Came in twice now and both times was helped by a guy named Moe (Im pretty sure that's how it's spelled), and he was fantastic. I'm not very knowledgeable so he helped me find the right thing, was both very patient and incredibly kind. He made sure I got the product I wanted, and I left there feeling great. while I was in there, he was warm and welcoming to the other customers. great guy and great place. Cheapest prices for great vapes I could find. read more

Very nice staff with a great selection of pipes and smoke related stuff. Guy was patient and I ended up with a nice product for a fair price. read more

Quality selection of vapes and Kratom, they have great prices and the staff is super friendly & helpful. 5/5 stars!

bought two vapes from them at a high price compared to others but still got them. I have had them many times before and they have never tasted so horrible. either fake or a bad batch. Who knows but will not be coming back. wasted money on this product that didn't live up to expectations read more

The best smoke shop ever. My guy Mike is the man always letting me know what flavors are hittin and what's not. Great place.

Great customer service a huge selection of all your needs for every smoke accessory you'll need, also very clean place

My new favorite Vape Shop! Very helpful and friendly and the store was very clean. Excellent prices on juice and hardware. Update - Met the owner today and he is an unhelpful arrogant jack ass. No thanks, don't need that, lots of other great vape shops around where I can spend my money. read more

These guys have known me for probably over 5 years, they always take care of me and do right by me. Honest guys who stick by their buisness and good product and sales. I come here for everything I need because their loyalty and good salesmanship brings me back every time. Recently a nice gentleman with ginger hair was hired and he really lights up the place, respectful and gets stuff done. read more

Mo is great and swear one of the most nicest and calmest owners i've ever met. The shop is always stocked and has great prices. Always been a regular here and will continue to do so. read more

They have poor and slacks employees and don't have any good quality products on their line up they don't care if they sell you expired vape juice even when you show them it's a down going business with nothing driving it other then just bad business these are not good people recommend many other smoke shops so you don't buy expired products and they won't ever give you a refund just bad people and bad business needs to shut down. read more

The place is pretty cool. They have a great selection of blunt wraps and teas. The only thing that ticks me off is the ridiculous prices for glass that is just like any other. They have $50 pipes that you can seriously grab for around $18 at Herb N' Legend. I have to give this place 2 stars because of that. I won't be coming back anytime soon to buy any glass. I'll save my money and get better items. read more

Walked in asking for a charger and he discovered it was my battery. He took his time making sure a charge was taken and I know most will just sell you the charger and let u find out on your own. Good service. Plus the boss matched a better price on a new battery!!!! read more

My bf bought a Smok here for me that stopped working a number of weeks later, and the good people at this shop mailed the defective unit back and provided a new one without hesitation or issues. I've also bought nicotine juice here and found their prices cheaper than my local store and their customer service excellent. Highly recommend supporting this store. read more

Have now bought two nector collectors from this guy. First was a tsunami, which was chipped at the mouth piece, called up, they exchanged it and i spend more money to get something "better". Get home, and the f*cling piece is broke, missing a piece of glass the size of almost a dime. I bring it back, absolutely no proof of use, or even water being put into the piece and the guy refuses to exchange it (didnt even want a refund, just a usable piece). So I left the piece in the shop with him. Go ahead sor, return it to your vendor and sell it to someone else for another $50. F*ck you and your shops dishonesty. read more

Stopped here on my way home from work to grab a couple cigars. So this review is geared more toward that aspect of the business. While they have a decent sized walk in humidor, there was a lot of empty shelve space. What they did have, was your basic run of the mill inventory. However, their prices seemed very reasonable. The store itself was well lit and uncluttered. The young man behind the counter was friendly and polite. While this may not be the place for your serious cigar connesuer, it works in a pinch and the fact that they're open till 9pm is helpful too. Over all a pleasant experience. On a side note. While I didn't pay that close attention, they did have a decent selection of loose tobacco, glass pipes, blunt wraps, lighters, cutters, etc, etc. you get the point. read more

THC Smoke Shop - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

This is the best smoke shop in this side of the valley. Best prices for quality products and service. I wasn't impressed and originally went with a 3 star rating but after shopping elsewhere I realized this is the best smoke shop. They have a decent selection and variety. The owner and most of the employees are super chill too. read more

Fantastic smoke shop, the manager is kind and very caring. Always does his best to help when needed. The customer service is awesome. Been a customer for almost 4 years and would never want to go elsewhere. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Very clean shop, always has what you need. read more

Prices are terrible for smokes. You can get smokes for less at Walgreens!! Defeat the purpose of it being a smoke shop!!! There's a smoke shop on 16th st and bell that's better pricing and also on 19th ave just south of unionhills next to Walgreens. read more

Good smoke shop. The regular guy is awesome but if you get the younger guy (apparently owners son) very rude and will have an attitude, no customer service, and will end up cursing at you! read more

This place is a joke! They sold me products that wouldn't work and refused to give my money back. Do not go there and I tried to call there phone and no one would answer and then I finally went in and the guy was just sitting there and there was no there people there. This smoke shop is one of the worst customer service and place I ever went to if you do go there test your stuff before you leave because they won't give your money back read more

I rate this shop very poorly because I'd purchased a CBD oil, CHILLAX to be exact. I'd purchased it with cash, I couldn't find any information pertaining to the product anywhere on google or Facebook . I'd returned the following day with the oil still sealed in hand, and the guy behind the counter remembered me from the day before. He'd refused to refund me my money, I was really upset...I'd wanted to use the money to purchase a different product well known else where. The oil cost $42.00 including the tax, I would not do business with this company if you want quality products. This is my opinion you can form your own, hope you won't be as disappointed as I am. read more

I happen to be staying in a new area of town and love to explore places around me, especially smoke shops! I read about this one on line and the reviews on line were great! I came in because I had seen a really cool pink vape and thought I would stop in to see what else they had. I was curious about the teas. I hate tea but it was very cool to see all the different herbs. This place is owned by a married couple and the gentleman helped me today. He showed me how the vape worked and as I explained was shopping around didn't become to pushy. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I am not a "piece" expert or anything but they were very nice looking ones. It is also awesome the offer a MMJ discount. It is a far drive but I will be back for that pink vape! read more
