Cute shop! I went in randomly, I had no idea it was there! I came in for just a small item, but the guy working was amazing! He showed me so many different items without me even asking! He knew what I was there for and went up and beyond to ask me about any other needs I may have! He even offered to help me fill my zippo lighter that I wanted to buy! He was very informed on everything and was very, very kind! He was sweeping and cleaning up when I walked in, which I loved!!!! Went in to make a purchase and the employee working had NO MASK! & acted like an ignorant fool to the fact we are in a global pandemic when I politely asked if she had a to put on. The staff is very friendly and really helpful. When I first went in, they didn't have the cigarettes I wanted, so they ordered them for me and they were in the next day! They let me try some of the vape cigarettes for free and told me they would work out a price for me if I wanted to buy one in the future. They are open early and the prices are very reasonable. By far the worst vape smoke shop I've ever been to in Arizona yet. I bought a candy xtra disposable vape from there and literally took 10-15 puffs off it and it just died! I went back in there and tried to get a new one and he refused to exchange it. I've had problems with the disposable vapes in the past and every time I'd just bring it back and they'd just trade it out. But the one thing that stuck out to me is the fact that he said he's had a lot of people come back and say that so knowingly he continues to sell bunk merchandise and basically ROB people!!! Best prices in town, and I've checked a lot of vape shows. They always carry my favorite brand Reds Apple in a variety of flavors, (i preferred the Iced Watermelon,) for about $5 cheaper than anyone else. The staff is super friendly and helpful. BUYER BEWARE! Went in for battery charger, walked out with Vapor and attachment, was told there was a year warranty on all products. ONE WEEK LATER, I knocked the Vape over onto my dresser, took it back to the store for replacement. Was told warranty only covered battery, also they said I had to have broken it myself, nothing they can do. I am reporting them to BBB, AZ Dept of Revenue (forgot to mention, part of original deal was they said they would NOT charge tax on 2 of the products) and who ever I need to for selling cigarettes to minors.
