I was an undecided, no-knowledge shopper looking for a water apparatus for my grown son. It was his first... with accessories (!). I didn't want to spend over a certain amount, and told the helper(s) as I wandered aimlessly looking at everything. They have a LOT of items! This is by far the DisneyLand of SmokeShop Accessories for (adults ;) I even picked up my favorite Clipper lighters at checkout that look like zig-zags. They weren't bad at $2 a piece (beats the $3+ lighters at gas stations!) By the time I made my decision... naturally I wanted to see ten different ones behind the counter only to ask "what do you think??" He was great...gave me his opinion and even picked one lower than my budget.. so I got a grinder and extra accessories to go along, Then I tipped him. I'm aware that if I'm high maintenance and they are kind, they earned it. The place was busy at 7 pm on a week day, we spent a couple hundred in all. There were at least 5 employees with customers consistently. The place does well. I've moved and my son's piece got broken so it's time for a new one! Plus I just want to go back.. it was fun :). Hoping they are as kind this time around. I will update for sure and take pics :)

Sorry I came in 15 minutes before you closed, but...you're still open so my apologies you have to actually still do your job. There was no greeting when I walked in. He didn't bother asking if I needed anything, even though I stood at the counter where I had chosen what I wanted to get for a few minutes before I had to ask him if he could grab something for me. Still didn't say a word. I chose 2 items and said thank you...still no response. He rang my stuff up and didn't tell me what my total was, just expected me to read it off the register as he continued to wrap my things up. Handed my bag to me and I said I appreciate it, not one word out of his mouth. I mean...my bad for coming into your shop I guess. He made it very apparent that he was unhappy I came in. Good customer service goes a long way and unfortunately the customer service I received tonight was really bad...I mean, the only "good job" I'll give in this review is for making it very uninviting and uncomfortable. If I'm not mistaken, you make commission off sales there. Sorry I put some extra money in your pocket in the last 10 minutes of your shift, bud. I'll just go somewhere else next time. "Thanks, have a good night"....says no one, I guess.

The guy at the counter refused to exchange it for a product of the same brand that was not defective. He told me that I could not exchange a clearly defective vape for one that works as some are just defective and that's not his problem. I asked him how he could sell a defective product and not exchange it for something that works as it is intended to. He then proceeded to ask me if I was dumb and to get the f**k out of his store. I honestly wish I would have recorded this interaction, but I was in complete shock with the way I was being treated. I could not believe the way this man was speaking to me. I asked for the phone number of the store so I could call management tomorrow as they were not at the store at the time. I was told they don't have a number. I left the store shaking with tears in my eyes. This experience was absolutely terrible! Do not waste your money here. Zeronas is right down the street, they have a much larger selection as well as a truly friendly staff. I told the gentleman working what had happened at Cloud Slingers, he assured me if he sold me a defective product he would replace it. He is a disposable user as well and knows that some products are defective and required a swap out. 10000/10 recommend ZERONAS!!!

I'm writing this review specifically to get the attention of Red Star Vapor management--because…read moreafter over three months, it's clear that internal feedback is being ignored. Let's start with what isn't the problem: Brandon at the Queen Creek location was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, calm, and respectful while dealing with a constant wave of disappointed customers. He represented your brand far better than corporate leadership currently is. Now the issue that management continues to avoid: Your stores still do not have 3% Dispo Bars, and this has been ongoing for months. While I was in the Queen Creek store for about 30 minutes, I personally watched at least 15 customers walk out after being told the same thing. This wasn't an isolated moment--it was continuous. This is no longer a supply delay. This is poor inventory planning, poor communication, and poor leadership. Employees are being forced to repeatedly apologize for decisions they don't control. Customers are being turned away in volume. Revenue is being lost in real time. And somehow this is still unresolved. If someone from management or corporate is reading this, here is what customers want to know: * Why has this gone on for over three months? * Why is there no transparency or timeline being shared in-store? * Why are frontline employees being left to absorb customer frustration? I am requesting a public response from management, not a generic copy-and-paste apology. Address the issue directly. Explain what is being done. Give customers a realistic expectation--or be honest if this product is no longer a priority. Your staff deserves better. Your customers deserve answers. And your silence at this point speaks volumes.
