She was just…read morelooking to replace a part (that kept breaking because the thing was so damn beat up) but we luckily had RYAN helping us out. He broke everything down in such a simple, understandable way, and was super patient with all of my mom's questions. Ryan was so knowledgeable, I can't express how enough how much I appreciate it.
