I've been coming here semi regularly for about a decade. Today was my last visit. The prices have gotten out of control, what I normally buy has gone up by about 150%. I understand costs raise but this is a bit much. On top of that the heavier dude with the grey hair is waaaay too rude. That's really what did me in. I don't mind paying for quality service or even a friendly disposition, but I won't go back to somewhere that talks to customers the way he does. read more

I enjoy coming to this smoke shop. The first time I came here was was 4/20 lol I came to get some King Palms; but they had a DJ playing and some BBQ grillin out front. It was a vibe. Both times I've visited here, the employees were super attentive and greeted me right away. They asked me if I need any help and assured me they were there to assist me, whenever. The customer service is stellar here. I feel very welcomed here, which is always a nice feeling. I don't visit smoke shops often, but I think it's safe to say this is one of my faves. read more

I stopped in here for the first time last night. I don't know anything about the products sold here. I originally came in looking for a gift card for a neighbor in my apartment complex who always goes above and beyond helping others. The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable in the products and friendly; and also helped me choose a vape juice for my neighbor. read more

Annoyed as fuck. I buy a certain vape with a certain flavor and apparently it's hard to get, therefore I call before making the trip cause this and the other joint locations say the same "it's hard to get." I called this location for someone to tell me it's in stock and hang up on me before I could thank them. THEN I make the drive and come in for the lady at counter to tell me they do not have it in stock. I said wtf? I just called to make sure you guys had it and someone hung up on me. the lady with the dreads had nerve to look at me and smile while apologizing. bruh. idk who I spoke with but after explaining my bit, but you're gonna stand there and just smile and apologize? Bs. get your workers in line. drove 30 min. out my way for some fucking bullshit. read more

The staff here are amazing, and the owner truly cares about his customers. They carry the best Kratom in the valley, the owner has 110% did his research, and has found an awesome vendor who he directly works with. The prices and quality are amazing, this is my go-to for kratom. In addition, they have a wide selection of all your vape needs, and if you get house juice as I did you can select your nicotine level ...yes that's right. They have a huge selection of juices. I loved I found my one stop shop to get the best quality freshest kratom with the lowest prices in the valley, my vape juice, and all my vape maintenance needs. Best of all the owner really cares about his customers, and he has a wonderful staff. Go check them out, you will not be disappointed I promise you. Thank you Alex for having an amazing shop, and caring so much and your customers. read more

If you are in need of vape to qiut smoking go there the young lady who assisted us I'm sorry I don't know her name was so helpful so soo very helpful their prices are awesome My husband is trying to quit smoking( we hope for a success this time) with that being said the young lady helped us put a mixture together for his Vape with the necessary amount of nicotine into the Vape for him let me tell you we were way off we probably would have gave him nicotine poisoning with the amount that we thought he needed. For the largest size mixture was 20 bucks I could not believe it I thought for sure we were going to pay paying at least fifty bucks or more I highly highly recommend does shop tell everyone you know to go there they deserve to be in business read more

I can't say enough good things about Alex and David. This is the way a shop should be run. The first time I was there I purchased a couple of items and the bill came to 20.00 and change. As I was looking for spare change, Alex said "don't worry about the change, 20 is just fine." I won't be going anywhere but this place because these folks know the right way to do business and The customer service is without peer. read more
