I bought it and within the first week it started misfiring and the metal underlying the device began burning and changing colors. I called less than 2 weeks after purchase to describe the issues and her first response was: "We don't carry the VooPoo, it was unpopular so we stopped buying it." I said but it is a defective item, the metal is burning and the juice is leaking. She became incredibly unprofessional and started cursing over the phone using profanities and saying I should have brought it in sooner. I mentioned that I didn't think it was a big deal and had a lot going on in my personal life so I thought I'd handle it over the weekend.
