The auk mor smoke shop on longmore and McDowell is small. Cool shop to go in and get a nice drink and some smokes and snacks. Just be ready to be watched when u walk in their security is some youngsters. The staff is okay they don't really talk much so don't expect much from them. I just had a bad experience with one young cashier girl. She was angry because I was taking too long to get my items and she could'nt even find the pack of cigs I asked for. I mean if your gonna work in a smoke shop u should really know your cigarettes. Wether u smoke or not it's ya job to know my boy. But I love this shop and will keep coming here despite a bad experience w one of the youngsters I'm gonna still be loyal and give 5 stars. Basically, this place is a complete disaster. Don't waste your time going in there rude unprofessional, unorganized people. I've had two back-to-back experiences there that were a complete disaster. Just trying to order a sandwich from their deli should've learned my lesson the first time. Placed my order paid for my food lost my order the first time, remade it .. over a half an hour process .. second time even more of a problem again.. lesson learned don't pre-pay for food and don't order food at a gas station. read more

Who knew that On-Auk-Mor had a little eatery inside? To my surprise there is!!! Towards the back of the store is a small kitchen/counter and great little menu. They serve Breakfast and lunch and both are fabulous. They use high quality ingredients and it's very budget friendly! Like extremely budget friendly. I had to ask twice because I thought she forgot to charge me. The price for the two of us was less expensive than it would be for just myself at most other places. Great food, great prices and they are fast and friendly. This is very refreshing in a world of never ending inflation and mediocre food and service at most places. They have plenty of room to sit and eat inside or outside on there huge patio. One of my favorite places to grab a quick bite. read more

I was shopping at this store for 4 years for my cigarettes & I buy 3 cartons every time I go for it's not close to me then about 6 months ago they charged me $90.00 for each carton of Capri. I found Cig Room at 8823 E Chaparral & each carton was $8.00 less per carton of my brand! I only shop here now & the workers are very courteous, store always clean & has lots of goodies to buy while browsing & you get points on a punch card for buying cartons of cigarettes! Hey! Smokers! Yeah you...! Wanna quit paying astronomical amounts for your smoky treats at gas stations and grocers? Well, then I'd say it would behoove you to pull into this place to satisfy your nicotine habit with a little more cheese in your pocket or purse. Prices are lower as they are located on Indian Reservation land (duh), and do offer a drive-thru. This is SO enticing for us Phoenicians living in the bowels of hell (summer months anyways). The staff members are always very friendly when I stop and seem to have good camaraderie. Plus, I take McDowell Rd normally on my commute home (F. Hills) and it's so convenient. I wish I could give them zero stars, I have been stopping here for gas and snacks for at least 20 years and I love to support local business, but not when they treat you so bad it is literally infuriating. This is a great place for inexpensive smokes. It's a drive thru and always busy. Don't worry it's totally worth the 10 min wait. Paying 5$ per pack vs 9$. Take a few min out of your day if smoking is your vice and save some money, the wait is worth it. read more

i like this one better than the one on mckellips, it's not always jam packed full of people (like me) wanting cheap smokes. the cashiers are grumpy (which i sometimes enjoy) and there's just a certain special quality to the entire shop. they also have a drive up window! if you smoke, go here. read more

All On Auk Mor locations are wonderful. The people are kind and courteous, service is excellent, stock is plentiful, prices are palatable and the lowest in the county. I have been purchasing here since 1997 when it was the only store in the valley. Also bought a beautiful lamp here in 1997 with a Wolf, Bear and Eagle on it and currently need to replace it as it broke in a move and it was dear to my heart..
