We go here regularly and have Jayde, (she is AMAZING!!) Zach was so freakin helpful in a pinch. We bought a piece and brought it home (needing help) called in, and had the best over the phone service from him! He helped us resolve our at home issue. I was sick & tired of my SMOK novo devices, they always stop working or leak and it got to be so annoying, so I went in here when my other shop was closed. And thank GOD I did! The girl helping me first tried to fix my device, and eventually showed me much better options for the juice I like. i went here once and the person working was so helpful and nice so i went back and the girl working acted like i was inconveniencing her by being there and talked to me like i was stupid or confused within the 2 minutes it took me to pick a vape and pay so unfortunately just another unfriendly smoke shop. it felt like she thought i was sketchy or going to take something (made a comment about watching her coworkers phone that was by the register while i was paying like girl i don't want your dirty phone) when i literally just wanted to buy a vape lol. i guess it was because of how i look which is wild in 2026 at a smoke shop of all places. very weird read more

01/25/25 I've shopped here since 2023 and I thought they were a good shop UNTIL........ I went to buy a bottle of CBD oil for my dogs arthritis and pain. I was told they had oil especially formulated for dogs and the girl told me they were certified for cannibis oil for dogs and people, sold me a 1 oz. bottle of Omega Pets CBD oil 200 mg for my Maltese. She wrapped the bottle in bubble wrap( not wrapping the eyedropper it was attached inside that you use to measure and distribute the medicine with) and I never took it off due to the bottle being glass and we living in a house w all tile floors. I trusted her it was a good bottle of oil and didn't know it even had an expiration date until one day the bubble wrap slid up and the expiration date was exposed. I was shocked and surprised especially because we spent $98.00 for the product. It was purchased on 01/12/2025 but I didn't notice the expiration date until 1/16/25 . The expiration date was 09/27/2024. Over three plus months outdated when they sold it to us! I immediately got my receipt and went back to the store but the guy on duty said he couldn't return it. Instead he made me buy another bottle of CBD oil of a different brand $30.00 more and not as effective. This is wrong because they had just sold it to me. They knew exactly what they were doing when they sold it like this. The next day my girlfriend spoke to the owner on the phone and he said to come back he'd return it. However, employees called him at home as directed when I spoke w him and he told them to not return it. They played games with us and acted like it was okay what they did. CBD oil should be considered a medication as it used for and works better than a lot for a lot of people and animals with different ailments. It's very wrong to sell expired items as new with such a hefty price and to misrepresent a customer. It's fraudulent what they did. I always spend alot there and will no longer be purchasing anything they have for sale as a result of their deceptive business practices and such nasty attitude towards customers who are long term and spend a lot. I will definitely make sure I go to a certified cannibis outlet for medications for my dogs. I DO NOT recommend going here as they lie ,deceive and use bait and switch on you during the sales pitch and purchase. I've been coming here for a couple of months now, and every employee I've interacted with has been so friendly and offered great service with honest feedback. Just today I went in with someone that wanted to try a disposable vape and the young lady that was working was very knowledgeable about the products that they carry, and even let us test one of their new products using a neat little disposable mouth piece cover. I loved that because sometimes you never know if a new flavor or a certain brand is gonna be for you. My cousin found a good vape to start with, and I got a couple of the new products that I liked!
