Everyone is always kind. The flower is good. They have a cool rewards program, veteran discount, have good deals. I usually walk in and am almost always called into the back within 5 minutes. I wish I could remember everyone's names. There are 3 receptionists with glasses who have all been sweetie pies to me. All of the bud tenders have been really great, even when I've had issues (my mistakes), I've been taken care of and treated kindly. 10/10 A+++ any bad reviews are the fault of the customer probably cause I've been here like 100 times and every time has been super chill and easy. I have been a Herbal Wellness center medical patient since the inception of legal medical Marijuana. I had the pleasure of meeting Steve who said he now manages both Herbal Wellness centers (West and North) i traveled to North because my usual West didn't have what I order the Black Diamond Vapen prerolls. I traveled paid for.my medicine and asked if she (bud tender at express window) put my free preroll in my bag. She stated that was not something they did and had to get her manager Steve. Im sure she told Steve what i was requesting because Steve introduced himself and said the West store was "hooking me up" by giving me a free preroll or giggler because that was for walk ins only. He also stated for me " not to be expecting this" when i order express window. Today i took a screen shot of their verbiage and nowhere for the " free tier" does it say walk ins only. For the early bird it does but see both screen shots which i emailed to Steve for the free product tier it does not specify it specifies the amount you have to spend in order to receive free. read more

Im just here to say that I think this Corbin or whatever kid must've had one bad experience and this is the only for him to throw a tantrum. Like we all love Herbal and the people who work there, theyve always returned my energy ( hard to be mad when walking into my happy place) but even seein rude people they handle it well and both always walk away with a smile at the end of the day, never negative and never an issue. I have been using this dispensary for years. I went in today to expect to be able to get the Halloween specials they have, only to be told because I ordered online I am not eligible for them. Its reserved for walk-ins only. All customers should have access to all the specials they run. I have literally spent $1000's of dollars there and this is how I am treated. Obviously I love it here. I'm here at least 3 times a week. They always have great deals, everyone is pretty cool here. The customer service is always superb at this location. I have had individual conversations with most of the staff and everyone is respectful and knowledgeable about the product. I love it here so much that I stopped going to other dispensaries. I'm a snob when it comes to product. And I'm super loyal as a customer. First time visiting this dispensary and walking in I was not impressed with the male manager who was sitting up front, basically had a dirty look on his face and was not very friendly. I'm not sure who my bud tender was but she was an older woman and she was just the sweetest. I asked if they were hiring and she was very sweet and told me that the manager was up front if I wanted to speak to him. So I went and asked him and he didn't say a single word to me just nodded his head and went back to being on his phone.
