My girlfriend bought me a Puffco Hot Knife here as a gift. It ended up having issues, and even the replacement had the same problem. The staff were super helpful, checked other inventory, and gave me store credit when the replacement didn't work. Great customer service and very fair. Highly recommend! read more

Edited just now Horrible horrible man working - cannot resolve simple issues concerning defective products - and cannot control his behavior ?? Screaming obscenities and insults ?? Completely hostile and inappropriate?? If I owned this business I would reconsider leaving a person like this in charge of my business and customers - awful awful man ?? Totally unprofessional and disgusting service and attitude - filthy language and foul mouthed disrespectful jerk!!!!!what a disgrace- i hope something is done about this - this jerk is gonna end up goin to far with the wrong person read more

I bought a product that "broke" or stopped working the first time it was turned on and when i went back to the store to resolve the issue the cashier that was there flipped out on me and started screaming at me to get the Fxxx out - calling me names and acting very hostile and rude - don't waste you're time- they don't care about their customers nor do they honor their products read more

My worst nightmare came into play a few days ago. None of my pens worked no matter how long I kept each of them in a battery. I didn't know whether or not it was the cartridge or the pen. And the ones I did have I lost and spent most of the day looking for them. Zerona's saved the day for me. It's not too far from where I live and also has a wonderful selection from which to choose. Tala served me. She not only provided me with what I needed, and more, but she made it a fun experience. Also very knowledgeable. The next day I had to go back to Zerona and also met Erica who also works with Tala. See pics. I'm suggesting you give it a try because Zerona has everything, and I plan return again very soon. read more

Love the shop everybody there takes EXTRA care of every customer like family ! Cant go any where else to be honest!

Would give no stars. They definitely are selling fake or 3rd party/refilled flum floats. Don't waste your money on these scammers. They also won't let you post reviews on Google. Stay away from this store at all cost. Check the picture. Real flum float on the left and fake one from Zeronas on the right. Different color, logos don't line up and the one from Zeronas taste like shit. Never going here again. read more

Those worst smoke shop in the valley! They are not honoring the Halloween special 40% as stated in the add. Very bad service and disrespectful and childish employees. I spend a lot of money in your store to be disrespectful. It states 40% off. That not just one item. Stay away from this place. read more

The staff at this vape shop is amazing! They have such a large selection of disposable vapes! I went to Cloud Slingers prior to coming here, I had a terrible experience, I was sold a defective product and then was told i could not exchange the defective product and it wasn't their problem. That experience brought me to Zeronas! The staff assured me they would swap out any defective product purchased from their store, they are disposable vape users so they understand sometime product is defective. 10000000/10 recommend this store! I will never go anywhere else! read more

DO NOT GO HERE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME! I purchase a vector combat torch for $35 Plus tax. On 8/22/2020 and it started leaking fluid just a couple of days after purchase. So with receipt in hand I went back to exchange it because it hasn't even been a week. they refused they try to make me buy a new one and pay the $10 shipping fee instead of just exchanging my product I spent my last $40 on. No it is not their fault that it was my last $40 of the month but it is their fault that their product did not work and they did not guarantee their product. He told me there was a warranty through vector that I had a go through them when they should have a purchase warranty within a week I should be able to exchange it. I am a single mom with four children who all have Health needs and I am very sick myself. I used the last of my money to help me with my pain. This is a terrible company to purchase from. Your time and money is not worth going into this store. The customer service was very poor and the man was very rude. He says why am I complaining since there is a warranty but I have to pay to have it shipped and have to buy a new one and I have to wait for it to be mailed out so that's the issue . Jerk read more

Bought a faulty product here and they wouldn't return it, in fact they won't return anything you buy here, other than the smoking products. Had a vape for 48 hours and it broke and they refused to provide a refund, instead tried to charge me a $5 stocking fee. Wouldn't recommend this place after that. read more

I need to get this out there right now for everyone in North Phoenix do not shop here. This place is nuts and so rude. The dude who answered the phone when I requested to know the price of the five pack backwoods we can't give price over the phone he said I will that's not a good customer service. I didn't understand why he wouldn't give me the price I said well that decides if I come and shop or not or I go somewhere else and he says well I can tell you what I know what they go for like eight something I said oh well yeah that's too much. I found six him and I'm going to their shop so maybe you should tell your owner that he should change his rules and maybe lower his price and fire you who answered the phone and told me to fuck off at the end of my call because I suggested that and explained why I was asking and calling for pricing being though, there's only a few shops open at this time. I'm going to is actually 4 miles away and the shop was 2 1/2 and I am driving to the 4 mile one because of the price and because of courtesy so I don't need to shop where they have a bad attitude and just because they can't take positive criticism and some thing a customer is explaining to them why I'm inquiring calling their store at this time, he's telling me he's not able to quote me a price on backwoods five pack I don't think that's against the law and that's not it a good employee rule over the phone not to be able to give pricing of the products no one's going to come they're going to end up closing dude whoever's answering the phone at night. I'm working there right now you're a dickhead. Sorry say it like it is that's what you are. You need to get a different job and not to be involved with people in the valley you have a bad attitude how dare you change from calm collective to fuck off really you got problems go see a psychiatrist happy holidays and I hope the owner of the store kicks your ass and cans it right to the curb. You don't deserve a job. read more

I was at Zerona today with my husband. We purchased the Atmos Raw vaporizer, after the owner opened up the package, made sure everything was there, and showed me how to use it. $100. The vaporizer did not work at all how it's supposed to. It is not a true vaporizer, it burns. My husband promptly called the store and talked to the owner about their return policy. No returns. For a product that you just sold us that doesn't work at all. They won't even do store credit. The owner just went around and around about how it isn't his problem. So now we're out $100. Stand by your products and learn how to treat your customers! Very unprofessional. read more

This place has great deals huge selection and the staff is awesome! Love they have late evening hours too

This place is tight! Half smoke shop/ half vape store. Huge selection of everything, good prices and the employees are always super nice. Their house vape juice is legit, like 80 different flavors and at an extremely good price. My go to shop for sure!!! read more

I am not one to frequent smoke shops, because they intimidate me. Lol I have been hurried out of a couple of them "because I need to go do my bank deposit, so make it quick." Anyway, due to the ongoing hunt for alternatives to traditional pain meds, I ended up stumbling into this fabulous place - Zerona Smoke Shop. I had a lot of questions about products - A LOT. The three amazing customer service/sales people were patient, funny, kind, and knowledgeable. They shared their personal experiences and thoroughly explained everything. I soooo appreciate their service. I will definitely make the across town trek from Goodyear to return to their place of business. Well worth the drive!! read more

TRASH SERVICE - Walked up to there pull up service seeing as COVID 19 is in effect and you can't go into the store... Needed to find a coil for my tank, lady took the coil and went inside the store... I sat and waited for about 15 min, and finally she came back out and said they couldn't find the coil I was looking for, no problem.. went about my day.. until I tried to fire my vape and hit was not working at all. I drove back to this shop, asked what had she done and I was told "I literally just unscrewed the coil. Don't know what to tell you man, not my fault." So, now I have a non working vape with zero clue as to what happened, and I could not get anything back for it . Just a "good luck" smh trash af shop, if you love wasting time and trash service, this is the shop for you! Qq read more

Absolutely terrible, went to get some coils and the rung up at a higher price then they should have been. WTH why is this even a thing? And the next day when I go to put a new coil in I'm missing 1 from one box and 2 from the other box. I'm missing half my coils???? Why was this not checked and why are they even taking coils out these boxes??? Don't go here, screw you over. Update: I told the person over the phone that I would be in later for the missing coils. When I woke from a nap I had two missed calls. One looks like the shop and one the shop owner. Don't know why I'm getting a call to begin with when I said I would be in later. Felt weird. Went in and showed the woman what had happened and walked out quickly with the other 3 coils. Didn't care to ask why I was originally rang up at a higher price or why there were coils missing originally. New people make mistakes I get that but still doesn't really explain the two issues. Updated to 3 * but wouldn't recommend anyway. read more

Wow , Let's begins with AMAZING customer service!, Then let's move on to a VARIETY of flavors !, Deal breaker ...IS THEIR PRICES! Best in town , You will locate this place as priority to your vaping habits . I always find the wrong place to purchase any new products when it comes to vaping I end up leaving with a full bottle of something that I can't say "I'm satisfied " with...Today that changed because my experience here led me to quit exploring any new service other than ZERONA'S!!!! Clean,Professional,Knowledgeable, Legit!. Look for Jason! read more

I've gone here twice now in the past month. Each time I asked for a specific product. The guy grabbed it from the shelf/display case so confidently that he MUST have gotten it right, right? WRONG! Both times, after I arrived home 15-20 mins later, I discover that the guy gave me the wrong product. First product was the wrong color. The second product had the wrong ohms on a box of vape cartridges I bought(@ $25). It's frustrating when you drive somewhere to purchase something just to get home and find out that it's not what you asked for. I now have to decide if I go back and try to get a refund (even though the sign says no refunds!! I'm sure I'll be denied...), stop going here altogether or quality check their work on everything I try to purchase from there. Reminds me of trying to order at a fast food restaurant. They're always getting the order wrong. I could self-check out and be more satisfied here. read more

Wow, okay, I'm mad. Bought a cute bubbler on Tuesday, used it once. When I came back in my office the desk was covered with water and the top half had cracked right around the neck, following the swirl line of the glass. No chip, no knock, no nothing, just broke. Faulty merch. Today I brought it back within 48 hours, with the receipt, and that poor sales dude had to talk to the manager who, from his hiding place in the back, said they won't work with me. At all. It's bullshit. I'm mad as hell. They wouldn't even give me a break on a new product. Nothing. Horrific customer service. Never again. I'm telling everyone. read more

While the employees are nice and very helpful, and the store is nice and convenient, I've purchased the Extra vaps recently and two out of the four I've purchased have had a burnt like taste after a couple days. The vaps still have life but I believe there's something wrong with how they're being made. Since it's a new product, they may be making them cheaper now. I think after these I'll no longer be purchasing this item. read more

This place is great. I've been going to this vape shop for a few months now, I always get treated with such care and make sure that any vape questions or any question I have is answered to the best of there ability. I'm a new caper so they always have great advice for me when it comes to my vape and the juice and flavors that I choose. Willy made sure that I get my coil right. Izzy also helped and guided me to getting the right coil for my vape. Everything these guys do is only to Help and make sure you walk out feeling like a customer that got hos money well worth spending. I really want to know everything when it comes to gaping and they make sure that I do. I came from California where there is a vape shop every few feet that treat you nice and at home. I found that same feeling and vibe when I first walked into zerona smoke and vape shop a fee weeks ago. I'd advise anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable vape shop that knows there vape and assesories to give this place a try and go here. Ask for Willy and or Izzy they know how to treat a customer and make sure all you needs are met. read more
