewhere else to go. read more

I have been a Herbal Wellness center medical patient since the inception of legal medical Marijuana. I had the pleasure of meeting Steve who said he now manages both Herbal Wellness centers (West and North) i traveled to North because my usual West didn't have what I order the Black Diamond Vapen prerolls. I traveled paid for.my medicine and asked if she (bud tender at express window) put my free preroll in my bag. She stated that was not something they did and had to get her manager Steve. Im sure she told Steve what i was requesting because Steve introduced himself and said the West store was "hooking me up" by giving me a free preroll or giggler because that was for walk ins only. He also stated for me " not to be expecting this" when i order express window. Today i took a screen shot of their verbiage and nowhere for the " free tier" does it say walk ins only. For the early bird it does but see both screen shots which i emailed to Steve for the free product tier it does not specify it specifies the amount you have to spend in order to receive free. read more

Obviously I love it here. I'm here at least 3 times a week. They always have great deals, everyone is pretty cool here. The customer service is always superb at this location. I have had individual conversations with most of the staff and everyone is respectful and knowledgeable about the product. I love it here so much that I stopped going to other dispensaries. I'm a snob when it comes to product. And I'm super loyal as a customer. I'm also a native and I've been to plenty of dispensaries and it's hard to find any other dispensary that competes with Herbal Wellness. I know what I like and what works for me. This is the place. read more

It's my dispensary! I have been to some others and always return to Herbal Wellness- not just because the prices are by far the best in town. It's the staff that really make the experience for me. 0 stars This place is a joke. Ownership is a joke. Management is a joke. Went there last night after not going there for some years. And they gave me the wrong product. Tried to blame me for it. The manager gets high in the back and they Don't take responsibility.Weed is horrible. That's why it's so cheap.Prices are so low because nobody wants to go there read more

First time visiting this dispensary and walking in I was not impressed with the male manager who was sitting up front, basically had a dirty look on his face and was not very friendly. I'm not sure who my bud tender was but she was an older woman and she was just the sweetest. I asked if they were hiring and she was very sweet and told me that the manager was up front if I wanted to speak to him. So I went and asked him and he didn't say a single word to me just nodded his head and went back to being on his phone. Glad I never applied here because to work with a manager who is so unpleasant and unprofessional like that it would be a living hell. read more

I came in looking for flower in a Sativa. I looked it up on their website and discovered the flower they sold me was hybrid. All 3 jars of it. So I spent $150 for nothing. Hybrid makes me sleepy and that's the last thing I wanted to do was sleep. Thanks a lot. read more

One of my favorite locations for medicinal needs. They have great deals for medical and recreational patients. They carry a large selection of great brands from Vapen to TruInfusion to Item9 Labs. I love how medical patients can order online, you will get a text message once the order is ready, I'm usually out within 10 to 15 minutes at the most. The front staff, the security guards, and the bud tenders are super nice. Extremely fast and efficient service! read more

Two things that I despise are overpaying and low quality bud. This place has neither and is the best dispensary I've been to not just in AZ, but also in CA, NV, and CO. They offer unbelievable pricing on the best items. I will never visit another dispensary again. read more

This is my regular joint for recreational. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I love that they always have deals too.

I'm not big on writing reviews, but Herball Wellness on Deer Valley...is worth a review! Each & everytime I go there, from the time I walk in until I leave, the vibe is friendly & welcoming! The manager, Cane, has a crew of bud tenders, that are knowledgeable, personable, & most of all, they're all kind! I'm also in & out pretty darn quick! I always leave with a smile on my face...AND...I leave with a "goody bag"! I can honestly say, I won't be visiting any other dispensary as long as I live in Phoenix! Thank you Herbal Wellness North! read more

Visited a couple days ago for the first time to try it out. I received no new member deal for my first visit. But what really disappointed me their product. I have been coming here for years now. It's my home dispo. Best deals. Best products. And the staff is AMAZING!!!

They changed their wait times to favor med patients however these dispensaries are not benefiting the community by offering 2001 prices for marijuana. Hardly any deals for rec patients and young staff who must be family cuz they dont know good weed from good backyard grass. read more
