Great selection of pipes and anything else you might need. The prices were very reasonable and the husband and wife owner were nice people. read more

Rob's Smoke Shop - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Super nice staff and they always have my favorite ALP pouches in stock and fresh! Great spot to stop and get some goodies.

Very good service and management. People there are so great and helpful and they have everything you need

Great Products and great prices would recommend stopping by. Good service and a variety of selection.

Really great prices and a large selection of items! I expected it to be just a smoke shop but they also sell beer & wine, sodas, waters, snacks, ice cream, etc! You could even call it a convenience store The owners are wonderful as well as the employees.. very understanding and helpful Definitely recommend Rob's! read more

The owner is your worst nightmare. He is rude, incompetent, unreasonable, and judgemental. You own a smoke shop bro wtf did you expect for customers??? Anyway...a $4.28 charge turned into $44.28. And Mr. Asshat over at Asshats Smoke Shop aka Robs ...refused to look into this matter for me stating he would "look tomorrow." I went in the previous day and spoke to the lady who is also incompetent and two faced to her co workers...snake woman. She told me that the other woman who checked me out put in too many #s..I said well maybe the card terminal company made a mistake. She said "NO IT WAS HER !!!" and instructed me to come in between blah blah hours to get cash from the owner. Well Mister Asshat insisted tomorrow was better, so I insisted that water looked better all over his floor. Oops. Did I drop that? Thanks asshats smoke shop. Y'all are the best! read more

Love this place. They always have the best products and pricing and the staff is so helpful and nice.

Purchased a sourin here after the employee harassed me for an hour claiming this $60 piece was flawless. Well, it had a lot of flaws. First of all, it didn't work to begin with. The employee wouldn't exchange it and mockingly taped it and gave it back to me. Would not recommend purchasing any items from here unless you want to be scammed into buying broken, cheap product. Hope this is helpful! read more

I wish I could give this smoke shop 10 stars, so helpful and kind !

Always quick, easy, affordable and friendly. A family-owned business so you get to know them if you go in a lot. I live down the street and it's super convenient to stop on my way home off the side of greenway. They have so many options in here and have awesome prices on pretty much everything. Glass pieces that are high quality from $7. Tobacco options. Vape options. Ejuice options. Torch and lighter options. Even an energy drink is cheaper here than at most gas stations. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about all the product they carry. read more

This shop is fully stocked with all of my vape needs. Most smoke shops have inventory issues, but not Robs. Great customer service with the exception of an older woman who shouldn't be in customer service at all. Other than that, lovin' Robs! read more

The lady at the front desk is so nice, however i must comment on the quality of products. I buy vapes from here bc it is close to my house. The vapes sold here last maybe 2 days. I ususally buy from Cellars on 32nd st and Shea. Same vape lasts 5-9 days with vibrant flavor. They have all you could ever ask for and more. LOVE THEM at CELLARS. I have recently within the past 10 days purchased what i would normally biy at Cellars and the product does not tasste the same, nor last as long, and I am officially saying they suck, and I think their product is tampered, reproducted, fase product AND THEY CHARGE SGNIFICANTLY MORE for the same product that Cerllars does. I am DONE. BS I will only buy through Cellars, and you should too, I know this sounds like an ad for Cellars but it isn't, I am a REAL CUSTOMER. they are cheaper and the shit is real. Plus Steven Pucci and Nick are adorable. Dont by from Robs. It is a racket. read more

Bought a oil burn they claimed was crystal, cracked cause it was glass. Blunt wraps are dry. Beer is old. All the cheap Chinese VAPE stuff, useless. I also bought a torch, it broke that night took it back the guy said TOO BAD. Even the cigarettes are old and stale. Don't go here there's a better shop just south. read more

Long time customer. Rob's Smoke Shop is an excellent resource for tobacco/vapor needs. With Rob in shop daily you will be greeted with a friendly hello and a touch of customer service that is missing in these days. The selection is huge. Whatever you could want is available and at a great price. Hookah options are many as well as shisha, coals, hoses. Whatever you need. Vapor and ecigarette options are and seem to be growing. With their latest expansion you now have the options of tons of craft beers. I can't say enough how much I enjoy going there and wish them all the best of luck! read more

very good prices on most items. wide range of stocked items. anything a person might need quickly, duck in and you'll be in and out. there's never too many people and the staff is friendly. its not regular smoke shops locally. they also carry alcoholic drinks ie beer, soda, the theres an entire wall of drinks. best thing I personally think, is the quick convenient get and go usually better priced than most other places. read more

I came in looking for a bong after a long hard day at work. I wanted one for a reasonable price she quoted us 15 dollars. We came back the next day expecting to pay the 15 plus tax for the bong and all of a sudden she shook her head said Oh! no! no! its is 15.99. Shocked by her petty ways we paid the 17 (in "wet" bills- due to sweat from work) her comment was "i dont need the pennies" and with a disgusted look she asked "why are the bills wet" and then began throwing them on the table in order to count it. I would never shop here again not only because the high prices and bad customer service (Older "lady") but the product i got came partly cracked and the bowl broke. read more
