Worst smoke shop ever. Employees don't know anything about anything, and are so rude. So unprofessional, and unhelpful.

Terrible service bunch of kids with there faces glued to there phones. 0 customer service 0 cares about anything but what is on their phones

They have everything you can think of it might look small from the outside side but they have a lot and the workers are cool asf

Tyler and Torres are the best here, always come here and they'll hook you up with good discounts. Yall gotta stop by it!! Asap!!!

Fantastic, friendly customer service!! Always have a great selection. Thank you, will be back

Large selection of anything smoke related. The value is reasonable. Don't expect much customer service thou but product is worth going here.

Been a loyal customer for over a year, made many purchases here and all ruined in one day.. Bought a specific piece yesterday to fit another piece that was originally purchased here to begin with and unfortunately didn't fit. Went in to exchange today and was told " oh sorry man i cannot exchange without one of the guys here that were here when you bought it, come back on monday. oh and I totally believe you i just cant..." As he steps away from me with his attention on i assume his girlfriend (with no mask on btw) who was walking in with his lunch. More concerned about lunch then helping a customer with a simple issue. Not good service, not at all. As i walk away I ask his name, he says Brady and walks right over to his lunch... Smh. Never again guys, never again. You lost a customer. Grade: F read more

Way too expensive and they blame it on "everything's gone up and oh it's inflation" yet the shop less than one mine down deer valley on 35th hasn't raised there prices one bit. They in fact throw in a FREE lighter every time I purchase my tobacco and tubes from them - habit is a way overpriced and should think about competing a little more before everyone just goes down the street read more

Great selection of cigarettes, vapes, kratom etc. Every employee at the store was very nice and helpful and kept me coming back during my stay in Phoenix. Great smoke shop. read more

Rude staff. I have been here twice & won't return, despite it being the closest shop to my house.

BEST vape shop in all of phoenix!! Always in stock of the vapes i smoke and always friendly staff :)

Love this place! Great service and everyone is always so friendly! I always tip in cash!

No referrals for commonplace items that you normally would find in a smoke shop? Hmm. Sounds like this business desires to cater to customers specifically, probably to avoid traffic that attracts the flem flam. Lesson to you kids. Some humans actually use oil and incense burners for what they were actually designed for. In this case, the staff would not even sell me the incense I needed. Perhaps The company's habits should include common ones instead of trying to be unique... read more

Habitz Smoke & Vape - No oil accessories at this loser store. - Vape Shops Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Stupid expensive!!! Bought a few vapes from here yesterday. Stopped by a few other smoke shops today only to find out I overpaid about $10/vape. First and last time in this place. Lesson learned. read more

Habitz smoke shop has some really cool glass. The juul pods on the other hand are fake as fuck. Here's why, The juul pods I got were mango and I only buy mango. First time competing to Habitz and I get janky off tasting mango pods. The pods taste like chemicals and not the regular mango flavor. The package it came in looks very very similar but when you rip the paper to get a pod out the paper barley ripped and a plastic was in the paper making it hard to rip. With regular pods the paper over the pods just rips and there's no plastic in the paper. The third thing I noticed was the actual plastic pack the the pods come in has tiny little holes around the place where the pods sit in. Comparing the pack of pods I got from Habitz and a pack from juul.com they are very different. HABITZ HAS FAKE JUUL PODS read more

Great little smoke shop with very helpful staff. They also have a juice bar. If you are unsatisfied with the juice you made (atleast 75% left in the container) they will take it back and make you something else free of charge. read more

Every time I've been here everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and I can't say anything negative about any experience I've had here. I wish more shops operated like this one and I wish they were closer to my house read more

Good vape shop that was clean and organized. The staff member that helped me was very nice. The price for the item I purchased was a little higher than what I usually spend online; however, it was authentic and I appreciated spending a little more to get authentic coils. The location is great and was easy to find. They seemed to offer deals on other items, which is always a good thing in my book. I would definitely go back to this store for any future needs for my vape setup. I might even avoid the whole online vape supply and pay a little extra to get quality and convenience close to home. Plus if I had a problem, I could easily go back to the store. Great job on having a good vape shop with not overly priced goods, and being super organized inside. Thanks for the great service and keep up the great work. read more
