I didn't realize it was a smoke shop until I got there, but I can be absent-minded like that lol I really don't smoke, but at least know I know where to go to get incense! I usually just order my incense from Amazon, but I'd rather support a small business when I can. But, this shop had a cool vibe and the employees were super nice and helpful. Occupying one half of what used to be Lawn Gnome, it's incredibly narrow. But efficient. And they've got something for everyone. Lots of glass blown by local artists. Their selection of various pieces is aesthetically pleasing and highlights unique, Arizonan craftsmanship. But most importantly, they've got good stuff for incense, vaping, or even smokes if you don't wanna walk far during an evening on RoRo. Let's hope they stick around. read more

Five stars... 'cause that's all I'm allowed. Sure, they have awesome products of quality manufacture, and I got one myself, a highly functional and functionally sculptured vape cartridge base. One with decent mediating electronics and a respectable battery... this baby won't blow up in your face (it's designed in California, but actually manufactured in China, but it's decent gear, solid, hefty, very understated design that whispers beauty and hollers "git 'er done" at the same time). Silo CCell is what it goes by... you could probably call it Sy if you wanted, or Murgatroid. So dude directed me to just the kickass gear I was envisioning, made sure all was copacetic, which it was, and boom, like dat, satisfied customer! So that's my point: great gear, totally reasonable prices, and they stock quality... and they hook you up right with a mellow, cognisant groove. The whole place has a mellow groove, and it's in a building that has history. These folks are part of what is getting better downtown, and they rock. Next time I need quality gear, I'll come back here where real people are oldschool cool. read more

Terrible customer service as of our last experience here. Went in, no one spoke or asked if we needed help with anything. Stood there for over 10 minutes being ignored, they even helped a homeless guy who didn't buy anything before addressing us. Despicable. The lady behind the counter yelled at me "DON'T OPEN IT!" After I tried an unfamiliar product that was on display I asked if I could purchase it. I couldn't because the seller said they were out but they had a product similar to it, tough it smelled different. I asked if I could smell it and the seller grunted, "Well, it's sealed". The seller cracked it just a tiny bit then handed it to me to smell. Before I smelled it she yelled, "DON'T OPEN IT!" After feeling extremely uncomfortable I decided to purchase it anyhow. After giving her my debit card she asked for my I.D. like a cop but after purchasing she couldn't give me a receipt, couldn't email me saying, "I don't know, this thing isn't working". Why are there products on display that I can't buy? And why are there products for purchase that I try? And I don't appreciate the bossy attitude I received. read more

You guys sold me my first hallucinogen, btw I recommend everyone trip on salvia at least once. It's not exactly desirable 90% of the time, but it's quick and opens you to how strong hallucinogens can be (depending on the x, of course). Cheap smokes for area pricing, awesome selections of vaporizers, rigs, pipes, water pipes, you can sign for medical marijuana legalization in the store, hookah, incense, it's honestly really damn nice. The staff here is *The Best*. They have high quality glass and a wide selection of it. They also carry regular cigarettes and roll-your-own tobacco. Love this place. Been coming here for a while. They've got the best incense that I can't find anywhere else. They are always so helpful, friendly, patient, and always very clean. Makes me always come back and visit when I'm in the area. They also have everything very well organized, which can be extremely helpful. I first found this place while researching on yelp several months ago for alternative pain solutions. Because of the dozens of 5 star reviews and positive comments, I decided to check it out. As a 50 year old woman,I was apprehensive, thinking of the "head shops" of when I was in my teens, and expecting to just walk in and out. I am amazed. A beautiful space, everything clean and well displayed. But what really gets my kudos is the knowledgeable, welcoming, and caring staff! I was immediately at ease, and Greg helped me immensely in finding what I was looking for. Since these folks have been so great, they have moved to a bigger space, and since they moved, they cannot carry all those great reviews to the new location, so I just want to give the props I can to a thoughtful, well organized and well run business. And I got to meet Bud today. (Apropo, huh?) So if you are seeking natural alternatives, this really is the place to go, whether it be supplies, herbal remedies, or genuine works of art. I love the art district first of all! I really appreciated all the help I got. I don't remember the girls name but she had the piercings. She's legit and very sweet! The owner was there and he was soo nice as well. There is local made glass everything including pipes, bongs etc. I love my incense and glass filter.
