I love this place! Best Kratom for the lowest price! The staff is very helpful, especially the young lady with the tattoo sleeve. Sorry I don't remember your name but, her willingness to help customers is above and beyond! I'm a disabled veteran and have several disabilities one which is fibromyalgia. The only thing I've found that breaks the pain cycle is Kratom. I LOVE this place!! Everyone is so knowledgeable and great customer service. I personally come here for cbd and to find out how I can deal with my pain. My husband and I also love their candles. Their products are great but one time I wanted to buy their cbd pen but it didn't work correctly in the store so they recommended me not to buy it. I love this place! They have everything you'd ever need. Everything is fairly priced, and the salesmen/women were very warm, and helpful. Popped in here after leaving the dispensary next door and was promptly greeted with the most fabulous customer service ever! The gentleman who assisted us was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He inquired if my friend and I would like a bottle of water and promptly handed me an ice cold bottle (which was much needed and appreciated more than he probably knew). He told us a little about the local artisan glass blowers who they purchase their inventory from as we admired their beautiful work. I purchased my first (and only) hookah from this place about 2 years ago and never looked back. It's great looking, small, portable, and perfect for a beginner-moderate user. They have all the accessories you need for your hookah. They have great tobacco flavors as well! The staff is always supper friendly and helpful. For those of you that are wise enough to actually read a review...you're welcome. Let me preface that most smoke shops I've been to, have good people that are happy to help. You expect the staff at such an establishment to already be laid back good people. I would rate almost every smoke shop I've been to recently at a five. Yet I have not given a review because I'm either busy or lazy, I say busy but it's really lazy. Now we at least have a baseline of me being an honest...also lazy...guy. I walked in at lunch time on Monday. It's hot...if you're reading this you probably know. The guy comes from the back, super friendly and offers me water...cold water. I'm already like, yeah this place is legit. Prices could be high, merch could be cheap, but customer service and cold water go miles for me. I wasn't there to buy. My wife was in a store down the way filling a much needed prescription. So now I can get good customer service AND cold water...while my wife is getting her prescription filled! I could stop here and call it a win, but as you may have gathered, there's more. The manager (maybe owner? Who's name I really want to say is Chris, but may also be Kris, or any other name. For the purpose of the review we'll call him Chris) and I start chatting. I tell him of my struggles as a man with fat hands loading my tobacco water pipe. He shows me what could be the greatest purchase I've made in 2018. A water tight, air tight, plastic, herbal grinder! It has made my life better. I also waste less tobacco when trying to load my tobacco water pipe. There was another small purchase that I don't want to explain, but that I made at Chris's (or is that Chris' ?)suggestion. Another game changer ladies and gentlemen. Great customer service, excellent conversation, awesome suggestions, excellent products, cold water, oh and the lady that was working with Chris gave my tats love. I won't do business elsewhere guys. My mom and I passed through Paraphernalia Boutique on our way from San Diego to New Hampshire, and she purchased a heavy hitter that she eventually gave to me as a Chanukah present. Chris has been fantastic about offering advice regarding upkeep, replace malfunctioning atomizers, and even sending the replacement parts to me in Ohio (where I attend college). Definitely a shop I would stop at again if I'm ever in Phoenix! Utterly disgusted. I have shopped here for decades and loved it. It was the only paraphernalia shop I would go to. And I will never, ever shop here again!!!! I spent two days coming in to research tanks for my vape mod for concentrate medicinal marijuana. The second day I came in with my mod and the same girl helped me again also with the help of her co worker and they both assured me it would work but to keep it at a low watt like 20. I started lower than five then slowly - up to about 13, stopping about every 1.5ish higher wattage. Each change in wattage produced no vape or smoke, none. But it emptied the tank of my shatter. Completely dissolved into nothing each time! So I filled it again and tried everything from .5w to 20w. After wasting two packages of shatter, which is 60 dollars worth of medication, I called the Paraphernalia Boutique and spoke to the manager and he told me to come in. So I drove back across town after a 13 hour work day at the hospital, only to be shown that one of the three coils made actual fire, not heat but an actual small bit of fire and the other two coils were burned out....WTF??? How safe....... So I asked for a refund and they would not as it was used! Never smoked out of sadly, but it burned up and wasted 60 dollars of my medicine that I desperately needed and could barely afford. After trying to tell me that he could do nothing to help me but give me another fire danger of a coil, he told me what he could do was sell me another whole system, tank and battery mod for a discount so I could finally have the vape hit I was looking for. I did not want to buy a whole new system. The manager replaced my coil for free, a six dollar piece and told me to try that. And back again to home, upset and disappointed. I again started at the lowest setting, it produced no vape or smoke yet again. It burned through more concentrate, my last batch, thank God I only tried a small piece and only a few times this time. Still nothing. No vape, then no concentrate... So I went back to my trusted dispensary. They said that they had no idea why Paraphernalia Boutique would sell me such an item, one I paid about forty dollars plus tax for. They sold me a very simple piece to fit my needs that is amazing, it actually produces a good solid vape and does not burn my medicine and waste what very little money I have. It cost $16. I called back to the paraphernalia boutique, crying as I realized I would now not have enough medicine to last me until I can afford it again as it was all I had budgeted as it was as much as I had for my medicine this month. They still refused to help in any way. This nightmare cost me over a hundred dollars between the piece and the wasted medicine, which I cannot afford to have wasted. I think the most painful and embarrassing part was that they offered to sell me another piece while I was there, a whole new apparatus for just the low, low price of 100 dollars out the door rather than 125 plus tax that they normally charge!!!! So he wanted me to eat the 40 dollars and then spend another 100 to get the exact thing I wanted that the dispensary ended up having for 16 dollars and it works exactly how I asked for it to!!! And I asked for the same thing from both places very clearly and I came with my mod pieces in hand to verify compatibility. So thanks Paraphernalia Boutique. You lost a loyal customer who has been coming to your store for decades. read more

Just to give you an idea of how swell :)~ of a place this is and how great my experience was ...i originally went into the store to get a replacement part for an electric pin hoping to spend $20. The service and salesmanship was sooo professional and delivered so well i left after spending $120. And to make the experience even better I called the next day because i was having a problem with batteries; the owner offered to trade them if i wasn't happy (which sounds like no big deal but the batteries are $50). I honestly never felt pressured, he spent a lot of time just explaining products, and never once did i feel unwelcomed, or rushed. To be honest i purchased so much simply because i felt appreciated and respected, and when you are trying to spread "love" through your products, it this type of experiences and salesmanship which goes a long, long, long way!
