I've been going to their Mesa location for almost two years but I'm so excited for this new location. It's very spacious and so nice. I love the selections of juice they have and the affordable prices. Aaron & cindi are great with suggestions for juice. They're also great people to just stop in and say hi to! Seriously best vape shop and will only come here! Support local!

Vape shops are funny, you either feel like you're not in a professional environment or you feel like the knowledge isn't there. But not here. I walked in about a year and a half ago and expected more or less the same as I've always got at other shops. Instead I was greeted with a smile, a welcome and both the owner and manager had more cape knowledge than I had ever come across. I know I am picky but they don't care. They will sit and go through twenty flavors with me trying to help me find the one I want or would like. Never complaining and never caring that I take 15-30 minutes each time. Lastly, the shop is quaint but it's clean, organized, consistently stocked with all of the products they provide and always upbeat. You will never find a dull moment. Take my word for it and stop by. Tell them I sent you and enjoy it! You won't be disappointed! read more

I found this great place today and very happy I did! Solid 10/10 if you need anything vape. I'm new to the vaping world but Aaron was incredibly helpful, He took the time to show me the vape system , troubleshoot, and fixed my issue. Great experience and I will definitely go back!!! read more

They are they best in town. I always get great service. Started coming here a couple years back. They are the only vape shop I go to now. Love when business owners treat you like they actually appreciate your patronage. Knowledgeable and great selection. Would definitely recommend. read more

Just found these guys through their Cerakoting business Stronghold Coating and they're a total 10/10, they've got great prices, and a huge selection of juices. They're down to earth and are actually there to help you rather than make a quick buck they were great for me and they'll be great for you! read more

Pretty nice place! I was visiting from California and ran out of vape juice. I knew that my brand is local to California so it may be difficult to find it here. It was past 10 pm and this was the only vape shop open at that time. I decided to take a chance and drive there... Anthony was extremely helpful! He helped me find a very comparable flavor and saved my night! He was patient and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of items, and the store was very nice and clean. He even offered to stock my flavor for my next purchase but I told him that I was just visiting from out of state. Overall, highly recommended. read more

This location was horrible. Not helpful. The guy that was working was making faces and silent jokes behind our backs with someone else who was there. I was watching their reflection from the glass case we were standing in front. They also laughed ridiculously loud at an older lady who accidentally walked in and immediately walked out when she realized where she was. Totally rude people. He/they shouldn't be employed there because their making this company look really bad. I know I'll be sure to spread the word. We just walked out. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Well it took almost 5 minutes but she repaired the torch and had the biggest smile on her face. She really loves helping people. I ended up going back there every time I am in the vicinity. Please don't hesitate to check out the smoke shop at Gilbert & University but also check out the outstanding customer service that we all deserve.

I absolutely love this store. I've been going to the first store exclusively since the owner Aaron took over, and this second location turned out amazing. I honestly cannot see myself going to any other vapory. The staff at both locations are the most helpful and friendly that I've ever met. They're all willing to walk you through how to use new devices that you're interested in, and make sure that you have everything you need. Almost every time I come in they help me to find a different juice no matter how long it takes, and without making me feel rushed. Such a fun environment to hang out and chat, couldn't ask for a better place to shop at. read more
