Wasn't happy with the experience shopping there. Customer service left a lot to be desired and the generic selection is the same as any of the dozens of other vape shops in the area. Spend your money with a business that cares about their customers' satisfaction! read more

I would have to disagree with the two previous posts listed. I had a great experience at this shop and felt that Rob, was very knowledgeable not only with the mods but juice as well. My previous mod needed an upgrade and didn't want to spend too much. Rob had taken the time to pull out all of my options and explained each one throughly and helped picked one that was the best fit for me. I have been to plenty of other vape shops that have been way over priced, did not take the time to explain anything, was more worried about making a sale then anything. VaporIce seemed to have the prices right where any of the surrounding shops have everything priced at as well. I would totally recommend this shop to anyone. It's always clean, very well kept, new products and new juices to pick from great customer service. Would recommend to anyone! Thank guys!! read more

If you vape go somewhere else this place is filthy as is the guy at the counter, you can't try any of the of the liquids so you have to buy it and then you can try it out I did and tasted nothing like it was supposed to and all he said was SALES ARE FINAL, their attitude sucks STAY AWAY read more

Very over Overpriced, with very limited products, some guy that waited on me by the name Rob was extremely rude and very dirty looking and handle the inside of my vape-pin that I had just purchased with his dirty hands when I asked for a new one he said they didn't have anymore then I asked for my money back and he said all sales are final would not recommend this place to anyone I should've realized when people were walking out with nothing in their hands! read more

Not a good selection to be honest. Guy working there didnt seem to know what he was doing. Gave me ice and didnt even mention the juice was ice. Only reason I go there sometimes is its a half mile from my place. read more

Been going here for about a month, mostly see Brad who's rad lol.... New vaper to avoid Ciggs at work, and he's very helpful with his suggestions and hasn't steered me wrong. Have run out or misplaced my disposals and tried other places only to leave. Fair pricing and great staff! They also have a rewards program and updates on specials on their instagram. OK, I've been here three times now spent 1 to 2 hours each time and so far haven't bought anything…read more Number one make sure you have a cell phone that you can look things up on Home Depot because that's how you find the prices. Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead.
